THEY ARE *** FRAUDS!!
Hands are rigged!! Amount of bad beats are enormous!! Constantly, cracking my hands for spite!! If you chat, uncomplimentary comments, they crucify you!! Bunch of ccksuckers!!

Discriminatory, Inordinate amount of bad beats, favortism towards weak players, playing crap cards!
Total SHAM of a website!! Constantly, bad beat my hands, or don't bring any flops. Always, dealing lots of off- suited garbage. Having, to wait for ever, and a day, for winning hand, then working your *** off to get it. Can, have 15 outs, and not hit one, but that other player, will get their gut shot, or runner-runner on you. Hands are fixed, and need to be stopped!!!

This site is absolute garbage. Any tournament with a cash prize you can forget it. None of your hands will hold up, you can Aces someone is 23 off suit will call you down or raise you all in and their hand will win.

I've been playing on this site for about 6 months and there is no doubt in my mind that the site is rigged! You can often go all in with a very high ranking hand and a bot or someone will call with 4, J off-suited or something crazy and will end up with trip Jack's or a boat - it's unbelievable! I've found that you will be allowed to win some hands to give the appearance of legitimacy... And every now and then a few will be allowed to win in order to promote themselves with promotional advertising... However, for the most part it teaches me not to trust online gambling at all when it comes to cards, dice, etc... Stick to sports if gambling online!

Not real not. Stagged hands
WPT poker in my opinion is 100% fake. The hands are staged. I don't know how they determine winners, but after 1000's of hands, patterns do exist. It's not possible to ever win with flopped 2 pair, the opponent will always get a flush or straight. Players get flagged and you're never going to win a hand. To prove this, I went into every single freeroll and just went all in with 1st hand. I documented the results. It didn't matter what range was played. When I got called, the flop always hit the opponents. To eliminate bias, I copied each succussive all in and forwarded the document to WPT demanding answers. The document grew as I kept pasting new hands. The flop hit the opponent nearly 100% of the time, unless their starting hand already hand them winning. My rate of pairing either card in my hand is about 1 in 20 hands. Any player on a flush or straight draw during the all in completes their hands with no exceptions. I partially believe they are connected with poker stars which I believe also cheats by flagging players who have not bought chips in a while to lose until they re-buy in. That flag is hard coded and you will not win another hand until the flag is removed. I believe wpt shares their logic and database and therefore share the logic to flagging players. It makes no sense when you play random all in and flops always hit the opponents. In a 3-way all in, if the opponents share a common card like an Ace or K (leaving only 2 in the deck) against say pocket Q's, then the shared over card will always flop. These patterns never change.

Impossible bad beats consistantly
I play Texas hold'em regularly. Never before have a seen so many bad beats. The algorithm they use is faulty. I have seen 5-4 of a kind hands in one day. Seriously? They need to work on the site. It is outdated. You would think with their ties to the WPT they would work on the site.

Site is a scam
When doing good in a money tournament it locks up kicks you of takes you out of the tournament or freeze up so much you lose out and then contact support they send you to another site that charges to help with your device when its not the device its the site . Has anyone ever had a app or game site that their idea of support is for you to pay to join a help site for your device and not even acknowledge that its their site. SCAM and its a shame I liked the show and the game until this ***

Not Realistic, Never Win Cash!
I have been playing for several month's now and haven't won a Dime? You can win all the Tournament Points that you want easily but when winning cash is on the table things change? When you are playing Tournaments for free I get all kinds of good poker hands, but my cards are horrible when I try to actually win money? I have tried everything to be successful, it costs $28.00 a month to play and their slogan is you won't lose any money playing poker? $360.00 a year is still losing money when you can't ever cash in on a Tournament. I have cancelled my Membership before and got back in month's later will the same results, No Cash Winnings?

Paid for service cant use account
For the months of November and December, I have paid for VIP membership for husband and he does not access to his account. It always said email in use. We have contacted help several times but the problem is never fixed. The last time we talked to customer service they didn't have a record of payment received. I sent them proof but heard nothing else from them. Payment was made on debit card ending in 4151.
