Won't honor coupons
Store won't honor coupon they were rude and dismissive I would not say this is churches fault but I think they need better training.

Trying to buy food and they had no chicken I have to wait 20 minutes
Its around 7pm and they had no chicken to sell and you had to wait more than 20 minutes thats bad when theres no customers

I paid $30.00 for chicken wings that was purchased at Krogers they were small and tasted burnt from old grease, I took them back for s refund and the young lady at the window was so disrespectful I could not believe it, that is the worse experience I have ever had at Churches, the reputation of the franchise in Dayton Ohio has really tarnished

It's been over a week and still haven't gotten my money I paid online and the restaurant was closed so unable to get my order but yet you still got my money never got my money back this is *** I was trying your chicken for the first time but after this I do t want it and don't want your food bad customer service and your a rip off..

Well the sweet young lady that toke my complaint while I was standing at the location ,offered me coupons and free meal and it would take 1to 2 business days and to check my email...GUESS WHAT! Complain about being over charged. The employees were not professional at all.
My husband went to Church's chicken on Veterans Memorial in Houston Texas. They were beginning to close. We purchased our food and left only to find we did not receive what we ordered and the quality of food was not up to par. We went back the next day and the Employees claimed they did not speak English and began video taping us with their personal phone while in kitchen area. They were n ot only unprofessional but unsanitary with the use of their cell phones. I am telling everyone I know to not eat at this location. This was a terrible experience.

I Had a Bad experience with the chicken
Cashier was rude chicken was piled high pre cooked asked for silverware she hollered I put it in there 2 meals $21.00 couldn't eat the chicken it was too hard called customer service and every time I speak to one of their representatives they say they're going to take care of it they say they put the order in they say they let him know that I was not happy that I wanted to refund and still no one gets back to me I will continue this till I die it's horrible when you get bad service but you got to pay a lot of money for food nowadays and this food was horrible the lady didn't give me a receipt but the first customer representative said that it was okay but I have pictures I will never go to this place ever again as a matter of fact I don't even like chicken anymore because of this

Was treated very badly and wasted my money
I went to the church's on 50th and Ave q. First off when I got home the meal was disgusting I love church's so I know it's the people preparing the food not the product itself. My baby had a drum stick and it was not done all the way at all none. Of it was I had to refry my chicken. The mashed potatoes were runny so was the Mac and. My biscuits were so hard I eventually threw it all away almost 40 worth of food a total loss. I'm a single mother so to me this in unacceptable. We don't get to eat out very often so it really sucked. My kids were upset I ended up making my own sides here at home and we ate the chicken with my sides after I refried the chicken. I'm not asking for a refund and the reason I didn't take it back is because they were closed. Thee last timee I went. There we were treated so bad were given no biscuits and when I asked y they told me they didn't have any and I asked if I could get something else he said I guess so I ordered 2 different sides cause I got 2 meals and. He said he could only give me 1. They had no spoons or forks at all and they told us that. It's the staff they r rude disrespectful smoke weed right outside the front door they don't give a *** and. It's obviously showing thru the appearance and taste of the food. Can I please have my order replaced it was the 16 piece with 2 sides and 2 drinks.

Employment complaint
My daughter was hired by Church's Chicken here in Copperas Cove, Texas and almost always is told not to come in. She's missing teeth from a prior accident and was made fun of by a manager of Hispanic heritage. This all sounds like discrimination and by God it's not happening. I may inform the Federal government of these actions. This is America and isn't going to be tolerated at all.

Burnt Rolls I thought churches sold biscuits Took it back to the Church's Chicken after open the box and saw this she told me that it wasn't nothing wrong with it that it was soft in the middle it's not hard all over she didn't see nothing wrong with a burnt roll Haven't been to Church's Chicken in a while I see why

A very disrespectful employee/refund
The store, Jefferson Avenue downtown Newport News took an order that I placed online giving it away. Try to give me something that I did not want and told me theres nothing she can do either take it or leave it that was the last bit of my money to feed my family and I cant get a refund. 38.65

We didn't get our food
We didnt get our food!! First they were advertised as Popeyes. I went to pick up the food. It was so packed, I left and called. And called. And called. So I can cancel. No one ever answered. I went up there the next day to just get the order. I was told to call then people. Well them people never answered either. Im out of 42$ and chicken dinner!

Store manager yelled at employees for no reason
.I manager got yelled at for no reason and for trying to help out with the store by the store manager other employees got yelled at and harass by the store manager as well and going to report her to up the latter or HR because that is no way to treat or speak to your employees when all they try to do is work and complete their tasks.
