I want to return some merchandise because I purchased for my vacation am now on, however I tried them on and several outfits didn’t fit. They refused after taking almost two months to send my order
I want a credit or I want my money back. ASAP!!! They took my money and then took over two months to send to me, then try to say you have 14 days to return. I dont think so, I placed two orders with them. With both purchases spending over 500.00, however if I only purchased 1.00, I should be entitled to a credit if nothing else. Theyre definitely exceptions to every rule. You cant justify taking that long to send the order but credit my account as soon as I place order.

Company refuses to acknowledge my emails
I received my order 2 pair of trousers in a disgusting state so because of this I sent photos and returned order I was offered discounts galore ! But these TRS were no good cost 16 euro now 35 emails later no refund can you help

Where is my items I ordered
I paid and haven't gotten anything. It doesn't make sense to have an operation that does not deliver on time. I can accept a couple of days or maybe 3 days late but I ordered this on or approximately $20 over 20 days ago, and they have almost a full payment for the merchandise and I still have not seen anything. They owe me something for this despicable situation.

Customer service is trying to make me pay for a dress that came damaged
I purchased a dress actually two and the green dress was damaged. They used the fabric from the red dress to hem the neckline in the green dress. Well instead of just letting me exchange it for one that wasn't messed up they offered me percentage off which isn't what I wanted. I just want the right green dress which is what I paid for in the first place along with shipping. Well the only way I can get a refund is if I pay for expedited shipping to return the dress. It's such a poor system so that instead of doing what's advertised I'm being punished by having to pay for their mistake. I would never recommend buying from them.

IM ADDING JUST A FEW SCREENSHOTS I HAVE!!! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service representative Mia Sent me evidence of what address, city and state she mailed to and it was Sylvester, Georgia and I live in Delavan, Illinois & had received previous orders from them with no problem but Im disabled and she persists on telling me I gave her the address. And said it was delivered to my house after sending me something showing it was delivered to Georgia and lmao we dont have mail boxes we have P.O. Boxes. This has been going on for over a month and refuses to just simply resend it out and offered me $10 cash voucher when I spent almost $60. I am telling everyone not to deal with this company. Im seriously thinking about suing them for mental anguish, false accusations, undo and unnecessary stress on a disabled person and by law that can carry a 6 year prison sentence and Im pushing for it. Im ready and willing to take a lie detector test. Im out to destroy this Mia I want her job!!! Im not stopping until I get my money, order or thousands of $ from suing the *** If anyone can help me figure out a way to contact the owner please help. I appreciate any leads. Jennifer

I have been dealing with messaging an employee since January 1 repeating myself that I DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR. I have already inquired at USPS but they have not paid insurance for my package and I am DEMANDING a refund NOW I will not pay for something I did not receive.
