Extremely Disappointed with Clear Trip's Refund Policies and Lack of Transparency - Trip ID 230********.

I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your service. I booked an international flight through your platform, and due to an emergency at home I had to cancel it, and now I find myself facing an incredibly uncooperative refund process. This level of poor service and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I demand a refund for my canceled flight, even if a reasonable cancellation fee is deducted. This is not only my right as a customer but also a matter of ethical business practice. Unable to use Cleartrip wallet amount.

hi Team I had issue and called your team I spoke to saksham and mehak on this issue but I didn't get proper response from them. Mehak informed that she will arrange the call back from manager after 2 hours but I didn't get any call from past 6 hours . so I called your team again and it was Mehak once again and she gave same information again . It is really worst experience better I could have selected Red bus rather than you guys Thanks for the awesome service The reason why I am posting or sending the email is because of wrong commitment and the worst service I got from your agent. I have informed them clearly that I am unable to use the wallet balance before the expiry date and I have shared the error screen shot , on top of it I didn't get any response

CHEAT COMPANY AND LIARS WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was cheated of 10,000 INR while flying to London and the Customer Service do not respond and never gave me the e-ticket number to check in and had to travel in the middle seats with my old parents. HORRIBLE CHEAT COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer experience

Very poor experience Cleartrip No understanding of time sensitive issues . I would like to escalate my poor experience that I have had with clear-trip in the last 3 days . I made a booking on 8th July for which the funds were debited from my account but the booking has still not been confirmed. I am supposed to travel tomorrow but dont have an resolution yet . The case id relevant to my issue is 1777**** I have spent roughly around 10 hours speaking to customer service executives and I am not getting anywhere. I was not to able to escalate this at all . This is extremely frustrating stressful and a sheer waste of time . I think there is a systemic issue with clear-trip interms of culture ,systems ,leadership the way the organisation .So , this is not a issue of customer service executives but clearly a leadership one . This is the worst -while I was trying to understand what happened ,a senior person from customer experience team called me and offered a voucher for hotel booking.Seriously???This clearly speaks to the culture that prevails in the organisation.Absolutely no empathy whatsoever . I dont need your voucher rather I need an detailed explanation of what actually happened #tripadvisor

i was booking the flight through cleartrip.com and i got my ticket and PNR number when is my travel date i try to make online check-in but i didnt find my ticket details. i called clear trip support they are saying they dont know even and they dont want to support any because they said system error. i lost my ticket and there is no support and i booked the ticket for 3 times higher than what i booked. i recomend not to use the cleartrip.com you have to book directly from airliner not from second party.

"Cleartrip.com: A Deceitful Company with Poor Customer Service and Refund Policies"

Cleartrip.com is an online travel platform that promises hassle-free booking of flights, hotels, and other travel-related services. However, my recent experience with Cleartrip has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Despite providing all the necessary proof of a transaction that took place from my end, I am yet to receive the refunds for my cancelled trip and it has been almost a month . I have been constantly contacting Cleartrip via email and phone calls, but to no avail. Every time I have reached out to them, they have either given me false promises or been elusive of the transaction details. It seems like they are hiding something and are not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. In addition to the refunds issue, Cleartrip's customer service leaves much to be desired. They do not reply to emails promptly, and when they do, their responses are often vague and unhelpful. I have also had to deal with their unprofessional behavior on the phone. During one of my phone conversations with a Cleartrip executive, my mother was told that Cleartrip staff find it hard to write emails. This is a shocking revelation for a company that deals with online bookings and payments. It makes me wonder if Cleartrip is purposely avoiding a written trail of communication to hide their misdoings. Moreover, I am based abroad, and the transaction itself was made from a foreign bank. However, Cleartrip prefers to call my mother, who resides in India, rather than communicating with me directly through email. This adds an unnecessary layer of complication and delays to the whole process. In addition to the problems I have mentioned earlier, I would like to highlight the fact that despite providing all the necessary proof of the transaction taking place from my end, the refunds for the cancelled trip have not been issued by Cleartrip. I have provided them with bank statements, transaction IDs, and other documents that clearly indicate that the payment was made from my end, but they continue to deny having received it. Moreover, their customer service representatives have been dishonest and elusive throughout the entire ordeal. They have made promises to investigate the matter and get back to me, but have failed to do so. They have also given conflicting information and have been unresponsive to my emails and calls. I am now contemplating taking legal action against Cleartrip and have already contacted the Consumer Protection agency in India. It is unacceptable for a company to behave in such a manner and I want to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else. I urge all potential customers to be cautious while dealing with Cleartrip. They do not seem to take their customers' concerns seriously and are not transparent in their transactions. Their customer service is also extremely poor and unresponsive. It is important to do your research before choosing to do business with them. In conclusion, I hope that Cleartrip will take responsibility for their actions and resolve the issue at hand. However, I want to warn others of the potential risks of dealing with this company and the lack of accountability they display.N

Poor Website quality cost me cancellation charges

Id like to file a complaint for a booking/ refund issue which arose due to the Clear Trip website being down at the time of booking. Id initially tried to make a booking for 3 pax from Ahmedabad to Dubai however the booking was unsuccessful. I tried again however the website page froze and the payment was unsuccessful. I continued to search for flights on ClearTrip however couldnt find suitable flights. Out of no choice I had to make my booking via Makemytrip.com Thereafter when I happened to check my email I was surprised to see a booking confirmation email from ClearTrip for a booking that was unsuccessful. Due to an issue with the website of Clear trip Ive been severely inconvenienced. I would like to request for someone to look into this matter and help me out with a full refund with the understanding that the website issue is not a problem from my side and it was not in my control. I had no idea that the booking had gone through until I happened to check my email. I am attaching copies of the cleartrip email stating unsuccessful booking + makemytrip email to show that both bookings for 3 pax have been made for the same day. We are one of the oldest customers of ClearTrip and have made a huge number of bookings via your platform. Im hoping someone with authority looks into the matter and helps resolve our problem.
