Seems like there's a class action suit against Cienega Spa

Guess I'm not the only one duped by these crazy people. I too was deformed by their untrained injector. I don't think they are even real nurses because there's no way a real nurse could do this to someone.

These horrible reviews of Cienega Spa are the truth wow!

Surprised there's a place where Cienega Spa West Hollywood ( and probably their Santa Monica location) can really tell their story of the horrific experience here. Everything they did went wrong. Nothing worked as it should have because their staff are deeply inexperienced.I too had ignored calls and emails and lost $1000's, was deformed and damaged by them and I wish I knew and didnt trust all of the false info that they put out there. I have read about their fake reviews and other various scandals, medical malpractice lawsuits, etc as well. trust the reviews here. Seems like they are the most real amongst all of the fakes out there.

NIGHTMARE 'Medi Spa' real reviews get taken down because they pay for it

Rose Nadalie- Werz is an actual criminal. She has untalented, poorly trained people using your face and body as a lab rat. Do not be fooled by the instagram friendly look of the place- its alll smoke and mirrors. Literally, every procedure I did was botched. So many emails, unanswered. No offer of a refund, let alone any response. They pay for google &;; yelp ads, get the real(bad ones) removed. scary

Unlicensed, unethical, ruined my face and body

They ruined my face with bad injections that all had to be dissolved. Refuse to refund, they don't respond. I wish I looked at their filtered reviews, instead of the fake ones that trick innocent people into paying so much money and turning into Frankenstein.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, OUT $1799!

Yes this requires follow through to Cienega Med Spa to make this right. I am adamant that I receive recompense for their terrible service. They used an unlicensed employee to do the job, who clearly had no right holding a tattoo blade to anyone's face or eye area. I deserve to get all my money back and I would like help doing so. I published a complaint. The company (Cienega Med Spa) previously would not respond to my calls, emails nor to my in-person appointment, for four months they ignored my inquiry to speak with them about the microblading service I had received. But as soon as I posted on BBB, they emailed me right away. It still took them another two months to call me after the BBB posting, and they made it clear that the BBB posting was the reason they reached out. They asked me to remove my BBB posting and in return they would refund my money. BUT they did not give me a full refund. I have a botched microblading tattoo eyebrow job from Cienega Med Spa. The professional who fixes botched eyebrow tattoos such as what Cienega Med Spa did to me asked Who did this to you? The L.A. professionals who fix a screw up like this, must first remove the tattoo before they can correct it. This necessitates four 1-1/2 hour painful eyebrow tattoo removals, with 8 weeks of healing in between. Once the tattoo removal is complete, then they can start the correct eyebrow microblading. All of this costs $1799 but Cienega Med Spa refunded me only $695. Cienega Med Spa has shown disregard for my situation and this is not ethical. $1799 does not take into account also the time I am now dedicating to remove the tattoo, nor how much the removal hurts (I had my 1st session today). I sent Cienega Med Spa the invoice I am now to pay and requested they cover the cost for removal and they will not comply. Their complete lack of customer service and lack of care is shocking. I found the resume for the employee who did the microblade work at Cienega Med Spa, and it turns out he is not a licensed microblader nor a tattoo artist. He is merely an esthetician theyre having tattoo peoples eyes, eyebrows and faces. This must be stopped. He should not be doing this work unlicensed and Cienega Med Spa should not be taking peoples money for this work. And certainly they should be responsible for the botched job on my face and pay the invoice to have this properly fixed. It has taken me so many months of calls and emails, but they ignore them and do not reply. Thus far my BBB posting truly was not effective. I recouped a tiny bit of money $695) but am having to still pay $1100 out of pocket to fix this their employees permanent *** job and take many hours from my work and personal life to work with a pro to reverse this, plus weeks in between each session of recovery. I am so upset, and this is very unresolved. Here is the company who refuses to do what is right and ethical - (Cienega Med Spa, 375 N La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048, (310) 928-****)

Upset Customer - Terrible experience. Zero customer service. Be warned and do NOT go to Cienega Med Spa in West Hollywood

