Got wrong game
I order (Marvel Avengers) game but was given *lego Avengers) game. The Title, Picture and description of the order was for (MARVEL Avengers), But i got KEY for (Lego Avengers). There was no Lego mention on the Game ad. Contacted customer service but haven't heard from them .its been 1 week

Code for game provided isn’t working
the code i bought from thai company for 20 pounds isnt working, it says when i put it in to contact whomever gave me the code and it isnt working. I live in the united kingdom and the code is for this country. Its a xbox code for dark souls 3. I seriously need a new code and quick or i am more then happy to sue for false advertising

Faulty key
I bought a vpn key and was told to set to either Brazil or Argentina on vpn neither of these worked and I was then told to try turkey and that again didn't work. I was then told I needed to change the location on my Microsoft account also and I told them that I had been doing this the entire time to begin with and they have since ignored every message I have sent

do not use this company they promise a refund if the product is faulty or wont work i am still to get my refund after sending in all the required screenshots and requesting the refund over 20 email and support tickets. no one listens to the request i get one sentence replies saying the same thing please just do what your site promised and refund the faulty codes

It's a scamming site. I paid for a CD key but never got it and they refused to refund. Never ever do business with them!

Awful customer service
I paid for a key and it was sent to me, I tried to use it following the instructions they supplied and it says it's the wrong key for that product, sent a message and 2 days later they replied asking me to try doing what I'd already tried. I replied that I'd done it 1 day later they reply asking for screenshots of my OS, which I send 1 more day later they reply asking for a different screenshot, which I send 1 other day later they reply telling me to try the thing I've already told them I've tried 10 times!!! 1 email a day is all they can manage... I think they do it on purpose so people give up!

NO REFUND & FAULTY DUPLICATED KEY
I bought a CD key code to a game and received a duplicated key from 2014. Not only do these sellers that provide the keys give duplicated/faulty keys, the support team for this website are also scammers as well. They will contradict and refuse to give your refund back even after you've done what they wanted you to do. They take several days to respond and don't read what you say from the ticket or emails you send them. This site is simply just a money stealing site, buy from literally any other site instead because this site is the worst one and 0% trustable. I haven't received my money back since the time of this review even still. ( I provided a screenshot of what kind of emails you can expect from them when trying to go from through their refund process. )

The product I paid for is not working. Please review my account and process a new key. I've downloaded the product and tried to enter the key to no avail. I've tried downloading the office product in your link and when I try to run it it says the files cannot be found. I've tried downloading the office product from different avenues and then tried entering your CD key and it does not work. Please have someone call me at 682-313-**** if necessary. You can call me during the night time hours of 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. 2:00 a.m. 3:00 a.m. Texas time.
