Extremely rude employee

We were checking out and the employee was on her phone w earbuds the entire time made me push items toward her directly when they were in reach already spoke down to me when handing her the money very snappy so I made the comment get off your phone she then yelled at me n my son as we were leaving, she was yelling threatening words. Won't go back won't recommend

Cease with requiring ID for doing business at your establishments, in violation of my Constitutional Rights. Specifically, the 4th amendment. This isn't a request, it is a demand. Thank you

A issue with my money on my gas card

I have not heard from anyone about this yet but I am very mad at the company over this I am on a fixed income and in two months I have lost 130 dollars 30 for last month and all 75 or more from this month I had only use it two time and each time my car did not hold it all so yes I am very mad at this company and there is not a review at this time

Needing to speak with HR

I need to dispute a termination . I was recently suspended from circle k on Saturday . I don't know the reason and the store manager said she didn't know anything ether except that she received a phone call from our upper management informing her to clock me out and to send me home . I don't know what the problem is or was however I feel like this is targeted discrimination and harassment . I come to work and I do my job I do everything asked of me and have never received any kind of disciplinary actions . However that said I do feel like I am a victim because as the 10th of June I just received a evaluation and It said I was doing an amazing job and had nothing negative agents me . Shortly after my employee evaluation the other acting managers started treating me differently and I have literally been attacked one by one from my coworkers and management . The have continually tried to get me to act out of character and they are constantly gossiping and telling lies about me . I am left to work alone on weekends the busiest days of the week . I'm left all alone usually between 2-10pm when I get to the store everyone quickly clocked out and leaves me without cleaning the store or completing basic shift change duitys like trash or cleaning restrooms or cleaning and stocking the drink station . As soon as I get their they all leave and I'm stuck at the register unable to really do to much of anything . I come in when I'm called In at least once a week on my day off . I do everything I'm told and I complete all my job task and duitys before clocking out . Unless told otherwise from management . I would like to know the reason for my termination. I feel this is unfair and it's targeted hateful discrimination towards myself . And I would like to dispute the termination . Also because I recently filed a out a store feed back on what my thoughts were of the store and how to improve servay I was honest and gave my opinion on management and the types of behavior that was going on and now 3 days later I'm being told I'm terminated . I also feel this is a form of retaliation. Within the company !

Really bad customer service and upkeep of facilities

I have frequented Circle K at Indian School Road and Hayden Road in Scottsdale. Today, 7/23/23, at about 11:35 AM I stopped by to fuel my SUV. While I was refueling the SUV, I wanted to clean the windows. The cleaning tool (squeegee/sponge) was present, but there was no water in the bucket. I checked all the fuel pump locations and there was no cleaning water in any of the buckets. I went inside to speak to the staff about this to see if they could provide some cleaning water. I saw that the two store employees were in the "back" room - nobody was out on the floor, or in front of the store. After getting their attention, I stated the cause of my interruption and intrusion (it sounded like they were having a good time discussing something other than work items). The first employee gave me an excuse that they could not accommodate my request because there were only two employees working and they could not leave the store. I reminded her that this is not taking care of the customer and asked if she was the manager. At this point, the second employee interjected that she in fact was the assistant manager and confirmed that she could not get the cleaning water replenished because she was making sandwiches, and this task took priority. At this point, I discontinued my discussion/request and went back out to the pump. By this time the refueling was complete. I requested a receipt at the pump only to be met with a message on the pump that I had to go back into the store to get the receipt from the cashier (due to the fact that the pump printer was not working - this has been a recurring issue. I have finally reached my tolerance level and have made the decision that I will no longer patronize Circle K stores due to the horrific customer service and the lack of upkeep of the facilities. I highly recommend QT for a place of business to model what Circle K should be doing.

Visa card comprised

I had made a purchase with my Visa card ending in 0928 on the 12th of this month. I do not use this debit card unless I need to get cash back, or buy lottery tickets, otherwise I use my credit card everywhere. The last time I used was at the same store on 07/07/2023. The store # is 21102 at 5708 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, Fl.33653. I think my card might have been comprised here because my bank send me a text if I had made the above transaction and another one in California for $ 39.99. I told them the $ 8.93 was correct and the other one was not made or authorized by me. The bank took care of the $39.99 charge and is issuing me a new card as it was comprised. The sales associate who was working was Leasia. There was a customer behind me, which I doubt he memorized the pin number as he came out of the store after me. Please look into it and let me know, or other cards were also comprised from Circle K store 21102. Thanks, Tirtha Mali

To let everybody and everybody know how rude from management down that you are treated at circle k's should make everybody not want to ever go in one of their stores again and I couldn't be more serio

I need to speak to somebody high up in corporate immediately I have just been totally disrespected and treated it extremely rudely and at one of your stores and I need to speak to someone ASAP I totally totally uncalled for I was embarrassed and it's the last time a member of any store that I frequent and am a customer of and nothing but respectful and courteous at all times and to be treated like I was just treated talk to the way I was talk to is is something that is beyond comprehensible

