I have a complain abouth herratic behavior from one of the mnagers at one loction in New York

My son work at one of the facilitys at Chuck E. Cheeses company in New York and the reason of get in touch with you is because he been maltreated as a employee for one of the managers at this location, her name is Debra Moran. I wish you can call me to explain what was the situation o any issues with her and try to fix the problem for not to happen again to another kid working in the facility. I hope you or any CEO pay attention to this matter thank you.

Young staff beat up at work

Saturday 4/30/23 Union Deposit Harrisburg, Pa. (2) under age staff members attack by adults. Girl punched in nose then jumped & beat by 2 females. 17 year old boy tried to help her & was intimidated by 2 grown men walking behind the counter to attack him. The patrons were in Chuck- E- Cheese drinking Hennesy & being disruptive their entire visit which police should have been called way before these school kids where threaten & attacked. Patrons accused staff of taking I-pods when police finally showed up the I-pods where found outside were patrons dropped them. Girl home from school sore nose scared upset. Much $ your company takes in security should be in establishment all times. My grandson been working your company for over a year after school & every wkend. I made him Quit yesterday. If their not being protected at work this is not where parents need to allow their children to work nor visit. My daughter as well worked for your establishment 22 years ago & experienced sort of the same actions & I made her quit. What does Chuck- E- Cheese want to offer these 2 young school kids for their frightening ordeal that now has them both jobless, scared of retaliation of being recognized when their out in public. Ms. Brenda Simmons, grandmother of the boy & work with the girl in the high school. Please do whatever necessary to make things right for the next episode that may take place..

Food to expensive.

I cant see spending so much money for a kids party. So sad that not everyone can afford to bring their children there. And Im only one person and had to pay 12 dollars for a salad . I bought two spent 24 dollars for two salads heck no!!! My Granddaughter spent 400 dollars ridiculous price. Why cant you make things affordable for everyone on. I was told that the was that price because I can go back . What if I only eat one serving. I will not take or recommend this place to anyone again.

Bad customer service

Signed up for App which was to give 500 tickets. Never got. Went to person at front desk 3 times keep telling it took 30 minutes. I was there 2 hours. When we checked out took two people ahead of us for the cheap toy. We left without anything and will never cash in points. Chuck E. Cheese was suppose to appear. Never did. Pizza was like cardboard. We will go back only so kids can play. No food or prizes. Will buy other place

EMBARRASSING!

Party was initially canceled and rebooked ! However my family was embarrassed and then one young lady said that it wasnt that crowded and would set up table! Very very disappointed! Made me look very stupid!

Amarillo Texas Chucky cheese location

A group of 6spent nearly $200. We ordered pizzas for lunch. One pizza came out in about 30 minutes, the other two took almost an hour. We didnt get to eat together. Drinks were awfulweak and Pepsi didnt even taste like Pepsi. Game machines throughout were slow or not working at all. The pick up machines for balls remained emptyalthough I mentioned it to staff twice. There were only 3 balls and it always dropped the ball just before dropping it in the pick up slot. Major corrections need to be made at this facility or I can see it closing soon. The worst!! The girl at the security gate was either on drugs or mentally deficient. I could have walked out with every child in there.

Discrimination against a little black girl by one at Chuck E cheese employees dressed as a mouse

Have to hearing that a little girl would discriminated by their mouths mascot representing Chuck E cheese but we're no longer eat at Chuck E cheese or use it facilities I tried calling customer service with no response they just hang up on you

Italian hoagie

Your italian hoagie was so good! Why did you take it off the menu? You should bring it back. I have a 3 year old grandson so Im here a lot. Dont always want pizza the hoagie was a nice change on the menu Please consider bringing it back Thank you

Birthday party conflict

In planning my sons party I called our local store and asked questions regarding pricing and packages, decorations, number of guests, etc after 20 minutes I had the information I needed and made our decision based on that info. Now it is days before the party and Im being told the complete opposite of what was told to me a week ago on the phone. How can two people that work in the same building give me such different answers??? Now I am stuck with chaos! This is ridiculous!

This store is disgusting its not safe for children staff are horrible manager is worst their buffet was disgusting all their food was expired the money is not worth it they are cheap toys are not worth playing store is dirty staffs are disrespectful horrible store I dont encourage anyone going their its horrible and not safe

Poor Order service with food

During my stay I already spent a lot of money what turns my stomach was when I also ordered a salad bar with my pizza they gave me a cheap $.99 white paper plate which the salad dressing dripped to the plate and it was just discussing to top that off it was a insect is my salad and in my cup so I was totally thrown off of the food and then theyre spending over $70 was ridiculous pull in amount of time I was there for my food to be messed up like that. I need my w2

the w2@***.con still refuses to email me back.. I have emailed them at least 5 times starting a week and half ago even called payroll and payroll emailed them to. I need this for school to get in .
