Missing/slow/unprofessional management
The manager at our local Chilis was constantly disappearing and servers could not find him so anytime they needed a manager to fix anything on a receipt like applying a military discount he would be nowhere to be found. We got our food quickly, in about 15 minutes from ordering, it took us 15 more minutes to eat. But it took us 45 minutes to then wait on our check in order to pay because the manager was hiding or unavailable and staff never knew where he had wandered off too. Absolutely horrible wait for the check. We will not be back and we used to go every week.

I am trying to get a refund as well. If they do not give me a refund I will never order from this place again.

I am a long time customer at the location I am writing a review because the employee at the location on wheatland was very rude she felt as if I was mugging her being very childish all I wanted to know was that the food that she brung out was mines very kindly very childish this employee was the manager didnt say anything to her what so ever and all he stated was he will take care of my food but why handle the Employee it was on night shift at 8pm ish although the manager was kinf the employee was very wrong on so many levels I will never go to that establishment ever again

Employee stole my glasses
My glasses was left. When I returned my waiter stated she gave them to another worker.she was gone for the night all of a sudden, but when I caught up with her on another day. She admitted to receiving them from my waiter but the glasses was no where to b found. I talk to manager after manager and no one cared.

My glassed was stole by a worker who admits to getting my glasses and want nobody do anything about it. I talk to General Managers and all. The girl still work there to this day.

I only ordered the dip because it said it came with chips. I did not want the buffalo ranch or one of the queso and then come to find out you didnt have any, but I didnt know that and I tried to cancel the order and they said I couldnt cancel because its already on its way, but didnt show up 20 minutes later.

Food quality poor managers service poor called concerning undercooked food manager stated nothing he could do to assist with medical care call Corporate he refuse to give me the number told me to go on website and look it up I explain to him this is the reason I stopped eating at Chilis sloppy undercooked burnt food poor customer service.

The only updates so far is that they supposedly done an investigation "I would assume internally" the bartender will not be back, and that the door dasher involved was already involved in a previous altercation before the one at Chili's and she also was involved in...

To keep it short...here we go! For a nationally known restaurant chain Chili's certainly got it wrong on this one as they usually do on food orders and drinks, so shouldn't have been a huge surprise to see them drop the ball on this situation as well! But it was a surprise and I still can't wrap my head around the end result of that night? I was there and can say this is just my opinion and or observation of the events that led up to the wrong person being fired and definitely the wrong person keeping "HIS" job! So I'm sure Chili's can figure this out so short version is an extremely professional all around great bartender lost her job with Chili's because a coward manager that was on that night was to scared to handle a door Dasher that was being extremely rude not only to Chili's staff but to the customers as well, and myself that night over heard another bartender that was on that night and other waitress have already brought it to the attention of the the manager about the out of control dasher! And she was yelling loud enough so no matter where he was at he hears her and ignores the situation to the point that said bartender had to take it upon herself to make room in their area so they could accommodate their customers, because the dasher has more less took over to the point that the bartenders couldn't navigate through them and from what I understand that's not supposed to be there in that area anyway, but when the bartender lady ask if they could move from the area the dasher said " I ain't moving nowhere and ain't no one gonna move me cause I been waiting on my food for aver and hour" and she s continuing to yell and still no manger and when the bartender walkes back by thats when she was struck in the back of the head with what i assume was a cell phone" not sure" but she continues to be hit until finally the manger shows up and have to have help to get off of the bartender but in reality all of this could have been prevented all of it if only the manager would have stepped in in the beginning and done his job from the beginning and de-escalated the situation call doordash and got rid of that disaster like he said he did but found out later that he didn't and then gone fire a great bartender cuz she had to defend herself in a situation that she's never been translated that high in the first place but had a manager that was too scared of confrontation and he kept his job what kind of message does that send to the other staff that if you had to protect yourself in a situation no matter what the situation could be that you're going to be fired I would think the other message would be is that the only company that I work for Chili's doesn't have my back at all and most of all management is too scary to address confrontation but all in all yeah Chili's y'all dropped a bottle on this one and definitely got rid of the wrong person... think we got to see what the media would think???

