Cold food

Hello , my name is Paula I visited the Modesto Ca store on August 23, 2023 I purchase two tacos, burrito bowl, chips and a drink which came to a total of 30.94 Now for me the price isn't the issue the issue is having to get home living only two blocks away and my food was very cold and the chips were stale. I just wish that people would get back to caring and deliver good quality food. Thank you Sincerely Paula

Worse chipotle hands down The Miami Gardens need new management and team members Or shut it down I am so disappointed in my overall experience I cant even eat my food I am so disgusted with this place and the audacity of whomever is running this place How do you think this is acceptable in anyway whole crew needs to take a customer service class

Bad food

I ordered the spicy chicken burrito witth spicy chicken, black beans, sauce, cheese and lettuce. What I received was a mushy burrito with no meat, a few beans, an a lot of guacamole. I had also ordered a side of guacamole and chips. This burrito was honestly inedible. Ive always loved Chipotle food, service, and Im very disappointed. I spent 30.00 for this order with tip and service charge. I believe I should be refunded for the burrito that was inedible. Please respond. Thank you. 720563****

This store on Concord Pike in Wilmington Delaware warning you please stay away

Me and my brother went for lunch we purchased 2 bowls they bowls was made fresh the price went from 15 to 35 dollars when my brother bowl was done.So I asked why do his bowl cost more then mine he said gauc !Mind you I did not know you have to pay for gauc.So my brother said he aint want the gauc so one of the young ladies working came over and scooped the gauc out the bowl threw it away and said there you have it !That was extremely rude and very disrespectful like as if we was children and As we was leaving the workers was laughing at us .Also my brother legally blind so he did not see the tiny sign the fine print !Also the chips was stale and the replacement chips was stale as well!

Quality of food

$8700 of less than par food. 2 out of 3 bowls no rice. Chicken wasnt even chewable it was beyond charred. Customer service is beyond pathetic. Chipotle has gone down hill on all aspects of their company.

Terrible

Placed an order via the Chipotle app. The delivery was "promised" at 12:50 and it showed up at 1:20 (a half an hour late). The food was ice cold. Half the order was wrong and was not eaten. Chips were stale. No utensils or napkins were delivered with the order. The online chat is only a computer, even though it says you can speak to a representative. The corporate phone number listed online is not in service. They have not responded to my complaint via email or phone. Nothing was addressed and the food is overpriced for that kind of incompetence.

I need to know the answer to my question

If I ask for 3 big spoon full of steak on my meal, and I dont care about the cost that I have to pay, is there a company policy that states that the server is not allowed to do that, I ask you this question because this seems to be the problem every time that I go to chipotle, and its to the point now that Im very frustrated with your restaurant. UPSET WITH LOCATION/FOOD QUALITY

TO CHIPOTLE I ordered on Tuesday, 7/18 from Uber Eats around 6pm. Arrived around 6:20. I know this is not technically from the Chipotle website or app, but I am pretty upset about what happened and have posted on social media. Many people said to still contact Chipotle even though it was ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a Burrito Bowl and Guac & Chips from Chipotle in New York City on 67th and 3rd avenue -- Location Address: 1153 Third Avenue) . This location has messed up several orders in the past, and I ordered from it by accident. Couldnt cancel afterwards. Order #6C71C What arrived was: -NO GUAC AND CHIPS -NO UTENSILS -a bowl, not taped, no sticker on top, with cold, old , sloppy slabs of chicken that smelled HEINOUS. (see photo) *note: I can only include one photo here , so may email Chipotle as well (any email I can find ) to attach more so I can show the comments from others. Someone even said she got FOOD POISONING from this location!!! Anyway, I was so upset. Uber Eats refused to refund me or even call the store. If I didn't have a meeting around the time, I would have gone to the store and showed them the bowl in utter disgust, but I couldnt miss the meeting. $20 gone to total waste. I threw it out because the smell was so horrific. I have posted this on a local facebook group and have received MANY comments / feedback about this location. It is dirty , staff is rude, and frankly I dont see how it passes health/sanitary inspections. Several comments have said they stopped ordering/going to Chipotle altogether because of this particular location!!! Im pretty upset about this and may call the Board of Health or BBB to further investigate this location. I love Chipotle but this was extremely disappointing. Very,very hot fan favorite steak salad

