Screwed over by Coachmen

I bought a brand new 2022 coachmen Catalina legacy edition in May 2023. Delivery and setup was not included so that was an extra $600 out of my pocket. 3 days after setup I noticed water leaking under kitchen sink. Turns out a gasket was not installed properly. That cost me another $365. Decided to mouse- proof the camper and found more standing water under cabinet. Turns out that was a faulty water pump. As Im checking under the camper found the protective underbelly has a huge hole that someone tried to seal up with black expanding sealant that broke off. I had to fix that then found standing water at the bottom sides that is covered with some kind of fabric. I could hear the water splashing inside. UGH!!! Then the latch on the outdoor kitchen jammed and I was not able to open the door. OMG.. the list goes on and on and on!!! Had brought the camper back to the dealer to have repairs done. Cost me another $750. I did a walkthrough with the service guy and pointed out everything that needed repair. They put in a new water pump, tightened a screw (one), and fixed the radio and AC. HOWEVER, it was brought back with a bowed wall in the bunk room, and they had brought the slide in with the bathroom door open so the door is now cracked and the door *** is in shambles. DO NOT BUY FROM COACHMEN!!! Also, I purchased this from Lazydays in Monticello MN. I contacted them about the damage when it was brought back. They told me the bathroom door was broken when I brought it in.LIARS!!! And they did NOT fix anything under the camper so there is still standing water as well as WET insulation. And as of today, it has been 8 days and nobody has ever called me back. Why has there not been a class action lawsuit against these people?? And now what is my next step??

Resolved: New coachman sports coach warranty claim

Updated by user May 24, 2023

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.

Original review May 23, 2023
hello i purchased a brand new coachman sports coach this January from dillons rv in deptford NJ replacing my 2022 salem hemisphere 353 bed. coach has been great untill last weekend we were travelling down the interstate headed to the mountains for a camping trip. As we were driving on a highway the fridge fell out of the housing in the cabinetry and crashed into the sink destroying the front of the fridge and ripping the cabinets apart as if fell over. This happened from no sudden stops crashes nothing out of the ordinary. This camper has not one single scratch on it kept indoors has 1000 miles on it since purchased. So we leaned the fridge back into the cabinetry ratchet strapped it back in so it didn't hurt my children sitting across from it and headed home to bring back to dealership. At the dealer ship the service depart said they have never seen anything like this before i agreed that this was a huge safety concern for me and my young family traveling in this unit. So this is where i start to get upset dillion rv called coachman to have the warranty check into coverage. the woman named linda said it was absolutely no fault of your company and i must have made a hard right hand turn or took the camper off roading then proceed to laugh at me and say she couldn't believe i was trying to get this passed through your company for warranty and i am a aggressive crazy driver from nj. keep in mind i never met this person before nor does she know who i am and she can come to this conclusion from three photographs taken from the dealership. This woman then proceeded to give me horrible attitude because i asked how she came to her conclusion. she said she has no time for me and i need to speak to scott scheinel i said ok. this was two days ago as my 250k dollar investment tis sitting in shambles in a work yard i have tried calling this man and leaving messages to try and work this out or atleast be able to explain the situation but to no avail. i dont want to have to get legal help, or go online and put bad reviews and videos of how im being treated but if it gets to that point i guess thats what ill have to do. all i want is to get my brand new camper fixed from something i had no control of and was incorrectly mounted whatever the case may be other and not get humiliate on the phone. by the way this fridge was about 6 inches from pinning my wife between it and the stainless steel sink! I dont think thats anything to laugh at as this is supposed to be a safe family vehicle. hope to hear from someone soon.

I am very upset. I have a Freedom Express 310 deep Slide liberty edition. I had a leak in the bathroom along the back wall. Well they had to take the back wall die, and the wall down by the door.

They had to tear down the wall. Redo the pipes. There was a cut in the pipe from the toilet to the water line. We have a 2020. Bought it new. The wall was full of water. Now I have to replace trim and walls! Replaced water line. Been leaking since we bought it. Leak showed up just now. Very poor worknmanship! Cost me a month to figure it out! And 397.09!

Because of the issues I have been having

We pulled our camper out after it supposed to have new light and awning put on and it still has *** in it and the lights barely work also the sliding door falls off and ended up with *** in it the fuse door falls apart and now the front wall is bowed we have had it in more then we have been able to camp over these issues. The bad part its a 2021 Catalina legacy 343bhts and then above all the bathroom door frame fell apart they are built to fast and not good enough for the money and I have been told by numerous rv stores that it should have never been sold to me and it should have went back to the manufacture let alone we opened up the front slide and it has leaked numerous times and the living room slide carpet is falling apart at the stitching
