To let people know

I had to order from them. I had some items that had to go to an FFL dealer, and the rest of the items was three boxes worth of AR parts were supposed to be sent to me so in total four boxes were supposed to be shipped one to the FFL three to me. Took them two weeks to get the FFL item shipped. And then they never found my stuff on the other end. The three boxes are supposed to be shipped to me. Dont know what happened to them. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible customer service.

Barrel wrench too big for EGX500 bullpup.

This is 2nd time Ihave said this. Barrel wrench for EGX500 too big. In the field the gun keep jamming tried to take barrel off to see why.

.45 drum

The drum is not fictional. Need to return. The drum will not load the bullets inside the chamber. Will not go inside the Glock .45.

FedEx not delivering on time

Classic Firearms didn't do anything wrong. My shipment was brought close to where I live where it sat for two days. Then FedEx sent it north to another state for 4 hours and then came back to my location. It sat in a trailer or on their dock for 2 weeks and after my umpteenth phone call with them it was finally delivered. 18 days after it had shipped. Only 2 states away from my state. Classic Firearms responded right away and like I said, they shipped like they were supposed to, FedEx is apparently short handed and couldn't deliver like they were supposed to in "1-5" business days.

How do you reassemble a Panzer ar 12 high velocity piston on the shotgun

How do you reassemble the high velocity piston on a Panzer ar12 gen 4 .The high velocity piston slides back and forth on the barrel and doesn't stay in place please help

Disgust

Ordered a gun. 2 people alone today verified there was a gun to be shipped. Oh n it's 18 after day I bought it. Now they refunded money with no reason. So I called. N lady says oh now is no gun in stock. I said how can that be 3 people, 2 of were today said there was a gun being packed to send. She said no n refused any help or anything or move call higher up or anything.

Untimely shipping

Surprise! Got an email that one of the two items I orders has shipped.

BUT...it shipped from LA versus where Classic Firearms is located.

Perhaps they have a warehouse there, but my guess is they drop ship everything, hence the long delays. I generally don't purchase items from drop shippers as this is what happens.

Second time this has happened. Placed order, card charged immediately, 1.5 weeks go by, send an email inquiring why the order is stuck at "Processing: ready for picking.". When inquiring, the response is ...we are really busy, it's taking 10-15 business days to ship due to the high volume. The first time I ordered with 20 days before I was going on a hunt; in the end they refunded after 12 total days (9 business days). This tells me they never had in stock from the beginning. This time order was placed on 7/16/2020, on 7/26/2020 I inquired because the order was stuck "Processing: ready for picking." just like the first time. On 7/27/2020 answered about how busy they are. I thought I was clear in my inquiry that if it was not in stock then to refund my money, but they came back with a response of ..."Upon checking the item was in stock when the order has been placed". That response tells me nothing and I suspect they are being less than truthful or they have no idea what they have. Bottom line; I believe one and/or two things are going on. 1) they take orders (customers' money) whether in-stock or not and then hope like heck it comes in, and they can turn it around in 10-15 business days, or 2) they and/or their systems are so disorganized they have no clue what's in-stock or what's not. Regardless of the issue, they cannot ship timely. If you need something within a reasonable amount of time, just go elsewhere. If you don't care that; 1) they use your money for a month, 2) cannot figure out what they have in-stock, 3) they are so busy they cannot ship timely...then this is the place. In my opinion, anyone who orders from Classic Firearms will only fuel frustration. I am living proof. If I could give negative stars I would

Buyer beware

I ordered a gun online that was sent to a gun range to pick up. The gun was not what it was represented to be. Classic Firearms customer service told me it was their mistake and return the gun. I contacted the gun manufacturer only to find out the gun I ordered hasn't been produced in 2 years. I never took the gun off the gun range location. It was returned and I was issued a confirmation it was signed for on Dec 9th at Classic Firearms. As of Dec 16 I have not received a refund.
