UPS LOST MY PACKAGE NOT CHEGG FAULT CHEGG IIS AMAZING

UPS LOST MY PACKAGE which I have a claim with UPS for because I didnt want to her responsible for the full price purchase but CHEGG offered to replace the book or refund me at no charge. What an awesome company to not hold me responsible as the consumer I will definitely be back at CHEGG when I need any of my text books!!!

REFUND REQUEST

Dear Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue regarding my Chegg subscription, which I had subscribed to in February for a monthly plan. Upon the completion of the initial subscription period (in February), I assumed that no further charges would be incurred since I had only subscribed for that particular month. However, to my surprise, I recently received an email notification regarding a payment transaction of 73.99 AED. Upon reviewing my payment history, I discovered that Chegg has been deducting money from my account for the past three months (April, May, and June) without obtaining explicit authorization. I acknowledge that I did not take the necessary step of canceling my subscription as I was unaware that charges would continue until I actively unsubscribed. I sincerely apologize for any oversight on my part in this matter. I kindly request your assistance in canceling my subscription immediately, and I also humbly ask for a refund for the past three months since I had not utilized my account during that time. In fact, after the conclusion of my initial one-month subscription in February, I refrained from renewing it as I had decided not to make further use of the service. To my surprise, I later discovered that payments had been deducted continuously for the subsequent three months. I wholeheartedly appeal to your understanding and empathy in resolving this matter promptly by issuing the requested refund. Your assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated. Suspension

Even calling chegg's representative for half an hour, My phone was kept unattended. From last two weeks, I had a problem in viewing ques. Everytime, it shows suspended and then resume the activity and so on the process goes. Each month I take a subscription of 20 dollars, and it went wasted by unresolving the issue entirely. I request you to provide me compensation for it and resolve this issue as soon as possible. If the above mentioned factors are not provided, I have to unsubscribe from this. And will no longer be a part of this.

Re charged for canceled subscription

Hello, I canceled my subscription on July 2nd and I was charged on July 14th for the next billing cycle. I have a screen shot of the day I canceled it and would like a refund as I didn't want to continue the subscription this is why I canceled it on July 2nd.

I have been charged even I have cancelled the subscription

I have cancelled the subscription of chegg long ago as this is my summer holidays But I have been Charged unnecessary The money drawn from my account is like 21$ which is a large amount I would want a refund I have cancelled the subscription and how can I be charged ? Cancel subscription

I wanna cancel my subscription. It was very bad experience with chegg. I got all the answers wrong. Even after using for 20 min they are saying you are eligible for refund so this platform is floccinaucinihilipilification. Dont try to use it. Save your time and money. Keep this platform at arm length.

I’m unable to login into my account since March 2023 due to pathetic Press and Hold system. So, I need my refund and unsubscribe from Chegg.

Irritating to login and I hate Press and hold buttons and waste my energy and money. Also, answer for physics is limited and mostly useless
