I can't cancel it tells me to log in .y account then cancel however it tells me to put in email address then pass word I don't have password and it tells me I already have an account please HELP I JUST WANT TO CANCEL


Return JD sport

I returned an Item of clothing to JD sport I received a refund. Clearpay are still taking payments from me I have told them I keep getting the same questions over and over again. Mixed up a returns

Hi I've sent back 2 items but one of the tops has been mixed up with one of the others when returning so what will happen about my refund please as I need to send this one I've received but can't do a return on it as its saying its already been returned so I'm now stuck with a top I don't want

Return and refund

My refund has not reflect in my account neither has it been deducted from my Clearpay account and theres no number to contact and websites just show contact here but theres no proper explanation and problems are still not solved am so disappointed in this company before they are good but I dont know the type of people they have employed now.All they do is rubbish I am paying for the goods that I have returned


Not received my goods

I ordered two items from woucher and I heard that u got the order but that was it and I've started paying for them and only got another two payments and then finishing so I'm paying for the stuff but not received them I!!! I just want to know when u delivering the items please

I was scammed with CLEARPAY by secret sales and I have reported this to CLEARPAY but nothing has been done


Bad communication

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE I returned several things I bought from Asos and I paid with clearpay, but they haven't given me my money back for several months now. I sent many messages to customer service but no one answers my messages. Very bad service, do not recommend
