Vimi Shulka -Worst realtor in the Naperville Area

We have asked vimi to confirm all repairs before she put the apartment in the market and I have asked her multiple times to confirmed repairs and she mentioned that she had checked everything personally and apartment is move in ready. After few days of renter move in, they found major repairs related to safety (Patio door is not getting locked, appliances are not working, shower is not working) and we had same issue when we previously rented another rpropertly with vim, but we gave benefit of doubt about first time

I look forward to a reply urgently

Original review Jun 02, 2023
Very Urgent It was my first time to use CB Karia branch Ortakent Bodrum. The Agent who has since been sacked defrauded me of 6000 dollars. Unknown to me the Client paid in cash and the CB Agent assigned to me took the cash and disappeared. I have all evidence to prove this happened. Head office will not take responsibility even though the Karia office have but will not give me my money. I am reaching out to try and get somebody in CB to help me. For my sake and more importantly for the reputation of CB in Turkey this must be investigated urgently and my money must be returned to me. Please help me, Yours sincerely Geraldine Murphy

Coldwell banker/vaqnguard reality

Brittany Castro is the agent we had for our Rental property. On april 30th we got an email from Brittany that said she was going to be putting a 30 day notice on our door, so we moved out may 23rd. On june 5th they withdrew the june rent and we didn't live there. Btittany said she forgot to take us off of auto pay and would reverse the transaction. As of today it is still not back in our account, and the deposit has not been refunded. We also took pictures of all the black mold in the walls and duct work.when we moved into the house 90% of the screens had holes(large) we asked about it at every inspection they finally replaced the screens in april of 2022. The house was structurally unsound, the owner herself put her finger through the siding, it was rotted so she had someone replace the siding. It was all black mold in the walls and the metal electrical boxes were rusted out. Instead of taking care of the issue they put the siding over the mold. They also cut the water line which flooded the dining room and we had to pay the 300.00 water bill. They took the electric meter off and put it back on instead of calling the electric company and after they were done we could not use the microwave or dishwasher because it would trip the breaker and shut the electric off in the living room and kitchen. Repairs were not made within the 30 day period. It took 7 years to get the screens replaced. To make matters worse the ac unit broke down as it did every year when we turned it on, but this year it was not fixed until the 30th day, so we had no AC in 90 degree weather for 29 days. We are both seniors and on disability. My husband kept having breathing problems and had 2 rounds of cancer while we lived there also. Since we left the house Randy has had no breathing problems and no longer uses 3 types of medication for his breathing. You could see the black mold coming thru the walls on the inside of the house and we were told to wash the walls with bleach and mold remover. Not our job but we did as they said. We have talked to a lawyer and he suggested We contact the corporate office and see if you can resolve the situation, if not a complaint will be filed with the courts. The epa, health dept., and housing authority have been notified about the situation. Please advise on if you can resolve this and refund our money? If not we will proceed with our lawyer. Advertisement Complaint

Stacey Springer - from Coldwell Banker Southern Realty in Lawrenceburg TN - License Number 350688 was just disciplined on June 16, 2022 for a noncompliance issue with advertising. She was contacted on or about the same date regarding a political candidate advertisement that is attached to a Coldwell Banker realty sign appearing to endorse the candidate. Based on Tennessee Code Title 62. Professions, Businesses and Trades § 62-1*-*** as well as Tennessee Code 1260-02-.12 (B) this should apply to this realtor? Does Coldwell Banker represent and endorse political candidates? Is this is undue influence, bribery, etc.

Because

Sent me to a person that wouldnt connect me. This site would let me send the info because there is a minimum character cap. Which is smart to get people to not write a complaint. I am committed now. Lol. How about those gas prices huh? Wow lol. Oops I am over the minimum now. Just pay attention to the first sentence. Thanks!

Tried to sell property that wasn't theirs to sell.

A real estate agent in Jacksonville, NC was selling my ex-husband and my marital property. That was fine. However, she also included the property behind that had been granted to me as inheritance from my parents. This unnecessary mistake caused a termination of a 30 yr friendship and the loss of my being able to sell "MY" land! Thanks, Raquel! Also, when I called to discuss this matter. The rep that I spoke with told me he didn't want to discuss this matter, nor did he care about it. I needed to contact the real estate agent that was dealing with the sell. on me saying he didn't want to discuss it. called to

Horrible RE experience and lack of caring and compassion and horrible degradation of what I stand for

Updated by user Sep 25, 2021
I had a Carpet Installer come into the house and he took one look at the damaged living room and bedroom flooring and said it was quite deliberate and it was a water based chemical ,he said to re do the flooring in both rooms as the insulation was also ruined would be about $2,500 to $3,800 or more. It would involve pulling up the laminated planks in the flooring and trying to get them to match ,the new ones,to the ones already down.

He said they are not new and I had him check the carpeting in the California Room and he said I hope they didnt tell you it was new carpeting because its at least 10 years old. He said its very poor quality and will have to be replaced. He said the area where there was damage to the living room and bedroom was still damp from the chemicals and both floors are ruined and not repairable. SO we are going to have all new carpeting put down and go from here.

This is running me an additional $1.500 or so! Dont ever go back to Coldwell Banker or the group cleaning services that she hired!

They are all corrupt and I had to change the locks on my doors as she took the door keys and now she could come and go. BOTH doors have been changed with all brand new locksets!

Hired a RE Agent first time around back in 2019 or a little before and now I am moving again and wondered if her ways had changed. YES they changed for the worst! I am writing to Coldwell Banker to ask for complete Termination of the contract effective immediately~ I was asked to lower my price for my own home for a quick sell! I had chosen a place to relocate and she said no and I had chosen two sites n that same

Unhappy with sellers agent

Selling your home is stressful and to have a realtor that is helpful, patience, understanding and on your side is key! It's important to know your needs are being met and somebody is listening to you. If that's what you're looking for in a broker ..... I can honestly say, Cindy Lockhart is not the best match for you. The amount of unnecessary stress she caused us and the sellers during this process was extremely unprofessional. I want to be clear, Cindy was the seller's agent and not ours, but everyone involved in this transaction was not happy. My husband and I understand it's a lot of work for a homeowner to prepare for their next move and know people need time to say goodbye to their friends/family when moving out of state. This is a 2nd home for us, and we were in no rush to close and happy to work with the sellers The message to us was that the homeowner wanted to close in 30 days. Since the market is so hot, we started making calls and stressing that if we didn't meet this requirement, we would lose the house. After a few stressful days, we found out that the 30-day request was Cindy's requirement, NOT the sellers. Luckily, we had an opportunity to speak with the sellers during our inspection, and they couldn't understand why we were making so many demands. I was beyond mad that Cindy was making requests and claiming that they were ours. We did not make one request...NOT ONE. Didn't come back with anything after the inspection, didn't question the 30-day close and didn't ask the sellers a single thing! On top of all this she was asking personal questions that didn't have anything to do with the sale, she couldn't understand why we would buy a house without seeing it, questioned why we would pay this much for the home, didn't think we could afford the home without selling our place (we were preapproved and had the down payment) and also found it necessary to be rude to our mortgage broker. I cannot tell you how many times I said, sorry, or I apologize for her rudeness. If the market wasn't insane, I would have walked away because of her. I can honestly say, if I sell my house and her client put the best offer in...... I wouldn't accept their offer. I never want to deal with her again. Her only goal was to collect her money as fast as she could. If you're buying a home and looking for a realtor, I urge you to do your homework. Make sure you pick somebody who will will will work for you.