I was disappointed by my meal on July 16. Our server Kyle was really good though.
I placed my crispy honey chipotle 3 for 14.99. The chicken strips were awful. They were like biting into an eraser. Kyle, who was the waiter was very, very, very kind. I ordered the crispers without honey chipotle on them. They were awful as well. They were salty they were not crispy. I would never ordered them again. I told Kyle it was OK but I just didnt want to make him have to go through another complaint by me. I appreciate what you did for me regarding a free meal. We love chilies. Weve been treated so kind by the waitresses and waiters there many many times. But if you dont know if something isnt good then how can it be fixed? Thank you so much.

Pothole in parking lot
My boyfriend and I were dining at the chilis restaurant on loop 288 in Denton, TX on 7/15/23. As we were leaving the restaurant it was late and dark and then we heard a huge thud noise. We had hit a HUGE pothole in the parking lot. We took photos and so did the manager on duty. Damages need to be fixed asap.

Went to chilies with daughter and grandkids . The kids fries were cold and tasted old- got new fresh fries overcharges me for my meal . Server never asked about anything after the fries she didn't bring the food had to hunt Fone someone to help with the pay machine couldn't find her after she brought to boxes I tipped $9 at 2 am received notice I was chargers another $6 they changed the amount

My brother and I went to chilis 2920 stonecrest store number 1208 in Stonecrest Georgia.6/7/23. we were enjoying our experience until I saw a large what I call a roach crawling on the side bannister next to me. It then crawled on to the menus next to the host. I pointed it out to my brother then he called the waitress.after seeing that we lost our appetite The waitress gets the manager on shift named Jean. We tell him what happened and how we can not finish the rest of the food. Which we both had a substantial amount of food left of the plates. He then says what do you want me to do for you? I asked him what can you do for us. He says its a water bug. What do you expect. You never saw a water bug before. Look at where youre at. Its an industrial area. None of that mattered. Our appetites were ruin. We would have completed our meal had we not seen the big bug. Jean says rudely, Im not giving out free meals over a water bug. He said I can give a discount. Which happened to be $12. He didnt know how to handle that situation correctly. The waitress was awesome we made sure to tip her. Jean however, may need a class in customer service.I frequent chilis often. I live in Charlotte and they always give great customer service. The amount we paid was $52.68 after the $12 was removed. The food was exceptionally good that night, the bug and Jean Ruined it for us.

