Clutter company keeps charging my card when I have no account they have did this twice to me and I have been trying to call them to get my money refunded and make sure this dont happen again and they never answer next option it pressing charges

Buyer Beware!

I had appointment scheduled 5/18/2023, prior to which I sent pictures and inventory list. On the day of the appointment a single mover with a large truck was dispatched to move items that included a dresser, 60inch TV, 72 inch tower, Queen-sized bed frame, and 10 medium-to-large sized U-haul boxes. He refused to do the work, after informing me that Clutter always does this. I called Clutter to inform them of the situation, but they refused to send additional movers. This was due to incompetence on part of the company and no fault of mine as the client- but I was charged a $200 fee. This is unconscionable! I used to be a longtime MakeSpace customer and had a most excellent experience with them. I (wrongfully) assumed it was the same company with the same level of service, and just a name change. After this experience I checked the public reviews; most of them reflect my experience, referencing this companys poor service and business practices.

Emergency issue

You guys sent a lousy Dirty Milan to my house. Not only he has made a big damage to the house, he has left half of my stuff. He has damaged my rigs with his dirty shoes. You guys are not professional You dont even answer the phone, I tried 10 times Was in hold for 65 minutes and gave up. Ill be reporting g you to district attorney if I do t hear from you WOTH A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION.

Just would like to know if they are interested putting solar on there warehouses.

They have extremely large warehouses and solar power would save them and make them money. I would like to speak to someone in this regard.

Problem with payment and delivery

They keep cancelling my appointment so they can get the money I have rescheduled this appointment three times I tried to call yesterday to see if they had everything needed and could not get through, I can never get through

Lost item.unresponsive and fraudlent.

NO stars. Fraudulent company. Lost a very valuable large item that should be impossible to lose and they are making NO effort to find it. They do not let you speak to anyone at the warehouse. You can omly speak to customer service robots speaking from a script. My guess is that these warehouses don't even exit. It's a scam and a sham. Do not use this company. Criminals.

Horrible service, won't let me take my stuff out of storage

Besides the monthly rates changing without notice. My items were stored in a whole different state without my knowledge or consent. I cannot take my stuff out of storage until clutter is able to which is 3 weeks from when I actually need my stuff and a new billing month. Literally holding my items hostage. Ill definitely be filing legal actions. DO NOT USE CLUTTER!!!

No way to reach customer support

This is scary. My whole life is in storage with them and I can't get through to anyone. I couldn't log into my account and outside of that there is no way to reach anyone.
