Unauthorized renewal
MacKeeper renewal unauthorized. No way to speak to a person. Request cancellation page is not a good link. Why would anyone do business with this company?? Certainly won't do business with MacKeeper again.

I bought a program from Corel (Toast) through Cleverbridge. I received the usual email, with the download buttons. The download never happened.

Winzip cancellation of subscription
I dont recall ever having a subscription renewal, but if that is, indeed, the case, I would like to cancel it. I do not have the product winzip and it hasnt been download.

Unauthorized charges to credit card
My dad is in an assisted living facility and has had no computer for over a year, and was charged $29.95 on his latest credit card bill which came yesterday. I have never heard of cleverbridge; my dad has never heard of cleverbridge! What the *** they give all these phone numbers to call for support and every single one just loops the message back to contact via e-mail. Now theyve got my damn e-mail and Im not happy about it! This better get resolved very quickly. For shame; taking money from the elderly; seems like a scam to me.

I want to speak to customer service You mechanism to get a refund is inappropriate and unethical you fill out the info and then u say u have to contact customer service can not do on line I want my charge of today fully refunded as I dont have Parallels since Oct 2022

Register new WinZip product
Purchased a new subscription that I couldn't make work, there is no customer service, no one to help and website stepe did not work. I purchased a 2nd subscription that worked but Cleverbridge refused to refund 1st purchase.
