Refund

The chick fil a we ordered at all the roads where closed and there was no way of getting down to walk on foot or park anywhere near because there is a game going on!

I was a frequent customer of Chick Fila until my recent negative encounter. I refuse to patronize any organization that shows like of respect and consideration of a frequent consumer.

My mobile order on 7/25/23 was messed up and items missing and when I called the store the manager told me I would be placed on a cares lists for two entrees to remedy the error. Yet, when I went back to the store I wasnt on this said lists and the manager I spoke with 7/27/23 was unprofessional stating he wont honor the two entrees promised but on the items missing. His tone with me is unacceptable and going forward I will no longer patronize Chick Fila A!

Dirty restaurant & bathroom

All the tables were dirty & the floor was sticky. We sat @ the community table because of the barstools but it wasnt clean either. The ladies room was dirts too. It didnt seem like anything had been cleaned since lunch. We were in there about 3 oclock. It was shocking. Store # 01018

Horrible Experience

Good evening Gentlemen, and I am writing this email in regards to a recent visit at the La Plata Chic Fil A location involving my family. We frequent this Chic Fil A quite often, due to the fact of convenience and have experienced some good/bad times with certain things. But nothing compares to what my family experienced today. My Wife and children ordered a 12 count chicken nugget, spicy chicken sandwich and large fry to share amongst themselves. My wife advised me that the cashier who took her order had an attitude when taking it. My wife still continued to order even after. Because we know everyone has good and bad days. My wife advised that when the food came, she had to attend to my youngest child in the bathroom, but when she got back she noticed the size/color and taste of the nuggets. It seem as if the nuggets have been sitting because they were very small and crunchy and tasted old. My wife walked back up to the counter to express her concern (Size, taste) with the staff. She explained her concerns to a young lady (same one with the attitude from earlier) who turned around and told Victoria who I am guessing is a shift leader. While this young lady was telling Victoria my wifes concerns, you can see the disgusted look on her face. Victoria told the young lady in a loud unprofessional voice "Thats how they are tonight". My wife tried to explain that she frequents Chic Fil A and knows around the size they are supposed to be. Once again "Victoria" yells in a loud voice "Thats how they are tonight, I can give you an 8 count because you already ate some". I just want to point out My wife felt as if she was being talked down too, belittled at the time based upon the tone and volume of Victoria's voice. My wife said to Victoria "do not even worry about it, I did not think you would make a big deal about the nuggets being old. My wife also expressed the concern that our 9 year old was eating one of the nuggets and started to choke. My wife and family were approached by another Employee Drew who tried to smooth things over and was actually very helpful in getting the information of Management. As my wife and children left, Victoria, the cashier and another employee just continued to stare at them as they left. I would like to think this type of behavior is uncalled for and the way they treated my wife and children during this visit was absolutely disgusting and sickening. My family was respectful and never raised their voices or got out of hand. I wish I could say the same about Victoria and the other two females that were working tonight. I am writing this email to bring attention to this type of behavior and how not to treat people. If you could please remind Victoria and the other two employees to treat people as if they wanted to be treated. Also just wanted to inform you guys about this. Thank you for taking the time to read this email.

Customer service does NOT accept complaints!

Better hope your drive-thru order delivers without a hitch! This so-called righteous CFA is not all the 'goodness' they choose to convey, with a customer service that is NON-existent should you complain. They accept compliments ONLY! Unlike other food establishments happy to respond courteously in order to repair a problem, CFA customer service simply does not care... not even an offering of 'sorry'! I recently ordered a CFA sandwich much less than adequate... the chicken itself had an odd taste, so much so that it was not eaten, and the top bun was paper-thin as though someone had placed the sandwich between a presser. Only positive were the extra pickles I'd ordered. Hopefully you will not experience an inadequacy to your order, as it is simply will not be worth the time expended to convey any dissatisfaction.

Where do stand on LGBTG+-ABC / Pride Moth

I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, a Christian, for more than 40 years, my question is to the corporate leaders of Chick-fil-A, and because of the patriot movement in the statements that Chick-fil-A has gone woke. Where does Chick-fil-A stand when it comes to pride month, LGBTQ, homosexuality, etc.? The patriot movement says Chick-fil-A has gone woke, its a simple answer have you or have you not? My personal beliefs, and probably millions of others personally believe there is no problem with Chick-fil-A employing gay lesbian bisexual LGBQT ABC type people, but this DEI division people are concerned Chris Holland

Complaint

NotLocation in Hastings On Hudson service plaza. 1 hour from time or order to receiving the product. Staff on phones, having refreshments, standing around looking at customers who were waiting. Numerous customers complained or asked questions and were ignored or laughed at or given smart answers by staff, (Daniel M). Numerous delays on top of waiting for customers returning for improper orders. Service was absolutely horrible, not a chick fila type of experience and to the point I feel a complaint is warranted. Understand current issues with work environments however treatment of customers today was out of the ordinary and wait time was extreme with no regard for customers paying for said treatment

Complaint w/store (#02936)

Second time visiting store #02936 in Azusa. The first time i have ever had Chick-fil-a a month ago. Today i orded the same as my first, it was delicious the first time. Today, drive thru pick up, i was terribly disappointed, the fries were broken pieces( bottom of the bag) soggy and luke warm. The sandwich was delicious, except for the SOGGY piece of lettuce. When i was handed my drink, i had to ask for the outside of the cup to be wiped, as there was overflow from the fountain dripping down the side.as i stated this is the second time visting your establishment, first time brought me back today and i dont think ill be back, plus the employes are so robotic with their respinses. Also called store, spoke with Gabby,did not seemed concerned, this is my reason for contacting corporate

