They discriminate againsted my American Pitbull terrier
I called to get my dog Blue groomed and told they the staff he only been to the groomer one time and he is very scary and asked could they pit the muzzle one until he get comfortable but they told me my dog was vicious and they never seen him my dog is wonderful with other dog ands people and how is he suppose to get ise to going to the groomer if they all gone be biases small dogs bit more then big dogs and it really hurt me because they look at my dog as a threat and thats how they look at black people too like we are a threat and dont even know us so yes i am upset !!!

We took our peek a poo to Victoria Harter for training. We dropped her off for one week and when we picked up our dog, she was lodes with fleas and also tested positive for Bordetella. When I called and spoke with Victoria, I was told that I signed a waiver and that it wasn't her problem. BUYER BEWARE!!! This place should be shut down zzz

A friend recommended Churchland K9 for training. They did a fantastic job with my little dogs. They became much more social. My dogs now go for boarding as well as day care. They are more anxious to get out of the car and get inside with their friends now

Excellent Service!
Churchland K9 is exceptional!!!! They treat our baby girl, Shelby, like she was one of their own. Shel gets so excited when she realizes we're going there, she nearly pulls me down when we get out of the car! I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether it be just a short or extended stay! They even gave her a bath and nail trim before we picked her up! (Also, if you forget to give your baby a hug goodbye (like I did this last time), you can call them and they'll make sure he/she gets a hug!!) if I could, I would give 10 stars!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!
Dropped my dog off for a four day stay. we took him back to the kennel he was assigned and left. Upon return I went back to the back to find my dog wasn't in a kennel but a CRATE!!!They crated my dog for two days without my consent because he pooped in his kennel. If you don't let a dog out he will ***. As soon as we left my dog had on controlled scratching. We took him to the vet and of course he has fleas! less than a week later we have to take him to the animal emergency care because his back was bleeding and oozing puss. Not only did he have fleas but also a bacterial skin infection! I've have tried relentlessly for days to contact the owner at which she keeps magically ducking my calls. I'm out of pocket over 400$ because of this place and my dog is in a horrible condition!

THe worse Groomer Ever...
If you love your animals DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE. I had the worse experience ever dealing with these people. First I have two 6 month old Cocker Poo's and the male didn't respond well to the people there. He cried and trembled in fear when he arrived there..This should have been a warning sign. smh Against my better judgement I left him there. Upon return I was not satisfied because even though the Groomer had a picture, he still did not follow the directions I had given. My puppy was unevenly cut, nails were not cut, his glands were not expressed, his overall hair cut was done completely jaggered with scissors. Then my female puppy was not cut properly either. Her toe nails were not touched. The insides of her ears were not trimmed and were very uneven. To top all off two days later my puppies came down with the Bordatella virus. I had a huge vet bill to get them treated. Once I spoke to the owner (Victoria) she became very defensive and showed no sympathy to my situation. She does not care about my puppies only the money. She insisted that I signed a waiver that released them from being held liable for any damages. My puppies were groomed there on May 20th. After bringing the male back to re do his cut I eventually gave up because I accompanied my pups. I took off work and my Mother accompanied me to make the puppies feel secure... The female never had a melt down and cooperated with ease. The male did well also. Consequently, my puppies have a severe case of Kennel cough from this establishment. K9 Kennels should not be grooming and boarding dogs in the same areas especially puppies. My dogs had all of their shots and they are current. While on the 2nd visit we witnessed a co -owner take a man's dog in to be groomed and he did not provide any of the vaccine papers. They would not start on my puppies until they had them faxed. Also there was a 25% off coupon for all new customers that I was not made aware of.. Then they charged me 35 .00 for a full grooming instead of 30.00. It was a major inconvenience taking my puppies to this place. Don't be fooled by their pictures on the site. The groomers do not know how to groom cocker spaniels properly. I will never take my puppies back to these people. It was the worse experiense ever and this was there first time getting groomed other than there puppy trims at home. I had to get them groomed again after paying them to do it. Also took them to my VET to get their toe nails clipped... THis again was the worse time ever I had at a groomer. I had a cocker spaniel show dog for 16 years and my mother used to groom her for me. When my mother got sick she can no longer stand for a long time to groom my puppies so I brought to K9 because it was close to my office/work. I could check in on them if needed. Well again this was a bad idea taking them here....Finally, I will be pursuing legal matters to get closure from this horrible ordeal...