Complaint on manager
I ordered curbside. After checking in on the app and waiting for the 10-15 minutes I called because I wasnt exactly dressed to come into a restaurant. They lady who answered said that they dont do curbside anymore and that I need to come inside and get then hung up on me. I went inside. Nobody was at the desk and many employees were walking past me. I finally said hello can someone help me a lady came and I told her what I just said here and she says ok Ill go get a manager and walks off, walking right past my food when I hadnt even asked for a manager yet. After waiting more I waved done a girl and told her the same and asked her for a manager. She says ok and walks back while yelling across the kitchen we need a manager, the customers mad and being rude. So I said back Im not mad or being rude and she just walked away out of my sight while another employee came to me and asked if she could help and I said could you please get your manager. He finally came out when she went back and got him. He said they do still have curbside, just not for doordash anymore. I told him I never said I was DoorDash and then proceeded to tell him what had just happened with his very rude employee to which his only response is he apologizes and will talk to her. Then she walked up as we were speaking to argue with me and try to act like she didnt yell that. I know theres cameras there so it can absolutely be proven plus she slipped up and said that she only said that because the First Lady I encountered had told her that. Then tried to go back to saying she didnt say it. All while her manager allowed her to stand there and argue with a customer when she was the absolute rudest person. He finally told her to go and hed handle it just to apologize again and thats it. No consequences for bad employees. That was the most disgusting display of arrogance Ive ever seen. Ill continue to write this review EVERYWHERE along with reporting to the BBB. Im a business owner myself and I support the businesses in my community but I will not ever return to this establishment again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (3024 W Gate City Boulevard) - Akeem, Manager
I placed an order via Door Dash for (1) Fajita Trio (no guac) and (1) order of the Skillet Queso. Upon delivery, I immediately noticed that the Skillet Queso was literally half full and the House-made Pico de Gallo, Cheese & Tortillas were missing (I couldnt believe it). I quickly called the Chilis (Greensboro location) & explained my dilemma. After being placed om hold for 3 minutes, I jumped in my car to drive the 5.3 miles (12 minutes) to the restaurant to retrieve the rest of my order I simply asked for the pico de gallo, cheese and tortillas. Once the manager (Akeem???) picked up, he immediately placed me back on hold for another 3 minutes and when he returned to the call (still unable to fully explain my situation), he explained that he had inside customers that he had to focus on at that moment and that he had to place me back on hold, AGAIN and would handle my situation when he could I was floored! He then returned to the phone (after another 3 mins) --- and asked me to explain what my issue was. After my explanation, he placed me back on hold and never returned to the phone until I was literally in the curbside-to-go parking space at the restaurant. However, once he returned to the call, he said, I just spoke with the person that fixed your order and he said that your order was correct I immediately asked him why on earth would I place an order via Door Dash and then elect to drive to the restaurant for House-made Pico de Gallo, Cheese & Tortillas (???). It made no sense. I didnt ask for the steak/chicken (even though it was cold by the time I returned home to eat it), simply the extras. I was so disgusted by this managers behavior that I offered to pay for a full order of skillet Queso and the tortillas (after asking to speak with another manager). While he eventually brought the items to me (never received the extras for the tortillas (pico, cheese, etc.), his attitude, arrogance and lack of customer service skills was atrocious. I never was able to speak with another person as he quickly told me that he was the only manager that I was going to speak with. For the record, I complained via Door Dash and received a $3.00 credit my order total was $52.75. As a seasoned Global HR Business Partner, I do understand the difficulties of hiring the right candidate, however; perhaps extensive critical/logical thinking and customer service training for your managers (I use that term loosely based on my experience yesterday), is key. I am not requesting coupons or anything of that sort, However; I do plan to share this experience on all platforms and with all family and friends. This was the worst customer service experience at the Greensboro, NC Chilis, 3024 West Gate City Boulevard, and Akeem, (I believe he said his name was) is an embarrassment to your establishment. I wont be back!

I ordered and the food never came, I spent two and half hours waiting . This first time they came out I had the wrong order and the server took it back from me and served it to another table after being exposed to us . The second time I received my order it was incomplete so the returned it stating the manager was fixing my order . Then a gentleman approached our table where my daughter and 3year old granddaughter was sitting and he stated he came over to make sure they were not going to have a problem / I then asked why was he sent over and he stated to make sure this was not going to get ugly /I became a little confused considering we never showed any signs of a problem about to occur/ I then asked him why did he feel it was going to be a problem and he stated he was making sure / at this time I felt like I was being threatened for no reason so I asked for the manager/ after waiting for about 45 more minutes the manager came out and had a to go order / I opened the order to find raw egg rolls and aging the wrong items with the plastic container had been put in the microwave and the dip was running/ pickles were burnt from over cooking or were re heated to be served back / I called the server over and she stated they served another customer the raw egg rolls also / she took them back and I never seen the manager again / finally someone came out and the stated we can go without pay / it is now around 11:00 pm and I still had nothing to eat .. I have video of the conversations and the pictures of the food that was served raw Please call me asap 404-740-**** if you have bouncers in your restaurants you should not be serving tax payers in this county .this restaurant needs to be closed down and the health department notified Chilis is just not the same anymore I am im my 50s and never felt like I was in danger of a young man ready to attack me

