Pool is junk
Hoses busted after 2 monthslost 3000 gallons water overnight ladder sent with pool 3 ft tall I had to buy a taller one to fit my 18x48 pool, weak pump and No skimmer only good thing was the color

Horrible Customer Service

I have a GoKart that from the box had a torn Seat and after 1 hour of use the belt broke. Contacted customer service 1st week of June and after 4 representatives promising to resolve these issues no one has followed through. Still have a broken gokart and it is almost August. I have asked for a manager to call me several times and I am told it could take 5 days for one to call but I never get a call. I am beyond upset. I feel like they just pass you off until you get so upset that you stop trying. I have emailed with a Christina Diaz, Ediliberto Garcia and spoken to an Eddie who I am sure is Mr. Garcia and one other person. I have emailed these 2 people numerous times asking for a follow up and or a call and nothing... Do nor buy a Coleman GoKart! They are junk and Noone will help you!

I bought a tent from Walmart went to put it up the string was broke In the pole and Walmart wouldn't do anything about it said I had to call u guys so I did and a new tent Supposed to be shipped from you guys already.

Pool filter is broken after 1 month
I purchased Coleman pool on 6/12/23 filter breaks 7/13/23 no one from customer service can help me 1 month after purchase filter breaks, replacement is more then I payed for the pool,now I have to take pool down because algae will grow without a filter ,and I can't afford a new filter after pool purchase

I called your customer service,was put on hold,and then disconnected,second call,I was told Coleman doesn't manufacturer all the parts they use,so I was connected to another #,was put on hold for longer then 30 minutes,I purchased a Coleman pool on 6/12/2023 had pool company put it up,7/13/2023 filter breaks and no one seems to want to be of any help solving this problem

Waste of money
Had our Coleman pool with windows 1 and a half yrs has windows very upset because window started leaking have tried everything to stop and nothing works pools should have a longer life than that no small children no hanging on sides have not even got to use the 2nd yr because of the leak

Warranty
Bought a new 200cc minibike, rear hydraulic break does not work. Opened a warranty claim and two days later warranty dept calls me and states I should just go buy an aftermarket brake assembly because Coleman is having trouble getting them??? I should go buy one??? Not what I expected from Coleman!

Got a pool last year and the size on the boxes not the size of the pool it self but the side legs that stick out about two feet from the pool and the pump is very *** if your smart stay away from any Colman pool they are junk. Colman stick to camping gear ...

Defective Pool
Bought a Pool from Walmart 26x52x12 a few weeks ago. One the Pool took longer than scheduled delivery, two assembles Pool on level ground and upon almost filling the Pool attachment pierces snapped apart from fitment connectors ruining almost my entire back yard along with my daughters Jr size four wheel Lee as well. Never even got a chance to use the Pool and even now still waiting on the replacement Pool that walmart has already granted after reviewing the defective Pool. Totally disappointed by this product after spending close to a $1,000.00 plus filling up the pool. Now I must see what it will it take to correct the damages to my backyard and daughters 4wheeler

About a pool I bought that was damaged
I've had my pool for three years I only put it up in the summer so this is our third year we filled it and me and my son 9 yrs old and my two granddaughters ages 2yrs old and 7 months were in the pool and the side pole cover ripped and poured out water all over my apartment drive way which upset the owner and other tenants I was able to go to the other side of the pool where my daughter and son in law helped us out it bent and damaged five of my poles and my fence I purchased it from the Tulare Walmart 3 years ago for 700 it is the five foot deep one may of 2020

Two dead Coleman hot tubs in one year.
We have purchased 2 hot tubs from Coleman in the past year. We really enjoyed having the hot tub to soak in. Neither one lasted past 6 months. Very very disappointed in the product. Certainly not worth the money for that kind of life span. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
