I cannot leave tonight at 9:00 PM I have to stay I do not know for how long ?? That's why I like cancel it.

Your drivers have discriminated against me violating the law for people who are disabled

My name is Mason King the third I am a physically challenged person on Tuesday July 19th 202 2 at approximately 1:05 p.m. I attempted to board a Coach USA number 31 bus at the corner of Broad and Market Street in Newark New Jersey I asked the driver to extend the lift for physically challenged people and was told no she thought for a moment and said well it doesn't work you have to wait for the next bus I told her it was against the law for her to take this action against me I asked for her name an employee identification number she closed the door in my face and drove off I waited for the next bus which came approximately 1:25 p.m. that driver also refused to extend the lift for me a passenger on the bus Lifted me one step at a time on to the bus after taking my rollator and putting it on the bus that driver told me that her supervisor said they do not have to do this that was bus number 65 29 if someone will contact me I will gladly tell the rest of my experience this is not the first time that I have had a problem with drivers on the number 31 line coach USA the same woman driver of the first bus 6502 has refused me service before I've done nothing to these persons I am simply a physically challenged individual...

Web site for purchasing tickets is terrible. screen locked up, filed a ticket with no responseonse.

web site for purchasing tickets is terrible. when i tried to purchase my tickets, the screen locked up, with 'oops...' error message. filed a ticket with no response. also, they make you join to buy tickets online, why can't one purchase tickets as a guest? there's also no phone # to call from this web site, unless it's hidden somewhere. We used to take CoachUSA all the time, but if this web site is any indication of their service, i'm not so sure anymore.

Terrible service

We waited for more than 2 hours for a bus from newark airport to manhattan (mind you, they claim their buses run every 45 min). We were left there freezing and had to take a cab as we might have ended up spending the night there. A total waste of money

Complain

Hello. Im going to complain to the manager about this. I visited Shortline/Coach USA at Port Authority Bus Terminal on 21st, December. There was one female employee. I asked my ticket that was reserved online. But she could not find it. She was very angry, unpolite and unkind. She threw my passport even yelled at me in front of a lot of people. I was really really embarrassed and ashamed. Got kicked out of the counter and then went with the male employee and she had a completely different attitude. I had to pay for the ticket again even though I made a reservation and paid already. Is it your company's policy to yell and get angry at foreign customers? I do not know until now. because, i am an asian? becouse, i looked like younger than her? because, i did not speak Engligh very well? Can you explain about this situation? I will wait your reply.

Two hour wait; nasty, dishonest driver

My friend and I arrived at Newark Airport from Milan, Italy the afternoon of Wednesday, 22 December. We paid for tickets via your app, and we were standing at the Coach USA bus stop at Newark by 2:00 pm, with plenty of time for the 2:30 bus. When the bus arrived, the driver asked me to open my tickets on my phone, so he could scan them. My ticket wouldn't open, as I didn't have a wi-fi connection. I asked him if I could run across the street, so I could catch the Newark Airport wi-fi connection, and then run back. He said "Go on". I literally ran across the street, in full view of the driver. As I stood at the Newark Airport door for two minutes, getting the signal and opening my tickets, he got back into the bus. My friend, who was waiting at the bus with our luggage, said "My friend is coming back". The driver said, "I don't wait for anybody," closed the door and drove away. He stared out the window at me, running back across the street. He accelerated. We then had to wait in the cold for the 3:15 bus, which would let us make our appointment that afternoon by mere minutes. The 3:15 bus did not come at 3:15, nor did it come at 3:30. By 4:00, your 3:15 bus had still not shown up, 45 minutes after its scheduled time. We had been standing in the cold for two hours. We had to pay for a taxi to New York.

Extremely rude bus driver

The bus driver for that time and day was extremely disrespectful to me. I was running late so I had to chase down the bus. When I got onboard, I tried to express my gratitude that he even stopped to let me on, and hurried to get a seat. But to my horror, he yelled, DONT MOVE! As he glared at me to scan my ticket. As i went to get a seat, he continued to shout in a rude tone, Youre gonna make me late! Be on time next time! Theres an 8am bus you could have taken! When I got off the bus, I went to thank him, but he was outside shouting HEY! GET OUT OF MY LANE! At the cars in the way of the bus parking. What a disrespectful and inconsiderate man. I did not feel welcome on the bus at all. Please make sure your bus drivers are better suited for customer interaction.

Inappropriate driver

Horrible, aggressive driver threw me off the mass for not having a mask on for a couple of minutes. It was not intentional I was distracted and as soon as he brought it to my attention offered to put it on immediately. He proceeded to tell me if I didnt exit the bus he would call the police. Never argued with him. Company claims they watch video and he did nothing wrong. So, that tells you about the customer service I experienced. Never again!

Totally disgusted!!

Planned a family get together, Bus from Newburgh 25 min late..for what???? No traffic from 17K to Broadway Shell Station. Because bus driver Reed decided to be 25 min late, ( taking time to put curl activator in his *** to make sure his naps was curled). We left late, i know to be expected when using public transportation. His tardiness cause me to miss my 2:00 connecting bus. Why im pissed...no accountability, no refunds, no compassion...SHORTLINE GOTTA DO BETTER 19.30 loss 61.00 loss 19.30 to return home

Warning to others

I and numerous others missed our flights at Newark because Coach suspended service at Grand Central, NYC, because of a Sunday parade, but posted no notice of that to their website or any other warning! Some of passengers went to a lot of trouble to inquire with Coach, and one only got through because they had an account.

Ticket misinfo

Ur people told me there was a 330bus from hawley pa to port Authority my. That is not true. Now one of ur people told me there is a 618am from Honesdale pa to port Authority Mysore I came too Honesdale but my round trip ticket is from hawley is there a price difference??? And my ride left already

Need more buses

need more buses please . on the weekends late night. park and rides. more time. in between time. some PEOPLE WORK LATE AND NO WAY TO GET BACK. PEOLPE BEEN DRIVING FOR 16 MONTHS NOW. WE NEED A BROKE PLEASE PUT MOE BUSES ON ORANGE COUNTY NY.

Not received delivery

I ordered coach bag on thanks giving day not received my package yet , I contacted them through pissed customer, they gave me response immediately, as an apology from them they gave 50$ gift card , I hope I will get my package delivered

Worst customer Service Ever

I called to find out when The NJ Transit Bergen County lines will be running Regular operating times. The person I spoke to was nasty and rude as *** Claimed that the busses are running Regular operation at this time. No they aren't showing up when they say they are supposed to.

Sunday bus late every Sunday

Every Sunday this bus has been late and every Sunday the guy from gate417 lies to all the passengers.today he decide to come out and say the bus was in the tunnel at 6:15 pm he came out and told the passenger this I’m going to the Media for this Every Sunday u guys have the same dam excuse .Wen I approach due that am mad he start laughing thinking this *** is funny hw has no customer services skill am taking this to the media due that this happen every Sunday I will have a petition sign by the customer next week and I will do what I have to do .this is disrespectful wen we pay you guys all this money for your bus to be late every *** Sunday but I will put a stop to this and the guy you have at gate 417 let’s see if he will have a job once I expose this video I made .
