Stolen card

Lost my wallet and I need a replacement card asap I have no cards to handle the business I need to take of as far as me

Poor support success

I have been a customer for several years this is my second complaint I recently referred a new friend to join chime ,they joined chime as to the invite new customer and I should both receive $100 each ,do to the time frame of receiving her card and as to using it as to direct deposit because of employment starts time different the our referral is declined not in a 45day period but the app only specifies invite a friend and both will receive bonus amount $100to your account credited, which does not have a time limit to the direct deposit, I only found this out after the new customer and I, call customer service which new customer and I both spoke to several people from customer service care ,not only have I invited this customer, I also have another invite which haven't received her card yet but I'm sure now I want get a referral bonus that new customer as well ,,the app that we downloads only ask to invite ,please review this matter and let new member and I know our rights new member email afutch30@***.com ,Thanks sincerely Sharon Futch

My chime debit card was lost/ stolen-- there were some unauthorized transactions

My debit card and phone came up missing- dont know who- there were some unauthorized transaction to which i filed for dispute- after getting new card in mail they said a provisional credit would be added to my account in the amount of disputed transactions at the end of 10days until the investigation ended within 90days- ok no problem im thinking- well at the end of 10days they send me message saying they closed the dispute not on my behalf of refunding--- i have between 2800-**** in direct deposits each month month month

Bad costumer service

They locked my card and made me order a new card instead of just blocking the merchant. Now I can’t get paid from work for a week. I clearly asked them to block a merchant but they did what they wanted and now I’m waiting a week to get my new card. I will be closing my account with them soon.

Can I please have a response to activating my Account with new information because some found out my information and I had to make a new email address

Not me

I have been trying to open a chime account it has somebody else's name on it I can't change it the password won't let me change it says I live in Chicago Illinois when I live in Adrian Michigan so this is *** my check got sent back because somebody else hacked into my account and now they have my account