I ordered a fan favorite steak salad on line, it had no peppers next to it. I ordered it as shown in the picture. I like spicy food but this was beyond spicy, it was habanero hot. Way too hot for me and I couldnt eat it. Nor could I talk to anyone at chipotle, no human. I spent $21.00 on this meal including tip and I couldnt eat the meat. You need to warn people about how hot it is!!!. I will not be ordering from you again.

The gm

The new gm is just horrible and so disrespectful she call a pregnant worker dumb she hope in a another worker face and keep her out the store yelled at her hole staff and told them there just replaceable she got into a yelling match with a customer she havent been for a week yet she show Miners her work she got done on her body Which in itself is disgusting

Didn't get my merchandise and paid for it

The apprentice Zaira Morales treated me very poorly. She took my rewards points of 400 points for a drink without my permission and didnt give me my drink. I want my refund of my rewards points put back into my account. Theyve done this to me twice now. Last time Edwin the manager helped me however he was on vacation now. Zaira Moraless has terrible customer service skills. I am a good customer of your restaurant and deserve better manners. I was polite to her and saw no reason for her irritability. Claudette Guy

Complaint

We ordered via Uber eats last evening 7/5. We received our order and after the driver left we discovered my husbands burrito was not in the bag. Instead we had a kids plate. Please advise on how we get this resolved. Store was 722 W Main in Lewisville, TX. Order #C86CC. We paid for two entrees plus fees plus tip. Total $43.20 for a salad and a kids meal. We are NOT happy.

Over charged

Asked for chips and queso add chicken got charged for chicken bowl extra queso, extra chips and lg chips and quest blanco. My husband ordered correct only one chicken bowl.

I have tried multiple avenues to get my order resolved. I've been on hold for 1 hour now. The bot chat directs me a page with an error. The direct line doesn't work. I didn't recieve my order. I am on a limited budget and tonight was a splurge night, and now I'm left hungry. Not to mention the bad connection to the app and the inability to connect to internet services for feedback. I will not be using this service ever again.

Horrible experience

I placed an order two hours before the store closed and bought eighty dollars worth of food plus a tip just to be missing all my sides for the meals! They didnt contact me to inform me nor did they inform me when I picked up my food and they put no notice in the bag either. My sons kids meal was incorrect and missing his fruit, missing the sides of sour cream and then told they couldnt refund me. I contacted customer service and they tried sending me coupons to replace the some of the missing items. I had to call and wait on hold for an other hour just to get the coupons voided and refunded the money I paid. They didnt care one bit that my family of 6s dinner was completely ruined and then they absolutely disregarded the time, frustration, and energy it took me to scramble and find something else to go with what I actually received in my order. This will be my last memory of chipotle as I will never spend an other cent on anything associated with this company!

The shape of Chipotle burritos

I have eaten burritos for over 30 years, originally from San Francisco home the the American burrito. Burritos (as shown by your own pictures ) SUPPOSED TO BE LONG AND RELATIVELY THIN. What is served in most of your stores is a BALL shape bulb for $12.50. There are two reasons for this phenomenon. first is natural laziness by your employees as it is much easier to throw together a ball rather then take the extra step to balance the tortia and spreading the contents to create the right shape which is easier to hold and enjoy eating. The second problem is LACK OF TRAINING by your management letting the employee do the easier job. I have talked to several managers who agreed with me but blamed corporate for not instituting the right training. I would like to see management address this issue before it becomes viral where Chipotle burritos will be called BALLITOS. Will appreciate a reply on this issue. Thank you.
