The new website really sucks

Your new website is having some major issues cant check out seats taking forever to log on and its just not very

We got large concessions and expected refills during the movie to be quick abs efficient. Unfortunately, they did not honor the refill line and said to get bs k in the long line of people

Three employees pretended not to hear me ask about the refill line which is clearly posted and ignored me. Finally, the tall employee with auburn hair and braids asked me to get in line that was more than 10 people deep. I clarified that a refill was all that was needed. She double downed and said it again and sited policy. I went back to the movie without refills. After the movie, I spoke to the manager KC. He apologized and said that their policy was not followed and that he would speak to the employee. I felt a concession voucher should have been offered since the items paid for werent received during the movie.

Complaint

My 15 year old daughter and I visited the 2nd St Cinema in Beaumont Ca. We got our tickets, bought concessions, and proceeded up the ramp to enter our theater. The employee requested to check our purses. I refused and my daughter had feminine products in her purse so I also refused to make her open it. There were a few male guests in back of us and the employee called the manager to explain we felt it was an invasion of our privacy. My teenage daughter was extremely embarrassed! We were told it was mandatory for safety reasons. That we could be carrying a weapon, a gun, pepper spray, etc. A bag check for those items is ridiculous! Anyone can easily carry those items on their person. In their pockets, waistband, etc. There are no metal detectors which would be appropriate to search for such items. There was a small sign with small print right before guests enter their designated theater. By the time a guest reaches that sign about bag searches, they have already paid their ticket, ordered and received their concessions, and are feet from their theater with their hands full. It is an inconvenience and causes embarrassing situations! Signs should be posted upon entry to the building and in large print that all bags will be searched. Management should make changes to their protocol. My daughter was so embarrassed and this has caused me to make the decision to drive an extra 15 to Harkins theaters in Redlands. Which is what we will do from now on. This theater is an extreme disappointment and the Yelp reviews show it. Mrs. Kristine Cross

Gift certificate problem

I purchased two gift certs of two tiks each and neither was received. I asked for a ph call and this is all I got. You need to do better.

Manager Rina, at Beaumont rude and unprofessional

Aug. 21, 2022 Went to Beaumont Theater as I have for the past 2 years with crochet hook and skein of yarn . Manager, Rina, refused to let me in unless I took it back to my car as I could use the plastic hook as a weapon. I am a 71 year old disabled woman. She never looked into my purse where I had a ball point pen that could also be a weapon. I was embarrassed in front of my friends and other patrons. The concession stand gives out plastic spoons and forks that can be used as weapons

Giftcard

To whom it my concern, We purchased 4 Dbox seats at your Palladio 16 (Folsom) location for Dr. Strange. The screen went black with 5 minutes left so everyone in tue theater went out to the lobby to speak to the manager. We were not thrilled because he gave us 4 giftcards for normal seats, not Dbox which is twice the amount. He also never told us there are "exceptions" to a giftcard. Today, 7/9/22, we came to use our giftcard to watch Thor and we were told no. The movie hasn't been out for 2 weeks so we couldn't use them. The theater is not close to us, about 30 minutes so again, we had to purchase tickets with our money. After today, I am not sure we will be back. The customer service at this theater is severely lacking! When you pay close to $100 for Dbox seats, only to not see the ending of your movie, you expect to be reimbursed with exceptions.

Customer Complaint

On Tuesday May 24 my wife and I purchased tickets and attended the 2:00 PM showing of Downton Abbey at the 2nd Street Cinema in Beaumont, CA. We were excited because, even though we had previously been to this theater, this was my first pleasure outing since having an Aortic Valve replacement in February. I point this out because my mobility is still a bit limited, We sat through the previews and the the Movie Presentation began,, The print was horrible, very dark and the sound quality was poor...nothing like the previews. We stayed, hoping that it would improve but it didn't. We should have left and asked for our money back but like others who also attended that showing only made comment to what we thought was a supervisor on the way out, His only response was that that he hadn't seen the movie yet and would check on it. We have considered not coming back but have decided that we will go see a screening today of Top gun. If that experience is like the last we will ask for our money back.

Have not received my online tickets

I purchased my tickets, but never received them, and there is No way to contact them to get my tickets!
