I open up my account last week and deposited my income tax check for the amount of 61k and now my account had a hold on it now Im aware of the check having a hold on it but not my account and I need to get access to my accounts

The transaction happened on July 22Nd the purchase was made around about 10 AM that same day I was supposed to get four products and pay 112 instead I only got two out of four products and got charged $112 instead of all for products Im paying for only got two out of four of them

Purchased a item in June 2022 it was a six month billing add on. It was paid off in December. The account is still billing the additional 55 plus dollars and even states on page two of bill it is 11 of 6 payment billed. Citizen is reporting negative info to credit bureaus. No supervisor will help and no one can provide a phone number to corporate

Cant reach anyone
Ive been messaging and calling for months. They have me enrolled in online statements and none of the statements have anything attached. 800 number says my ss number is not recognized. I received a notice that im past due 2 months but I am not. Im furious!

Watch your savings and cd accounts because they are cheating people on interest you should be earning.
I just started looking at my savings account and Cd interest earned. I noticed that the amounts that I was earning was not coorect. They bank reps. agreed with me that the money earned should be more. I was told that Its a clitch and shouold correct itself. However, a credit has never been adjusted. The representatives keep hanging up on me when I call. They say that they are transfering me and then hang up. its been 3 times in a row. I am moving my money out of this bank! Watch out for these scamming crooks.

Repeated problems with services
Can no longer use Zelle or transfer funds between accounts. This is after having it all stopped last week and I had it reactivated TWICE. Why does this keep happening? There must be a way to get a person in the states that can fix this once and for all

Problems with citizens pay account
No one can delete unused accounts. I misspelled name and no one can correct. Company does not have a support line for pay.

I feel like they ripped me off by charging me a higher interest on my loan.
I was told I was locked in at the lowest interest rate at the time , then when we went to settlement it was 2-3 numbers higher instead 5.25 it was now 7.75 I was highly upset & really wanted to walk away from the deal & not go through with buying the house, but I did anyways as I no longer wanted to keep living with my mother. Thats why Im a pissed consumer now! Thank you for listening! Have a nice & safe day!

Terrible customer service
Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers tonight at CBP, at 9:55 in the Hall of Fame section went to buy a few beers for the group I was with. They stop serving alcohol at 9:45. No problem, tried to buy 4 bottles of water. Couldnt even buy water, in the hall of fame section at 9:55, instead you watch the bartenders count their money while the concert is still going on. Walked around the stadium and bought 6 big bottles of water. Trying to carry 6 big bottles of water to my section, I turn around and this Phillies red shirt security *** *** old *** asks if I paid for all the bottles. Doesnt ask can I help you, as he sees me juggling all these bottles. I said do you think Id walk half way around the stadium and carry 6 bottles of water during my favorite band on stage?!?! Doesnt offer to help. *** *** As I walk back to my seats I actually give 2 bottles of water to 2 other security guards that were very appreciative and made it back to my seats with 4 bottles. *** the hall of fame club and the absolute below average customer service of the Philadelphia Phillies citizens bank park security.