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. Be warned and do NOT go to Cienega Med Spa in West Hollywood. I wanted to have my eyebrows tattooed to fill in the brow areas that were sparse. I did my research and found three places and interviewed each tattoo artist. I also looked at their online gallery of pictures. Cienega Med Spa was the most expensive, but the tattoo artist told me he worked in the film industry on makeup and was tops. He had so much confidence in how he spoke that his brow tattoos were better than anyone else’s. I chose Cienega Med Spa and had it done. When I paid my money it included one free touch up. The guy did NOT do a great job. The color is off (too dark for my coloring) plus he made the brows very thick, and rather than wispy hair looking brow hairs it looks like a magic marker was used. It is humiliating to have both men and women ask me flat out about the tattoos on my eyebrows, they are that evident looking. I called Cienega Med Spa to schedule my pre-paid for touch up hoping the tattoo artist could fix the eyebrows and each time the front desk told me he was ‘away’ so I could not schedule the follow up appointment. Finally someone told me the truth, that the tattoo employee was in another country and had a serious disease. No one offered to help me connect with someone who can fix this even though I am owed a touch up as part of the package I bought. I then called the spa again and asked to see someone in person. I had an in-person meeting with someone who looked at my brows, took pictures and said again that their only technician for both med spas was indeterminedly out of country. She said she would speak to headquarters (whatever that is) on my behalf. Considering their only worker was indefinitely gone I requested a refund. I asked for my money back so I can go to a real professional to fix these brows. Two weeks later I received a call from Helen saying they would NOT refund my money, nor would they fix my brows (technician still out of country) but instead they offered me a skin tightening procedure?! I’d love to have the skin tightening but my god, I still have these awful brows and I am in a very visible profession. Even professional makeup artists have offered negative remarks about how these brows were done and how off they are. I told Helen I needed the brows to be fixed and she said well you signed a form and there’s nothing we can do. This is shocking for a company that makes a pile of money off of multiple procedures and the cost of my brows is not even a ding in their financials. They have a complete lack of care, total lack of concern and zero customer service. When I asked Helen for a refund for my brows to be fixed, she said she would contact ‘headquarters’ and get back two me. 2-1/2 weeks later I have not heard from Helen. I left a voice phone message at Cienega Med Spa, no one has returned my call. I am now starting to do research. It turns out that a roving orthopedic doctor by the name of Dr. Edward Stokes owns both the Med Spa locations, you cannot get him on the phone as he works one day a month in Downey, Long Beach and other assorted facilities, none of them spa related. It turns out the tattoo artist is actually NOT a degreed tattoo artist at all. He is merely an esthetician. I found his resume and other pertinent details. This could have been resolved easily had Cienega Med shown real care to get this taken care of, but instead they choose avoidance and are not even fulfilling the touch up I already paid for. I am hoping mad and will continue to dig until I get to the bottom of this. DO NOT GO HERE.

Cienega Med Spa Reviews are PAID for

RUN! Cienega Med Reviews are PAID FOR Cienega Med Spa pays for its reviews. Because of this, you should not trust ANY of their reviews. They offered me a $10 gift card to Amazon and a $10 gift card to Starbucks if I posted reviews at both RealSelf and Google. (see uploaded screenshot for proof) Most Cienega Med Spa Yelp reviews are likely fake. Their reviews on Google and RealSelf are PAID REVIEWS so I have no reason to doubt their Yelp reviews are as well. Cienega Med Spa Reviews which are Negative Get Challenged & Removed If you look on Yelp, you can assume that the positive reviews are paid for as I've shown you proof that others are. But scroll to the bottom and look at the 122 negative reviews for Cienega Med Spa which they challenged and got removed. If you really want to see what people think about this business (who were not paid to post), read those reviews. Cienega Med Spa Reviews Constitute Fraud According to the FTC rules and guidelines, Cienega Med Spa reviews constitute fraud because of the fact they were paid for, and these payments were not disclosed by either the company or the reviewer. If Cienega Med Spa’s Yelp reviews were paid for, they too are fraudulent. Remove Cienega Med Spa Yelp Reviews if You Were Paid If you have been compensated for posting a review, you should consider taking it down immediately as you have committed fraud. People are reporting these undisclosed, paid reviews to the FTC, and we are hoping there will soon be a criminal investigation. Here's what the FTC says about Cienega Med Spa paying for reviews The FTC has created the following guidelines for reviews, blog posts and any form of online publishing such as articles: • All endorsements or testimonials must be truthful and not misleading in any way • If there’s a connection between the endorser and the company that would affect how people evaluate the endorsement, the relationship must be disclosed • Even paid endorsements are considered to be deceptive if they make false or misleading claims If the FTC or other consumer interest groups finds that your practice has been posting fake reviews online, or that you are paying someone to write reviews about your business without indicating that they are being compensated for the activity, you could face a hefty fine and end up losing credibility. With so many other great med spas in Los Angeles, why risk getting screwed like so many of us. Why not play it safe and simply go somewhere else!
