Refund for tickets

19th August 12:15 gadar 2 show has been cancelled by your movie theatre location pacific mall NSP New Delhi. The manager says there is technical issue on audi and we cant allow although after get my refund but I have never seen such irrelevant reason from any other movie theatre hall. Better to go for any other movie theatre, needs to improve a lot otherwise next time there will be no electricity supply excuse will be heard from manager

Very disappointed

Hi till the date I havent received the my payment back. There is failed amount for the same movie two times for two different cinemas 1st Cinépolis janak 2nd for Unity one rohini. Issue with service and the manager

This movie theater is an absolute flaming trash pile scam. As someone who has been coming here for a while and puts up with the *** service, I can honestly say my last experience will stop me from EVER coming back. at least coming back and spending money. The kids they have working here dont give a crap about their job so no one is checking tickets anyways. I highly suggest you just walk in and go see a movie. Anyways on Sunday I went to see Barbie and this place was in absolute disarray. There were tons of people standing around drinking, Barbie and Oppenheimer came out this week so of course it was busy. I tried ordering my drink from the bar as I usually do (If you order from your seat and wait for someone to bring it, you'll wait at least 40 min.). The guy behind the bar literally said to me "No you cant order from the bar today. order from your seat and we'll bring it out to you even faster!" HA. I went to my seat and I was 40 min early to my movie. there was a server in the theater when i walked in so i ordered immediately. After waiting a full hour, I still didnt have my drink. the movie started and i was just waiting and waiting. i went down stairs to the hallway where they have all this food lined up, and all these kids are just sitting around on their phones. The food all looks cold and drinks are sitting there with the ice melted in them... I couldnt believe what i saw. I looked around and was like wow, all this is just sitting here? what are you guys doing? Clearly they were going to be no help. I went to the bar to just get my drink and go watch the movie. The same guy who was there before turned out to actually be the manager. The manager, or i think he's the assistant manager, Dane Young. I told him what was going on and he still told me he would not get me my drink. As i was missing my movie, standing at a bar, a paying customer, but im not allowed to order a drink. absolutely ridiculous. He then went on his computer, and yelled at me from behind asking what seat I was in. He obnoxiously told me to go wait for my drink, and that i should stop complaining because now im getting free drinks. Excuse me? Im a bartender myself. I know exactly that stress he was dealing with. And i know how to do it with a damn smile. The way this man treated me was absolutely ABSURD. I will PAY to have good service and drinks as I always do. But this guy was just a piece of *** honestly. I went back to my theater and still waited another 20 minutes for my drink. After this experience I really couldn't focus on a movie thats all about female empowerment and being kind to others and yourself when this small petty man just screamed at me from behind his bar. He absolutely ruined my entire experience. I have been looking forward to seeing this movie for months. After the movie was over I went back to the bar to have a word with him. The movie theater was less chaotic and full at this point so he wasnt running around like crazy. I explained to him that the way he spoke to me was simply not okay and it clearly really hurt me, and that I am a bartender as well so I understand how stressful it can be but still but still, he showed me now sincerity, no apology, just a snarky smile on his face and him reminding me he comped my drink for me. Oh , which he actually didnt do I still have a charge on my card. I asked him for his bosses name or card and he refused to give me one. So yeah Dane Young if you see this and if anyone reading this knows this man, please explain to him that after working at a movie theater since 2007, he should really know how to do a better job. ***

Money deducted tickets not booked

Money Rs 296.48 is deducted from my account, but tickets not booked i submit my HDFC Bank msg screenshot and I paid through gpay let me share the gpay screenshot also it will be a good proof too. i paid in gpay at 5.30pm on 29/04/2023 kindly slove this dispute as soon as possible.