Back in 2010 to 2013 I lived in Maricopa Az. During the time I was working for Frito lay in Casa Grande Az. An incident happened on the job where this one guy got hurt. Hit with an iron stick with a hook on the end of it. That employee Name was Robert. During that time he asked me if I could go to Human Resource and tell what happened, so I did. So, when I got back to the warehouse floor it felt like I had a target on my back. I was liked by a few. That employee who hit Robert got fired on the spot. At this time, I was getting treated badly and almost everybody who worked there was against me. Female coworkers would call me to their area where they were stationed before the machine belt would start up. Would say anything to me and start unbuttoning their Frito lay shirt and tell the 2nd shift supervisor I was looking at them. With the Male coworkers they would time what direction am about to look in and act like they are pulling up their pants to say I'm looking at them. Things like this kept happening months after months until I went to Human Resources about how this one coworker kept pulling up his pants every time he talked to me. I would turn my head the opposite direction while he would talk to me. So Human Resource got us to come to the office and discuss it. I felt like nothing got resolved, no disciplinary action just told him to stop doing that. I left the Human Resource office first while he stayed in the office. It didn't matter if it kept going on with the other employees and the same employee that went to the Human Resource office with me. I stayed at Frito lay as long as I could. I was the only breadwinner in my family. This manager who worked there for a while was doing the same thing as the employees were doing to me. But That manager was close to this employee and acted like they were up to something. negative. I used to walk in another room in the Frito lay plant and hear that manager on the Frito lay company phone talking about whether or not this person passed the child molestation test. Another time I heard the manager on the phone asking somebody to transfer somebody to another jail. He said I would do a favor for you if you transferred him over here. I think they agreed because the manager got excited. That employee I felt like that manager he was close to would brag how somebody can put his name in the system as a cop and can arrest you and nobody would ever know that. Another time I heard that manger employee talking and looking at somebody background seeing what they can add something to his background that match something similar he already has on his background. While I was changing a forklift battery in the Frito lay warehouse, that employee, who I felt was close to the manager, was somewhat near me at this time. A female employee approaches him and asks what happened to this guy. That employee close to the manager said that the guy got killed in jail due to many phones' calls. At these times I couldn't really put it together I didn't know what to believe. I told one of the employees in the Frito lay warehouse I was leaving going back to Atlanta ga. Then out of nowhere that manager I felt like was close to that employee said to me I will be back. So, in December of 2013 I left and walked out of the Frito Lay Plant, sold my house fast cash and took my Family to Atlanta Ga where I lived before. When I got to Atlanta, I worked for uber for 7 years. Then I started doing Roadie delivery items to customers. One thing I know about Roadie is that it is linked to PepsiCo just like Frito lay. Somebody had to tell me where I was because the employees from the stores I was picking up orders were treating me the same way Frito lay employees did. It started in July 2021. It was like a snowball effect everywhere I went. But now I was in a car accident. My chiropractor and the lady at the front desk who checks you in are investigating me watching what I look at In Decatur Ga. Somebody might be using the chiropractor for credibility to say anything about me. This is where I'm at it today. Manager Employee What I know about these two individuals: they know cops and judges were going after somebody when I worked for Frito lay. I heard bits of conversation about how they had cops arresting people maybe they didn't like. So I stopped doing Roadie and started doing Door dash in Locust Grove and McDonough ga. The employees started treating me the same way Frito lay employees did, stores like San Diego Mexican Restaurant, Sunshine Chinese, Shane Rib shack McDonalds in Locust Grove Ga. Giving me a hard time. Somebody had to call these stores. All of a sudden I had a bill collector calling me about a bill I owe in Az and two phone calls from somebody in Az missed the calls. Haven't been in Az in 8 years. I remember getting an oil change about a week later. My oil came out of my car from the bottom of the engine because the oil filter was not tightened all the way . Somebody tried to break into my Apartment. Kids in my Apartment complex tried to set me up with child molestation . While I took my daughter to the bus stop sitting in my car the teenage females dancing in front of my window. Another event I was eating food in the parking lot as I looked up a female had her phone Camera on me while her daughter was bending over getting something from the backseat of the vehicle. Sometimes you get people on the Apt stairs where I go to enter my Apt harass me just to get past. Just some of the events. 1. They found where you were. 2. They make phone calls to your job and say bad things about you offering the employees money to keep it up. 3. Make it believable 4. Have the employees or their friends at your job stage events to put you on Camera and use it in court from another state. 