Cloud 9 Parties steals money
Cloud 9 Parties is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. On their website you submit a form saying you want to host a party for your friends. After doing so one of the ladies that does the parties contacted me. The party was fun and entertaining but when it came to getting over $1000 of orders nothing showed up although we were all charged for our purchase. I was lied to for months about how they got lost in the post office, mailed to the wrong place. Then when I called the company, they were sorry it had happened but the lady had taken all our money. They were not responsible for what happened since she didn't work for them. Yet the only reason she even had my information was due to THEIR website! I have been trying for months to get everyone's money back and nothing. The company only said a simply I'm sorry after I had to deal with terrible customer service and asked to speak to the manager. NO ONE use this company it is the worst!