Verbal Assault from Manager Jack! This is the 2nd verbal assault I have encountered with this manager poor demeanor with customers. His comments are very unprofessional. The first incident involved UberEats protocol with MY PHONE! He stated that he USE to work for UBER (deactivated) and he knows their rules. Well I can understand why he doesnt work with UBEr or Lyft, his mouth gets him fired! Driver be aware of this man hes mad with UBER and he takes it out on customers!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A

Yesterday around 10:46:48 a.m., Id order (1) spicy sandwich (1) CFA sandwich (1) 5 ct nuggets & (1) nugget kid meal. When I arrive home, I didnt have my (5) piece nuggets. I called and left a message. To my surprise Mr. McAllen called back and left me a message saying that he added the missing item to my app. (I didnt know that you can do that!) It left a good feeling in my soul about this company. I am THANKFUL for Chick-fil-A. You all have Great Customer Service, Great Employees working for you. I wish Chick-fil-A could run the country. I believe you all will do a better job than what is happening now!! (So organize and own up to your mistake) When I get hungry, Chick-fil-A is the only place I want to eat it. A few weeks ago, my fiancé, and I had a disagreement. We stop talking to each other for a day or so. I was thinking to myself, what can I do to break the ice? I know that he works out Monday through Friday two hours a day, around the same time and he is usually hungry after his work out. I drove to Chick-fil-A and order his favorite meal. I drove over to his home and surprise him. He started laughing, and I started laughing, and the dogs was jumping all over us because they know the white bag with the red writing on it. (We always share our Chick-fil-A with the dogs) needless to say, we were laughing because he know how much I Love Chick-fil-A. On Sundays, we are lost! Lol Thank you all for being the perfect highlight of the day.

Horrible, HORRIBLE service

They wont even post my review on Google either. I went to Chik fil a and ordered $40+ worth of food for me and my kids only to get a whole batch of fries covered with hair like they were dropped in a barbershop swept up and served. Ive had to miss work and school for several days because Ive been in bed weak and sick. It WAS Chik fil a because I prepared a salad at home and that was the only other meal I had that day. There is no resolution, there was no remorse basically I was laughed at and handed a new batch.. when really I wanted my money back we didnt eat any of the food from there after the fact. Its the principle of not following guidelines, putting peoples health in harms way and then showing no care or consequences.

Order wrong,manager satisfactory not met

Renee your manager at your Fairfield Commons location treated me like a piece of trash after. I had an issue with the food from prior visit and had already spoken to a different manager and he had out me in the system for meal replacement. She refused to assist. I'm contacting the bbb and the Ohio attorneys generals office. When I asked her why she was being rude and that I felt the need to record the conversation she simply walked away knowing she was in the wrong and she lied to other staff and called security to assist in a product remake concern. Not only embarrassing me but making me extremely upset. She lied about the way things went down and created a terrible situation for me. I'm considering requiring the recording to expose Chick-fil-A for the liberal approach to customer service which I'm certain will cost your company billions after the Republicans see that you have also moved towards hiring terrible left wing no moral having managers. I have all the dishes and if she is not reprimanded abd or fired for her behavior I'm going to upload the video showing her being disrespectful and threatening prior to calling security thinking that would cover her job.

Theft

Chick-fil-A in Vinings, Georgia (address: 2485 Cumberland Parkway SE., Atlanta, GA 30339). On June 1, 2023, around 3:45 PM EST I placed an order for a 12 piece nugget meal. The total of the meal came up to $11.18. Payment was made to the young lady in the drive-through that took the order. Upon payment I asked the young lady in the drive-through if I was good to go. The young lady in the drive-through stayed it that everything was OK. Upon arriving to the window to pick up the order in which I had placed and paid for the young man stated he needed a form of payment from me. I advised the young man that I had paid the young lady that took my order. The young man stated that her iPad had died, and that it did not show a payment has been made. I asked to speak with the manager, because the young lady had already stated that my payment had went through my order was placed. The first manager that I spoke to whose name I do not know because he covered his badge as he was talking to me in a very unprofessional manner. Stated that the payment did not go through and that I needed to pay in order to receive my order. I immediately told the manager that I would not be pulling from the window until I receive my order I paid for. Instead of going back-and-forth with the manager whose name I do not know Ill put up my online banking and showed him and the young man that requested a form of payment when I arrive to the window that the charge had went through on my card. The manager stated that that they charge did not go through because if I did, it was shot on Chick-fil-As end. After after informing the manager that I would not be moving and then I was going to call my banking institution the manager became sassy, and stated that he was calling the police. Please keep in mind that I did not threaten the manager, but I only requested for the food that I had paid for. Upon this manager, calling the police and giving them my license plate number I was able to get my banking institution on the line Home confirm that I had been charged for the meal. At this time I requested to speak to the GM whose name is Hector Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez Stated that this type of incident happens all the time and if the charge did not come off, I could contact Chick-fil-A for a full refund, but if I wanted my order I would have to pay again. This is after my banking institution, had already informed Mr. Sanchez that I was indeed charged for the meal. Needless to say I am out of my $11.18 and no meal for my child. I have contacted Chick-fil-A headquarters and found a complaint. The Chick-fil-A in Vinings, Georgia needs to be under a full investigation for stealing from their customers. I will be contacting my bank again to file fraudulent transaction. Recap: 1. Funds taken from card 2. Did not receive order 3. Police were called on customer for no reason
