Sanctioned by the Law Society of HK and Sill (Mal)Practicing?
Christopher Erving - previously of Erving Brettell (HK) (see previous complaint) has been sanctioned by the Law Society of HK for a range of sharp and indeed unprofessional and reprehensible practices. See attached PDF of the High Court Action which reprimanded him for a number of irregular and highly unethical practices as a HK solicitor. These unethical and sharp practices apparently extended over his career - note that the lawsuit was initiated in 1994 Yet, Mr Erving he's still inflicting his shoddy legal "skills" as a solicitor (just barely a solicitor as the Court really suggested he be taken out of the industry). Be that as it may, if this name comes up, run for the hills.
