I have Chicago Electric 7 In. 1.5 HP Bridge Wet Cut Tile Saw With Stand 62757. It was working fine and all of sudden stopped working. I was able to check power all the way up to motor for water dispenser. Need help troubleshooting and maybe able to find part to fix it. Thanks

My in-laws bought me a router table with router from northern tool. And I mounted it inside my bench top And then I wanted to try it out. I could not find the wrenches or the three chuck sleeves and it had no clear guard with it. When I called customer service I was told no parts were available and that there was nothing they could do. I shopped northern tool not only for home but for a multi-million dollar business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The person that answered the phone was very point-blank about it and rude. I asked why they could not just open a Box and send me the parts since I have already mounted this one in my bench top, and I was told they could not do that, this makes no sense to me.

The fence broke on my 12double-bevel sliding miter saw the replacement part is no longer availability making my saw a boat anchor I should have know better than to not by name brand buyer beware this is an expensive tool that is now unsafe to use and no longer accurate in cutting square its a pricy mistake

have a 12 inch chop saw that not working i though it needs brushes which i bought install them still not working call manufacturer for a repair shop they have none cannot find a repair shop to repair their product all shops i call dont repair their products

I bought a Chicago electric 125 flux welder the spindle that The wire full sits on is broke right off I tried taking it back to the store I don't have my receipt I want to do the refund and I have gotten absolutely no way and stuck with a broken welder

I still have not heard about my inquiry. I am looking for the 10kw generator head that you manufactured for Harbor Freight Tools. Is this item something that is permanently discontinued with the relationship to Harbor Freight, or are they still available directly from Chicago Electric. I would like two. Bought bench top router & table. Need 2 replacement collet sleeves but they dont make replacements. Stuck using 1 size instead of 3. Ridiculous, since they make the parts that come with router.
Product was affordable but you cant get replacement parts from the manufacturer. They want you to buy whole new product when all you need is the part to continue using it. Instead, they told me to search Ebay for used parts. Bench top router runs great but can only use one size of router bits since the other size's are lost.
