Upset with leaking coke bottles ruining the food in my Frigidaire
Tried to get in touch w/ Coca Cola over leaking sealed bottles and the damage to my refrigerated food, caused by the leaking Coke. In the end, I didnt get through to anyone in customer service. Cokes convoluted system of having to provide too much information just to call them shows how much they really care to hear from customers (especially the elderly ones). Dear, Hope you are fine. I am retailer from Sadiq Abad district Rahim yar khan Punjab Pakistan. We received supply from Faisal beverages Sadiq Abad. My shop name is " Stop and Shop". Dear Champlain Team I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the lack of response on your help line (+928002****). I have been trying to get in touch with your customer support team from the last two months many times but despite my repeated attempts I have not received any response. The local maintenance team report their officials that shop was closed. I have already mentioned the shop timing to customer care center. These are lame excused. I have a serious issue of cooling with my De Freezer ( Cool bank, medium size, bar code 30046****) and I urgently need assistance to resolve it.
