I owe your company a huge apology. I sincerely regret my message I sent you. At the time I was so very frustrated because I had talked to 5 to 7 agents and they couldn't find my car loan which I wanted to retire the balance. My wife had told me, my loan was with Citi. Regrettably, it was with ANOTHER company. I apologize for my error and take full responsibility for it. Please know I especially regret some of the language I used. There seems to be no way to contact the Auto department. Other than through email. Which is very upsetting. I'm Extremely Aggravated by this. An even more Angered by the fact that 20 years ago the Lien was not turned in or not done correctly. So now here we sit needing Money and having Sold our Vehicle that we are going to have to give the money back. Truly I believe that whichever Company owns these Records now should be issuing some kind of SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL BENEFITS. For all of us that are now having to Figure out a way to correct there Mess. Not that any of us will ever get anything. Nor do I believe we will ever be able to get our Liens removed.