5. Hoping the cops in your state arrest you for what they want so they can use it against you in court or they have police from their state come arrest you on a bogus charge. 6. Get you in their jail and have you killed. They ruined my Name destroyed my character and made it hard for me to go anywhere in Atlanta ga etc. I have no criminal record. Another event happened 6/14/2022 at Panda Express 4004 La Vista Rd, Tucker Ga 30084 Time between 2.30pm to 5pm I went inside to order my food Once I received my food I went out the entrance door to the patio to eat my food at this time nobody was there. I was sitting at the table in the corner from the other tables. My view was looking at the street as cars passed by. Then you had a table next to me. The view from that table is more looking at the parking lot. A family of four came to the table to sit down and eat. I noticed the father and mother were facing the parking lot. They had a toddler sitting behind them and the other female was eating her food from the backside of me. As I look back at the female from the backside of me she would turn her head. She was there to see if I'm looking at the toddler. I finished my food and left. Once I got in my car I saw a blue patrol car across the street from panda express parked parallel in between smoothie king and chipotle. First they said Im Crazy, Gay now Im a child molester. They are trying to use anything to lock me up. I have four kids and a wife we are tired. A female employee approaches him and asks what happened to this guy. That employee close to the manager said that the guy got killed in jail due to many phones' calls. At these times I couldn't really put it together I didn't know what to believe. I told one of the employees in the Frito lay warehouse I was leaving going back to Atlanta ga. Then out of nowhere that manager I felt like was close to that employee said to me I will be back. So, in December of 2013 I left and walked out of the Frito Lay Plant, sold my house fast cash and took my Family to Atlanta Ga where I lived before. When I got to Atlanta, I worked for uber for 7 years. Then I started doing Roadie delivery items to customers. One thing I know about Roadie is that it is linked to PepsiCo just like Frito lay. Somebody had to tell me where I was because the employees from the stores I was picking up orders were treating me the same way Frito lay employees did. It started in July 2021. It was like a snowball effect everywhere I went. But now I was in a car accident. My chiropractor and the lady at the front desk who checks you in are investigating me watching what I look at In Decatur Ga. Somebody might be using the chiropractor for credibility to say anything about me. This is where I'm at it today. Manager Employee What I know about these two individuals: they know cops and judges were going after somebody when I worked for Frito lay. I heard bits of conversation about how they had cops arresting people maybe they didn't like. So I stopped doing Roadie and started doing Door dash in Locust Grove and McDonough ga. The employees started treating me the same way Frito lay employees did, stores like San Diego Mexican Restaurant, Sunshine Chinese, Shane Rib shack McDonalds in Locust Grove Ga. Giving me a hard time. Somebody had to call these stores. All of a sudden I had a bill collector calling me about a bill I owe in Az and two phone calls from somebody in Az missed the calls. Haven't been in Az in 8 years. I remember getting an oil change about a week later. My oil came out of my car from the bottom of the engine because the oil filter was not tightened all the way . Somebody tried to break into my Apartment. Kids in my Apartment complex tried to set me up with child molestation . While I took my daughter to the bus stop sitting in my car the teenage females dancing in front of my window. Another event I was eating food in the parking lot as I looked up a female had her phone Camera on me while her daughter was bending over getting something from the backseat of the vehicle. Sometimes you get people on the Apt stairs where I go to enter my Apt harass me just to get past. Just some of the events. 1. They found where you were. 2. They make phone calls to your job and say bad things about you offering the employees money to keep it up. 3. Make it believable 4. Have the employees or their friends at your job stage events to put you on Camera and use it in court from another state. 5. Hoping the cops in your state arrest you for what they want so they can use it against you in court or they have police from their state come arrest you on a bogus charge. 6. Get you in their jail and have you killed. They ruined my Name destroyed my character and made it hard for me to go anywhere in Atlanta ga etc. I have no criminal record. Another event happened 6/14/2022 at Panda Express 4004 La Vista Rd, Tucker Ga 30084 Time between 2.30pm to 5pm I went inside to order my food Once I received my food I went out the entrance door to the patio to eat my food at this time nobody was there. I was sitting at the table in the corner from the other tables. My view was looking at the street as cars passed by. Then you had a table next to me. The view from that table is more looking at the parking lot. A family of four came to the table to sit down and eat. I noticed the father and mother were facing the parking lot. They had a toddler sitting behind them and the other female was eating her food from the backside of me. As I look back at the female from the backside of me she would turn her head. She was there to see if I'm looking at the toddler. I finished my food and left. Once I got in my car I saw a blue patrol car across the street from panda express parked parallel in between smoothie king and chipotle. First they said Im Crazy, Gay now Im a child molester. They are trying to use anything to lock me up.
