Did not order and got 5 cartridges,I do not want them, you sent them last month also, I can’t drink that many

Did not order and got 5 cartridges got them last month also I do not want these!! Great idea ! Wish you made Cirkul bottles that has a straw so you dont have to tip it up to drink but still get the great taste. Please make an ice tea that is not sweet. Thanks

Broken product

My cartilage that I bought do not work

Put them in my water bottle just to found out they dont work and I bought 4 and they were all like that and I been trying to get a hold of the company and you cant get a hold of anyone to tell them about the problem and you cant return them to the store so you lose your money either way and at 4.00 it might not seem like a lot but when you add that up it is a lot

I called number given to me and it kept saying it could not complete your call

Broken cup after it fell on carpeted floor. The Company suggested the cup be placed in the dishwasher often, however I think it weakens the quality of the cup. That is probably why mine got a small Crack on the bottom of it.

I didn't get my bottles and was missing flavors

I received my order today and I didn't even get my bottles!!! I mean come on who doesn't put the bottles in the order! And then I was also missing 3 of my flavors. Then I couldn't even get in contact with anyone and then when I finally did, they tell me they can't refund me for the bottles or the flavors that I didn't get! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT! AND I PAID $80.00 to not even get my stuff. They said they couldn't expedite the shipping either because I needed it for a birthday gift.. which now I will have to go buy bottles and I will be out the money for these because they will arrive after the date I needed them for! SO RIDICULOUS!!! I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Company still refuses to issue a refund even when given proof that package was delivered to wrong address, had to get in contact with FedEx just to even get a response

The package was delivered to the wrong address I ordered maybe 15+ items from the website of different flavorings and when I tried to get in contact with their customer support bot I got no response and when I called it said could not connect call please try again I just want my money back for the items I ordered

I did not receive my order

I put an order in almost $60 I have never received my order and was told to go knock on my neighbors doors and ask around someone got my order, but it sure wasn't me so no one wants to help, and I am just supposed to be out my $60.00 how does that work

Horrible

I purchased this product at Walmart. Neither cartridge provided flavor after turning it to the highest setting. And then trying to contact customer service was just as bad. Wasted money

About the pink Stainles Still bottle that I ordered at least it doesn't Seal properly. I really love the flavors and a very impressed I just wish I'd gotten the clear bottle It would be really nice if you could replace it with a plastic bottle cause. I do love.

Mold in bottle lid

I have been having mold build up on the lid of my bottle and I have washed it and everything and it keeps coming back I have tried to call and it keeps hanging up on me sooo and I have been with cirkul for years and never had an issue with the product before till I got a new lid please help with this thank you

Damaged sip

One of my sips came in damaged, may I please have a replacement for it. Kindly (Jessica) I love my cirkul and I'm bummed that one of my sips came in damaged.