Concerned consumer

We dont want to be forced to use self check out!!! And employees shouldnt be able to use their phone numbers while at work! Ive used three circle k stores while in Monroe la west Monroe la and Rayville la and all three stores demanded for all customers to use self check while there was a line of about ten (rayville) 8 (Monroe) 6 (west Monroe) but today was just about the last straw! I went in to the store and and walked around to see what all that store had to offer two workers was there (possibly shift change) a bigger lady was sitting down and told me to use self checkout and the smaller lady was leaving said cigarettes? shell be with you in a minute maam I said its ok thank you as she went out the door the lady turned back around and said I said use self check! I told her I was getting cigarettes. She said we put! I said maam Im looking at what I need.. would you like me to come around and get them? (Thinking some was wrong and she couldnt walk or stand since she was sitting while at work) she said I said we out! I said maam I walked from my hotel and dont plan to go to a different store I can come around and grab them if thats ok and then Ill use self checkout! She said lord as soon as I sit down I gotta get up! Yelling!!! I said maam you are at work correct and she just left so you just got here right? If its that big of a deal I really dont mind getting them (trying to be nice and not upset this lady even more!) she asked as she walked over what you want I told her and she grabs the wrong cigarettes and I told her maam Id like the full flavor the dark green next to the kind you got.. she looked me dead in the face and said these them. I said no maam those arent what Im wanting. She said you asked for lites thats what I got you now you change your mind dont want them! I said no maam you have mistaken I dont even drink diet or anything lite I want full flavor whatever I get she said you come in the store refuse to use self check now trying to start trouble! I said no maam when I walked in I walked around to see what all this store has to offer and then got in line and watch four people not get their scratch offs cause you didnt want to get up and made them use self checkout! You was sitting when I walked in the door and I offered to get them about four times before you even moved! I said I have been trying so hard to be as nice as I possibly can be! If you took me for ride Im so sorry! I was just honestly offering to help since you was sitting in the corner when I came in while on the clock I figured you was hurting or something was wrong.. I dont care for all the attitude and the rudeness you have given since I got to the front of the line all your other customers left not getting scratch off cause I guess they knew you wouldnt get them..?? Im not them all I want is my full flavored cigarettes and Ill be on my way! She then take ten tiny steps back and grabs what I asked for and throw them on the counter!! I said maam did you just throw them at me!! She said if I would have thrown them I would have hit you! I said ok and let it go!! She then says id!! I had them already in my hand and as k handed them to her she acts like she trying to scan them but she didnt know I could see the front of my license and not the bar class witch is used to scan the id. I said try the bar code on the back she looked me dead on the face again and says do you work here? Trying to come behind the register and get cigarettes try to tell me how to do my job! I said maam Im not trying to do your job but Ive worked as a cashier for 12 years at the same place! I can scan an id if you cant she then tells me she is refusing to sale me cigarettes cause my id wont scan I just looked at the floor! I said I have really trot be nice!!! But enough is enough! Scan the back of my id so I can be on my way or I can call the 1-800 number and or call the cops since you throw cigarettes at me! She then scans the id correctly for the first time once it scans she puts in her phone number for my points!!! I Just put them cash in the machine so I can get what I came for and leave!! She then throws my Id and cigarettes at the door and said get out!! I got my stuff and left!!! I dont want anyone using their phone number unless asked if Im not using my phone number! And I dang sure dont want to be forced to use self checkout! Each one of these store demands you to use them!!! Each one of them gets rude to make you use it! And each one of them used their phone number without asking me if I wanted to use my phone number for points!! This is unacceptable!! If there is a cashiers I will use the person not the self checkout!! If the line is long and all I have is a drink I might choose to use it then, but only then!!! Ive used circle k for years every morning and ever evening on my way to and from work!! And if the circle k in my state start doing this you will lose customers left and right! No matter if we have to settle for a different brand then what circle k offers and we like!!

I was assaulted by an employee

I went to the Circle K store on Brownsferry Rd, right next to the QT(I should have gone there) I started pumping my gas and walked in to buy a couple of lottery tickets, before I was finished telling the clerk (short fat nasty looking guy dressed in all black named Eddie) he told me that he had already input the tickets and I could just go elsewhere. I told him I was getting gas and he said he was going to call the police. I then turned on my camera and started recording him. He came out from behind the counter and hit at me, he hit my hand and called me a *** I again said, I'm getting gas. He walked over to the register and said, no you aren't, I stopped it. There was no receipt for my gas purchase, So I left, reviewed the video and will be suing the company because I was assaulted by an employee.

Bad Gas

My wife stopped into a Circle K store number 02239 in Columbus Indiana, we have a 2023 Lexus NX350 which requires premium fuel, she filled her car up with the premium fuel and car started missing. After returning to the dealer, I was told there was diesel in the fuel. The tanker that delivered gas to the station put diesel in the premium tank. I have left messages, emails, and have never been contacted by corporate to pay for repairs. The manager at the store has told me their insurance would take care of the repairs but again I cannot get them to return my messages nor emails. Terrible business practice. The manager also told me there had been 12 cars and over $100k worth of motorcycles damaged by this.

