I was trying to contact you to cancel this account because I havent wash my car like I used to because Im not working anymore and my car just sits in the garage so I need to cancel the account. Its no point in them keep taking money when its not being used so if someone can contact me to cancel this account. Thank you.

I have been being charged twice every month, no one who works for this company knows how to answer a phone and going into the locations is absolutely pointless.

Damage

went thru coblestone auto spa carwash at 51st ave and bell rd my car was damaged my roof was ripped apart by their extremely high pressure water jets the manager said cobblestone is not responsible for any damage done to any customers car

Unsatisfactory visit

These guys ignore you when you drive in for a car wash. Then, they lie to you about the price and overcharge you. I took my car here for years, paid $3.00 for an automated car wash and never had a problem before. This place has changed and it sucks. I'll never return here again. Better choices elsewhere.

NOISE TO NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!

There is a constant shrill noise from new car wash on Arapahoe Road and Syracuse in Greenwood Village, Co. It is right across from many new apartments and is like living in a torture chamber. It makes people anxious, depressed and hurts your hearing. There is no escaping it. Really feel for the employees-who will have no hearing left by age 30. It is only a matter of time before someone loses it. Many people work from home, are retired, and have pets who are greatly affected. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE!!!

Poor car wash. Things have really declined!

I go to the Tempe-Elliot car wash. Have unlimited plan on two cars so I am there at least once per week. I loved the place. car washes were outstanding and quick. However, things have really declined the last six months. The quality of the wash is horrible. They never clean my cars wheels anymore and all but do nothing to the interior. Then, if the poor quality wash wasnt bad enough, the time to get in and out has become too long due to lack of staff wiping the cars down. The cars stack up waiting to be wiped off and everything dries before an attendant gets to it. Things are just plain awful! I have brought my observations to the attention of several managers but nothing has changed. Please do something and get back to a quality car wash!

Very good experience today

I had gone to a different location 2 weeks ago and I was offered a special wax service which included removing a paint mark, road tar and cleaning the headlights. The woman selling me the service said they could do it in an hour. I made sure to tell her that I had to leave in an hour and a half for an appointment. They werent able to get it done. The manager was gracious and gave me a card with the service that wasnt complete and told me I could take it to any Cobblestone at my convenience. I took it to the Signal Butte location. The manager, Joe was very gracious and made sure that they did an excellent job. He personally helped his crew so I wouldnt have to wait too long. They were done ahead of schedule. I couldnt be happier.

Overcharging customer

Unfortunately today is a bad day. I've been doing business with cobblestone for over 6 years and I've had a number of vehicles that I've done the ultimate or the unlimited car. Wash with and today. I check my bank statement so I definitely suggest that you check your bank statements. Everyone to make sure that they're charging you as they should period. As I recently checked my bank statements I realized. That they're. Charging. Me $35 a month instead of the $19 a month plan that I signed up with years ago. This is when the car wash opened on fifty first avenue in baseline. I called the corporate office to took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me. Then she says that she can only give me half price on the $35 car wash that they have me on now for 2 months and they cannot. Restore the nineteen dollar plan that was on there from years ago. I stated to her that it's only right to restore me back to the plan that I had because that's what I signed up with years ago when I. Asked the gentleman to take off a vehicle that is no longer connected to me. He took off the nineteen dollar plan instead of the thirty five dollar plan which is the one that I requested to take off.. This is very unscrupulous and I am now going to detach myself from cobblestone car wash because they can see that I had the old plan. But they won't restore it. She? Said that she cannot. Neither would she even give me a discount for the for the year for the additional $16. A month that they have been charging me extra on very sad and unfortunate day for cobblestone to lose a 6 year customer over things that they can control..check your bank frequently.

For the help and excellent customer service received from Mary Jane Perez

I have been a customer at the Bell & Litchfield location for over 12 yrs and have had my two cars on fastpass auto pay. A few months ago one of my vehicles was totaled by some spoiled mamas boy who had a brand new DL for barely two days. Henceforth, during the course of looking up the info to place a cancellation request for that cars fast pass I had noticed there had been a third debit in addition to the two for my fast pass cars that have existed for over a year.When I contacted customer service to inquire about it I had to leave a VM since no one was available. After that I had one heck of a time trying to get in contact with him And left several VM for a call back. Finally after reviewing the Cobblestone Hqs staff directory I reached Ms. Perez who looked into the matter and corrected the problem reimbursing the money back to my account. The next day she contacted me apologizing for overlooking additional information and implementing an additional reimbursement to my account. She corrected the problem and reimbursed me for the total amount that was taken from my account. Ms. Perez was understanding, compassionate and honest as well. Thank you Ms. Perez for your assistance I truly appreciate it.

They always put the full court press sales BS on you. Also they LIE...LIE really Bad and then re-bill your Credit Card!!!!

Was talked into getting a 30 day unlimited wash package that would expire in 30 days...I confirmed this 3 times! It was the same price as the wash I was going to pay anyway. I found that they have been billing my CC every month for the past 3 months $39 same amount as the 30 day program. I did not sign or agree to these terms they are a bunch of crooks...I have my American Express Card reversing these charges but what a RIP OFF BS company. Should have known better got my oil changed at another location 2 years ago and they over charged after I confirmed the price 3 times over 2 days...I gave them my make and model they were standing in front of the vehicle and still quoted a price not counting the extra Quart of oil that they knew it would need...along with other extra charges. Let me tell YOU buyer be ware these guys are CROOKS!
