Issue still not solved
Got locked out my account still not able to login in ! Call customers service a few times and reached out and no one have contacted me or resolved the issue! This is so frustrating. I enjoyed using the app but for some reason I cannot get back into my account. Overall it can still be a good app to use though.

Aggravated with them
Ive had coin out for quite some time I use it every day. Im at the highest level the diamond level. And a few problems number one they never get back to you and when they do its a run around they dont just answer your question and it takes them forever then to reply to that also it keeps telling me no matter what to reconnect my email, but it says my emails connected but I still get a notification saying that its not and prior to them blocking my account for four days and not answering my emails. It used to automatically give me the email for the Amazon gift card and I just type in the code or copy it now it just says pending and I got no emails it says to check my spam folder. Ive reached out to them and theyre just a terrible customer service.

Email not remaining connected, level issues
My email will not stay connected and I was the level before diamond. Now I'm back at the start!! I have almost enough coins for $50.

Account Locked out
My account was locked out, saying that I had to duplicate receipts when technically I had two receipts for the exact same day same time my grandchildren, my goggles, two different type of goggles they wanted to scan in their own googles which I was paying for. So therefore, my account was locked out I had agreed to the terms and conditions which I already knew and I did but then once I get in and realize Im locked out on a bogus thing makes me furious. I posted pictures to show the duplicate receipt and then show that theres two pair of goggles. Theyre different on the bridge of the nose. I cannot get an answer through email even though my account is now unlocked, this may happen again for the fact that I have four grandsons Whom all want to wcan their own items .

My complaint is that I cashed out my funds from my coinout to my PayPal account but haven't received it yet and I am highly disappointed that I haven't gotten it yet. It $22.29.that I cashed out but haven't seen.it as of.yet . Cod you all please relate my funds to my PayPal card please .it would be greatly appreciated.
