Bartenders hygiene

I tried calling customer service, but cannot get through.

We were sitting in the bar, and the bartender had a coughing fit. She did not cover her mouth. She coughed all over everything and there was also customers sitting at the bar. I was disgusted. She went on to make drinks for a waitress coming from the family room. Did not wash her hands or wash anything off that she had coughed all over. She was going to go back and get my food that I already had to take back the first time because my chicken strips and my french fries were both cold when they brought My plate to the table. I told her I did not want it and she took them off the bill.

The bartender

She had a coughing attack, did not even cover her mouth and there was people sitting at the bar. Did not even wash her hand after she did all of that. Went straight to making drinks and then went and grabbed my food. I did tell her that I did not want it and she took it off the bill and we left. I did call the restaurant and talked with a manager. He went to say she does have COPD. And I told him that is still not an excuse for what she did.

Bad Service and Cold food.

The waitress gave us a poor service and the Manager a poor answer when telling him what was the issue with the waitress. The Manager name was Juan Santos at the time of the complain in the restaurant. The waitress took almost an our before getting our food and the food was cold. There was not a lot of customers for them to take to long. The waitress took for ever to get our food and drinks. I did pay for the the plate of my wife and i did reject the plate for me. Know i understand why Cheedars sales are going down in Brownsvillle Texas. It has to do with bad service and also with new restaurants opening in town. I will never go to Cheddars again. I will let my friends and relatives about the bad service they have. Javier Alaniz

Asked to see the manager

We were there when a tornado weather alert came on our and other customers phones. The alert said to take cover immediately. We asked the waitress where we should go. She didnt know. Asked to speak with the manager (Tim) was one of them..there were 2 working according to the waitress. He was too busy. Food had to be sent backsteak well done, not medium rare as ordered. Didnt receive out appetizer until after our meals were brought outand I had to ask where they werethey were cold when she finally brought them out.

Employee complaint

Order a medium rare steak as I kept cutting it was blue complained to the manager and he was rude instead of apologizing for the steak he complain I eaten half of it but it wasnt half. I like Cheddar and my family and I eat there all the time but as tonight June 17th 2023 we are no longer eating there.

Food wasn’t that good and service could of been better just don’t care for it that much rather go somewhere else

I never see a manager and the food isn't that good anymore and the vegetables don't even fill up the bowls I won't b back for a long time

I have tried to contact someone about a missing item from my order

I ordered something for my family I ordered online and paid 99.02 gratuity included. No one answered the store phone and now youre having me answer questions that I could have told someone from the restaurant.

Poor and bad service

Poor service bad service inattentive to the customer there were 4 empty tables they claimed they were busy finally got waitress took our drink order and appetizer came back and took order finally got appetizer the order came I got chicken fried chicken when I ordered countryfried steak and my wife was missing her coleslaw

Card was purchased at a store for gift card for cheddars and its stating its not activated so they told us to call you all and see if theres something wrong on your end because it was activated through their end

Purchased a gift card from Walgreens and its saying its not activated so theyre having us call you all to find out if theres something wrong on your end because receipt was given and card was activated through them so they said we needed to call you first

Dirty

I am sitting in the Duncanville store right now looking at the floor it has trash everywhere. The waitresses clothes are dirty. The people running food out are eating while bringing food. The menus are dirty, tables are dirty. I had spinach dip and the plate was dirty.the burger was broghtout with out the fries and i am waiting while my food is getting cold. Uniforms torn and pants sagging. At this point just shut this place down get a pressure washer and hose the whole build off inside and out. I will never come back here and if the city knows whats best they need to get it together since this is about all this town has to offer. My food made it and the hamburger buns were cold right out the frig. Took waitress forever to come check on her tables. Made it back in time to give us a bag. Made it back to my room and had to re-heat my food and of course fries are gross in microwave, the meat taste gross. And had no condiments for the burger.

Poor service and food today at cheddars in Ocala fl

Arrived at about 12:15 for lunch. The service was sooo slow. We ordered cheese bites for an appetizer. It took about 15 minutes to come out. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo. The shrimp was good and the sides were okay- but the steak was covered in pepper to the point that it burned my mouth. I spoke to the manager and he said he gets complaints about this frequently. Why hasnt he addressed this issue?

JOSEPH SMITH Apr 22, 2023, 10:26 PM MDT I visited your restaurant on Bronson Memorial HWY Florida with my family (6) the table 101. check number was 36543 the service was atrocious the waitress Stacie N was terrible it was as though we wasnt there. When I did get hold of her I asked her why we were being ignored. Her reply was I had other things to do. The food wasnt that great.the dishes/plates wasnt cleared from the table I paid $201.92. For inferior food and service. I would like like to hear your response. Its almost impossible for a visitor to complain using your contact information I believe that I waisted my money on inferior service and food I would like to know what compensation you are prepared to give me for my ordeal.
