Deposit still on hold

This Is entrapment,,never did the ad say security deposit. Hotel took 442...of my money...That was for a 4 night stay...I slept in my car...cause i did t have 100 dollar to...pay..extra.stay away...stay awayforget this

My stay at the Clarion Hotel , Concord, Ca was total disappointment

Check-in date: July 6, time was between 5:30/6:30P, slipped and fell on a cracked paver just short of the lobby, was helped up by two gentlemen who were using hotel baggage cart. Female desk clerk looked me in the eye and never asked if I was hurt, or was I okay, As I checked in I inquired about checkout payment procedures, also asking for an incident report of some kind on my fall was met with hostility and rudeness. At this point I hand her my ID and Credit Card for processing, she then tries the card backwards, informing me my card was declined, at which time I informed her that I had in fact spoken to Capital One 45 minutes earlier being informed that I had more than what would be needed for a one week stay plus deposit. She had my card and ID to a customer waiting and tells them to process my card and got upset because I asked to speak to a manager. Will follow-up with a letter to Corporate Office.

Not at all happy with the service and the treatment we received from a particular employee

We check in for our stay 07/03/2023 through 07/07/2023, first thing no microwave, no iron, soon after we got settled I put room the toilets would not flush and flooded the bathe room , we called and let the person at the desk what was happening she called maintenance and then told me he would be there to repair toilet and bring microwave,. It wasnt until almost dark when he showed up, he worked o it and when he left he told it was fixed and explained how we were to flush it so that it would work,, huh? Anyway soon after he left it started to not flush and flood,, we called desk he never returned, next morning I called and told the desk person that I wanted to move to a new room , she was irritated and wanted to know what my issues were,, i told her about the microwave and the toilet, she says well I wont be able to live uou until after 3:90. And I cant promise youll have a room with microwave,, waiting till 3:00 I thought wss totally unreasonable, but what could we do, the maintenance did not shoe up to look at again , at 3:00 I went down to desk to ask how our move was doing , and the person follow her shift did know anything about it, so again I explained, she was very sorry and right away got our transfer done, this woman not only made us wait till 3:00 with a toilet yhAt dont flush but flooded , but did not have the decency to pass the info on,, we have displaced for a month while waiting for our apartment to come available, my hudbsnd has emphysema and needed to rest, no tv service, no internet strbicr for 2 1/2 days of our 4 day stay, when I fpoke to the woman following the other employee , I find out shes the manger,,and what a wonderful helpful person she is , she came to our room at check out time and took my husbands breathing machine out to our car

Bad customer service for the price.

Very rood receptionist. You pay for a full day and you can not check in until 4 pm? When I asked the receptionist about this she got rude and said check in is at 4 we will see you then really snooty. I even call and requested a early check in 3 days prior and they told me that they will put it in there notes. This was about 1130 a.m. We didn't get into the room until 330 pm. Which there was a lot of spider webs in the window and one of the queen beds was broke. The pool was dirty and a lot of broken items throughout the hotel. Breakfast was disgusting. Pancakes were hard around the edges, ham was boiled at least that is what it looked like, hard boiled eggs where frozen, and toaster controls was broke so the toast would burn. Will never return to this Hotel again. Don't recommend it to anyone.

Had bugs

Had bugs and stuff all over the floor black stuff all on bed and under the sheets the bathroom had old suit on the railing and I killed 2 roaches I guess that was the bug . I was itching all over so I called to switch rooms and the next rooms was dirty too .. so the 3 room was better and we stayed in that one at 3 in the morn dragging my kid around waking him up no sleep and missed my dr appt why I came to Galveston in first place . All I asked for was to let us check out later that day for inconvenience and she only offer till 100 and that all she could do was give me 2 mor hours ! After all that ! Ridiculous.. I would have comped stay or have me another nite or anything better than what she offered I didnt even ask for my money back . Brooke I think the manager was very unaccommodating and it was rude of her . I felt very disrespected and disappointed.

