Citi easy deals
The new citi easy deal site is horrible. I could add daily deals previously. Since few days I cannot add even the regularly available deals let alone the daily deals. It says unable to add to cart. Try again later. The cart is visible no where.

Deal still hasn’t loaded even though it became available an hour ago
Target deal still has not loaded even though it became available. coming soon an hour ago. This feels like a teaser. And if this is a technology issue as this is poor customer service at best. I had a specific item I wanted to purchase at target but because I cant add the deal to the cart I cant use it.

Terrible "updated" site
I thought updates are supposed to make things "better". This is the dumbest update I have ever experienced. I cannot get any citideals to load up. Constantly receive a "did not load properly" error and no matter how many times I reload, nothing will pop up. Once the item pops up, it's too late. What kind of joke is this? are you actively trying to *** off your consumer base?

Cannot get in touch with a live person
Tried to order Carnival gift cards. Have all information which it asked for. Got a message to call customer service to complete transaction. Cannot reach a live person. Very frustrating!

The new updated Citi easy deal site does not work. it is full of problems.
City easy deal Representatives don't have access to the tech support and city.com says that they have nothing to do with City easy deals. Neither representative was able to connect me to Tech support. I am absolutely livid as I am unable to get any City easy deals and can't even find a way to get to Tech support. It went from having problems to a total disaster.

New revised Citi Deal site
This is the worst revision of a popular site I have ever seen. The old site was simple and easy to deal with...I was a fan for years...but now I give up... Please go back and retest the access to this horrible mess.

I am a long time participant in the Easy Deal but lately I am frustrated with its long delays and inability to purchase the offerings.
This site has become so bogged down that I am constantly frustrated by the inability to access any of the rewards...until this site is updated, I will probably not be using it anymore...it is too frustrating and disappointing to waste time on it.

Daily Deal
I have not won a daily deal since April, 2023. In the past if I logged in before 12 pm, I stood an excellent chance of winning the item offered. Now I hit the blue button at 12 pm, but never win any more. In fact, a message pops up This item is still available. However tapping the button again does not work. I am disgusted with the web site and customer service.

Can not actually purchase the daily deal!
Log in, wait for daily deal to be active, click on the daily deal immediately, then you wait, and wait, and wait, only to be logged out due to inactivity. Log back in, and the website says all items are in carts. OR - log in, click on deal immediately, and receive "502 Bad Gateway" Very frustrating

What used to be a good deal is now worthless.
The $100 gift cards for $90 were a pretty good deal (~ 10% savings, certainly better than bank CD's). We were partial to the CVS pharmacy cards. But now Citi Easy Deals has eliminated just about all the "useful" categories and have only five shopping gift cards. Would a Neiman Marcus or Macy's shopper flash a Citi Easy Deals gift card?

I paid my aunt BSNL Mobile Bill through this easy deal site because it was first link in the Google search, but the has not paid the money is also not re funded still I paid the bill on 20.03.2022

It's not letting me check my rewards, nor letting me get into my account. It's a very very confusing app.