Expired tobacco

I bought 2 cans of chew on 06/13/2023 that expired on 02/12/2023 So I took it back for a refund and they wouldn't exchange it out since it was opened but the only reason my husband knew it was expired was because it tasted bad. Isn't that a health code violation? I have called the customer service line 5 times leaving voicemails and emailed 4 times with no return call or email over a 7 day span. Terrible customer service. We stopped going to Circle Ks for this reason. I didnt get a receipt but good thing I get notified of all transactions on my card. They should have to give me a non expired can of chew or refund the price since its $6.49 a can and its not the customers fault that the stores items are expired.

Complaint on a store

Ive been going into this store a bit and use the same card to purchase my items I get thats not even the problem but to me it became a problem when the MIT embarrassed me asking (Do you even have any cash on the card) minding you I worked at a circle k was a assistant manager and was given the keys to the store to become a MIT at a location. She should have never had said that! Ive been meaning to complain about her attitude towards me I feel like its only me I feel like shes one of those types that are high mighty. Ok so how it all started is I believe the customer should not have to be forced to use this self check out register yall have its a new thing apparently. I dont care for it only because I come in grab a cup of ice I do not drink the fountain sodas just a cup of ice and I grab a can of soda to fill while Im on my lunch break. They fully charge me for a fountain drink on top of my can of soda purchase. I go to that location twice once in the morning for my coffee and for lunch. Mornings I have issues with these two and today will tell you who was there I kept the receipt to prove who they were every day Id come in by 4 am grab a coffee and hot dogs cause the other employee does her job making sure she had hot food ready for there customers. Today there was non on the grill and I politely asked them would it be a problem to warm them up in there oven they have and he said there is no button for that. They take a hour to cook in the grill minding you I worked at one Im aware yet I still managed to make my customers happy by going beyond making sure they get what they ask for. Again he said I dont know if we can do that and goes and asks the MIT of that store and she said no. Thats when I drew the line they just didnt want to do it. I didnt have to work today and went out of my way to go get what I wanted and walked out half satisfied and upset that these two didnt try doing as I asked. The oven is 350 degrees and Im sure there is a button on there for a minute and they still didnt do it! Someone needs to talk to these two. The other day I walked in with a smile and greeted the MIT and she totally ignored me then turned around and said oh I didnt hear you! Then I said something else and she never said anything back! Very rude MIT

Injury

I purchased a donut and upon taking a bite and chewing down an immense pain hit My upper gum!!! My mouth started bleeding and I had no idea what I had just bit down on. When my sister looked it was a nail!!! The nail punctured my gum and was wedged in between my teeth !! I am wanting to at least make you aware of the situation, but I will be looking into this with a lawyer Rita Brown

Service Dog discrimination. Stalled investigation has lead me to hire a private investigator with intent to file criminal charges after the new year. Area lead David Dodson, attempted to bribe me with a gift card on a recorded line; then denied it to their attorney whom abandoned the case after I provided documentation to his dishonesty. Ive reached the litigation department, considered a joke by contradictory statements that can be admissible within any courtroom; stating that my service dog presented no relevant risk; but a customer was afraid - this does not warrant immediate harassment upon entry or denying future service. I told the gentleman to find another job; and I meant it. Theyve lied, falsifying/ generating a witness statement that was never shared or ran through the proper channels. Theyve cause defamation damages towards my service dog & her training; stating behaviors that did not occur, nor could be proven through security footage; per my legal studies, a judge will request these documents before throwing the case out in my favor simply based on documentation. With the level of disrespect, inconsistency & discrimination towards not only me; but your whistleblower employees as well; on top of public record and news articles of settlements throughout the past few years. I find it highly unprofessional to present yourself in a false light to the general public; they should be made aware of whom theyre doing business with. I have no problem making all this information easily accessible to the general public and pursue the maximum in federal court; but fortunately I can be reasoned with. Im offering a one-time private conciliation opportunity prior to taking legal action. Ps. My family attorney costs me nothing; what will yours cost?

Claims & Compensation

Good Day, I've been tirelessly trying to contact your companies claims department for weeks now! I recently stopped at one of your Circle K locations in Beaumont Mississippi off of highway 98 west. Upon fueling my tank the pump #5 was malfunctioning and working very very slow. I stopped filling up at 2 gallons, went inside and alerted the clerk to the issue. Upon leaving the gas station no more than a mile down the road my car engine began bucking wildly and the vehicle came to a screeching halt. It lost complete power and would not even start. After having it towed to Firestone Auto Shop in Hattiesburg Mississippi it was determined there was 2 gallons of water in the gas tank. The spark plugs, fuel pump and the entire fuel system was cleaned and replaced. The amount of work that needed to be done just to get to the gas tank and remove the water was monsterous! $2,800 dollars later and spending a night in a motel and the vehicle still isn't right! I have followed the instructions given to me in order to file a claim and have been told by the manager Rebecca at the Beaumont location that the claim has been properly filed. I also gave her the paper work from Firestone and had an employee on duty sign for it for extra proof of my efforts. Every time I call and leave a message at the number provided to me it simply goes to voicemail and no one gets back to me. You can imagine my frustrations and confusion! I want this resolved! Anything else that needs to be done please let me know!