A member of staff called my son a knobs and stuck her finger up and nothing done about it and caught on video not recomend

This stay was a nightmare

First off I was homeless when I came here just had a spinal surgery they had people smoking in front of there door smoke coming in my room reported nothing was done same guy set the fire alarm off yesterday . Employees says if the guest scared they can go across the street to the fire department. They are ratchet here . Spoke with the GM Steve about getting my room c lean and he said it would get done sat trash and laundry sat in my room all weekend long . They take your towels and most of the time u have to go get clean ones aal so finally made my own bed went to the front desk and hit towels and sheets and good thing I bought my own tissue Went to complain he asked me was I Checking out on the 31 smh the head follows the tail meaning he don't care about the hotel or his job I been here 3 months yeah everybody have a bad day but he never want to address anything going on also a pair of tickets 120.00 got stolen out of my room I had bought them for my son for his bday and a guess that was there for the weekend hit my truck didn't report it cause they don't care about it over all this was a worst experience I wouldn't recommmend nobody stay here and it s noisy as well

Conplaint

I had booked through Expedia my kids had there hopes up bc I made special request for late check which we did not receive and was told through Expedia I couldn't talk to supervisor nor was I able to speak to anyone at front desk other than team leader and was told by him I couldn't speak to a director nor management or anything said would not do any good I don't understand why I was told two different things .. that's my only complaint no including the pools chlorine levels are to high and room smelled like smoke I left that alone bc ain't no where perfect I don't judge but don't lie and tell me one thing and it's another plus no management on either side on call something is wrong with that as well please help

Can't get deposit back?

Was hung up on. Would appreciate speaking to supervisor 856725****, extremely important. Awful experience and wanted to ask a question I had. I posted some of the pictures I have in the "receipt" column because it says that column is "private" and doesn't post publicly. my goal is not to cause a problem with you guys I am just extremely confused . There are more pics and video upon request just wanted to show as I am trying to figure out deposit.

Filthy hotel from front door to the rooms

On March 10 2023 I booked this hotel it was so filthy from the time you entered floors unkept and it had a stench there my first room was dirty so they moved me to a room that was twice as dirty there was hair in the beds throw up on bed skirt hair in showers on walls and ceilings bugs crawling and the floors in the room needed mopping and every hard surface needed to be cleaned

Complaint about stay and service

Got a room , my uncle stayed with me and I left that morning and he stayed after I left they came knocking on my door about a car doubled parked with the last name The same as mine which didn't belong to me, instead them apologizing about having the wrong person they threw my uncle out of the room just because I didn't have his name down , but the receptioness never told me I had have everyone staying in the room name , and ask for 2 keys!!! Her name was Christy I think she was rude to me even when I checked and got even more rude when they threw us out at 8:30 am and checkout wasn't until 11:00 am , my stay was at Clarion in Sheffield ,Al 35630!!!

The people there were very rude and they did not want to refund me back my money after witnessing a really bad customer service experience

Me and my sister walk in and a lady was being rude to a different customer and I have been very rude there was roaches crawling on the wall and I seen trash on the floor

They charged me 3500. For a sheet set and two towels after threatening to call the police on my disabled eight year old son.

I was moving to a new city w my disabled 8 year old. The regional center issued a check fir 3500.00 right before Thanksgiving for him and I to stay there for a month. My son got sick during the 2nd week. The manager kicked us out and kept the money. He knew it was holiday and we had nowhere to go. He is a slime ball, like, and thief. Do not go there. The place is in disrepair and they discriminate against widows and the handicapped!!!

Horrible experience!! Hotel room dirty. Hotel chain should be ashamed. Even phone was dead when I went to call, had to use personal cell.

Dirty room/ tape on remote was filthy ( heard of Covid anyone?) remote did not work; room phone was dead/ trash on floor. The second room had NO blanket on the bed had to use coat for warmth and pipes woke me at 3 am. STAY AWAY!!!

Clarenton Inn hotel compensation

I never received anything from Snapchat they never refund me anything So now I want to know how to resolve this issue because it's still not resolved I haven't been compensated for anything

The Clarion inn said they was compensate me for 3 nigth stay because of Multiple roaches found crawling in bed and walls in the room And I have it on video ...So they said snapchat would receive the money first then snapchat will refund the total 3 nite refund / compensation back to my Card on file Within 7 to 10 business days
