They have not fixed my in a timely fashion

I towed my car Saturday,a hose busted and red fluid ran everywhere I towed it to dealership because I have a Chrysler Extended Warranty that Saturday when I towed and its not ready yet. They keep telling me the part is not there. I have this problem before my gas wouldnt open they keep for two weeks and its still not opening I need someone help PLEASE

Complaint

Bought a new car in January. 2022 Jeep Cherokee. Front wheel bearings had to be replaced before 10,000 miles in late July due to complete part failure. After replacement, had a catastrophic failure of the replaced wheel bearing two weeks that caused drive side axle to sheer off while I was driving with my son in the car. I do not feel safe driving this car. Im a single mom with no other means of transportation and my peace of mind driving my children is gone.

Ongoing warranty problem

Radio crashing, iyt has been in the shop about 7 times. No progress has been made. Now Im toold to wait for an software update.

The way they treat customers is unacceptable

I have a new 2023 Durango RT around 10,000 miles on it my wife was on her way home Tuesday 8/14/2023 The vechicle started overheating lost all antifreeze in it had it towed to dealership called them about loaner or rental said they didnt have any loaners and I would have to call Chrysler about rental I am the customer and shouldnt have to do that should be their responsibility to take care of customer and not cause them greive

Car Irreparable

Approximately a year and a half ago, I purchased a 2004 PT Cruiser for my grandson. My grandson is a Howard University Student, that graduated at the top of his High School Class, as class president 3 years ago, during a National Pandemic. His Class was not allowed a graduation or Prom. I purchased this car for him for transportation to school and work. However, a few days after my all cash purchase that I obtained a personal bank loan for, the car began to run hot, I replaced almost everything under the hood with dealer parts, and it has been worked on by 7 mechanics, this has cost me more than I paid for the car. I also purchased rims and new tires for the car. I feel so defeated that I am out of so much time and money. No one can repair this problem, and my grandson still does not have a car. I am paying full coverage insurance on a car that has never worked. I can provide receipts and documentation, if/when necessary. I am asking, for your assistance in this matter in any way possible. Dealership complaint

Are u really serious? My car is still in the shop.just setting. Nothing being done. It's been there now 12 weeks. That's 3.months. NO.ONE.FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS CALLED.ME.AS.PROMISSED. I am being charged dailey.storage fees and if I call them they threatin me with towing.my car away. They r rude and if I talk they accuse.me.of overtalking them and hang up the.phone. Upset with Dealer/Case Follow Up

I am very unhappy with their customer se I e. I have called 3x a day for over a week to get into contact with a case manager regarding a parts delay and I am never able to actually speak to anyone about my initial issue. Which is that my Jeep has been waiting for repairs now for 2 plus months and the delivery of the part needed has been delayed 3 different times now. This is insane!!

300c issue

Car stalls and restarts driving in the highway sometimes it has to be manually restarted when pulling out or in a parking space

No tags

I purchased a vehicle in June, I have no temporary tags nothing, Im paying for a vehicle that I cannot drive. I was told if I get pulled it would be a citation and the dealership would handle it. I would think my vehicle would be towed. I have called dmv , they said no paper had been turned in, Go back to dealership and get temporary tags . Still no tags at all.

Dying out while driving

Stalling while driving No power steering, no brakes, no warning. Needs to detach battery cable, and try to start it. Dangerous and impossible to diagnose and fix.

The young lady I spoke with I can tell was not interested With my complaint I asked her to send it to the CEO A lot of Chrysler fans are Disappointed 2023 last Chrysler 300 when General Motors is going to 2024 And we believe so Cannon Chrysler Go 2024 Last call unless shes trying to bankrupt company on purpose corporate espionage

I want my job back

I lost my father over a video call as I went spiral downward from that and working 80 hours I ended up losing my job and as a union member I just wanted my job back. The union have been discriminatory and very deceitful also had a very heavy use of defimation of character. I just want my job back and this is my attempt at doing so. I was an employee for 6 years I can't afford a lawyer and are using the world's best consumer site to help me with my problem. You have solved everything else so far so I ask of you this time and probably the last time to help me with this. My family and I depend on it.

2021 Pacifica Hybrid won’t work! 26k miles only!

I cant believe that a company can ignore customers who have vehicles still under manufacture warranty and cant repair them OR provide a loaner until they can! Vehicle dies repeatedly! Now it wont start at all! Recall wont have a remedy until March or April 2023 and Im supposed to be without a car but still pay for the monthly payments?
