Chips ahoy where did you go?

Wow! I cant believe how bad these cookies have gotten. Small, little, hard discs that dont taste anything like they used to. That was my last purchase of these.

This is the 5th pack of cookies that taste like *** . !

I will have to read the bottom of every package of cookies to make sure that I am getting the ones manufactured in the US from the proper ingredients. They taste awesome. The bogus imports are nasty..

I have been eating Chips ahoy cookies since the 70's and I can eat an entire package. I love them, but the ones that they import from Mexico tastes like *** I throw them away after eating just two.. its not the same thing...its garbage..and really makes me angry..All I wanted was to come home from work and eat some cookies.. But no...gotta ruin everything...

Stale cookies

I just bought a package of cookies from shoprite and I opened them they are stale. This happens every time I buy a pack stale or all broken I waste alot of money on these. We always have loved these cookies but they have gone down hill very not cool

Poor quality

Since production was moved to Mexico, overall quality has declined noticably. Supposedly "some" Chips Ahoys are still made at US factories. I visited 7 local grocery stores and read labels on dozens of Chips Ahoy packages with every one displaying "Made in Mexico" in small print on the back of the package. Inferior ingredients and manufacturing has ruined a favorite cookie. The same holds true for Honey Graham crackers. If the quality was on par with the former made in USA product, I couldn't care less where it was made. Nabisco/Mondelez has lost a customer.

If I wanted cookie crumbs, they would have been great!

Ive got Covid and all that has sounded good to ear for over a week is a Chips Ahoy. I ordered some yesterday and they arrived in a million pieces. There were 7 whole cookies in the entire package - the rest were broken to the point where most will need to be eaten with a spoon (which isnt going to happen - theyre going in the garbage). Makes me so mad.

There was a thumbnail in a cookie I need to talk to someone immediately!!!!!

They never even called me back or contacted me about the thumbnail. It was disgusting and I cant believe they wont even respond to my email!!! Ill never eat another chips ahoy cookie again in my life. I have now emailed and called them to no avail. Just a quick warning to everyone next time your eating store bought cookies watch out for thumbnails you just might end up with a freshly chewed off the thumb Nail. I even think they have a new money back order find out whos thumbnail and win chips ahoy for life. . J/K

Chips Ahoy cookies are now a terrible product!

Nabisco has obviously changed the ingredients in their Chips Ahoy cookies. We have always bought them frequently as my autistic son loves them and I grew up eating them as well. My husband and I both noticed the cookies looked unbaked, sometimes burnt. They are definitely smaller, rock hard, tastes like cardboard. And worse yet, the chips are not real chocolate chips anymore. The chips melt instantly even on your hands and melt to a greasy opaque smear of oil AND there is NO chocolate taste whatsoever. No wonder so many people are complaining, check out FB REVIEWS. I won't buy them again and will stear my son from them. Fake ingredients. Shame on you Nabisco. Did you save enough money at the expense of your customer base??? BTW..I haven't bought Oreos since you shipped factory to Mexico OUT of the hands of the American People!!!

Disatisfied

I hadn't had Chips Ahoy in years and after buying a package I was reminded why...it's as if they are more crisp than cookie. I don't know if the recipe has changed but they quite honestly suck.

Disappointment

I was *** when I open a box of chips, ahoy to find out that six of them was empty. You only get 12 in the little box. 6 of them was full of air.

Horrendous..

Absolutely disgusting.. I remember the chips ahoy minis were soo good, literally.. like all of the other reviews said, tastes like trash now. No taste no nothing, I'm 21 but I remember eating them when i was only 12-14 yrs old, not a returning customer/buyer :) and I'll remember that :)

What the heck happened?

Your cookies do not taste, look, or digest the same as they used to. I am 33 years old and have been eating cookies and milk since I was a child with my father. I vividly remember thinking to myself as a kid, I cannot wait to share this with my son some day. Well that day has come and the cookies are so awful that a 3 year old toddler won't even eat them. Don't patronize me by asking for some stupid UPC code or packaging information because I could give you every single package off the shelf current down at the Wal-Mart and they are all going to be the same. The cookies are smaller, rock hard, and have very little flavor. You can leave a cookie sitting in a cup of milk for a full minute and they are still hard as rocks when you take them out. You are losing your customer base because you don't care enough about what we are saying to listen and just admit the recipe changed, and you are going to change it back. At least that would be the right thing to do here. You are ruining one of the best things about your company.
