I can't cancel it tells me to log in .y account then cancel however it tells me to put in email address then pass word I don't have password and it tells me I already have an account please HELP I JUST WANT TO CANCEL

I returned an Item of clothing to JD sport I received a refund. Clearpay are still taking payments from me I have told them I keep getting the same questions over and over again. My bank, the fraud department and myself have identified fraudulent activity on my account but clearway will not look in to this unless I ask my bank to stop an investigation!! they're now charging me intest and late payment. Put it this way, the court case will be interesting..

My refund has not reflect in my account neither has it been deducted from my Clearpay account and theres no number to contact and websites just show contact here but theres no proper explanation and problems are still not solved am so disappointed in this company before they are good but I dont know the type of people they have employed now.All they do is rubbish I am paying for the goods that I have returned
