Order Cancelled with no notice
Have been a Checks Unlimited Customer over 10 years for our business. Ordered new checks approximately 3 weeks ago and never received. I called today to check on the status of the order and was told it was cancelled and the agent transferred me to a supervisor. He told me it was cancelled due to security reasons and that they require a faxed letter from our bank stating it was an existing account along with bank routing number, account number, address and signed by bank officer. We received no notification whatsoever that the order was cancelled, leaving us in a pinch because we don't have many checks left. I asked for more reasoning why we weren't contacted and that we have been a customer and have never had this occur before. Was told that they have always had this practice in place. If this is the case, then why don't they state this when placing an order or have the courtesy to let you know that they need additional information or that they have cancelled the order. Complete nonsense! We are proceeding with getting this done, but can state we will never do business with them again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE- Account Compromised
Ordered 11/29/22 1 box of checks, address change. Had order in July and all fine. So, checked tracking and only read shipped 12/13 with nothing else. Called, no one could help. I decided to look at July order and sure enough it read Delivered 12/22/22 to Sheboygan, WI when I'm in Illinois!!! So Checks Unlimited used the same shipping number from July for my Nov order! I talked to the same 2 females who said I didn't talk to them when trying to figure out what happened. All they wanted was to print more checks! I said NO! my 1st box is lost in Wisconsin! Why would I want more printed with my account now compromised! Then mngr transferred me to EZ Protection company which is BOGUS! It was the same female who answers the phone. I was told to close my account, open new and call back to file claim, give my new account number to have checks printed. H NO!!! I told her why would I give my new account number after all this. Then I said I wanted refund, to the mngr who said would. I checked, tho early to hit my account I was told by person on phone wasn't done and would do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU ARE PLAYING ROULETTE WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Order checks from your bank! It was chea

Wrong routing #
corrected very quickly by your staff! The original order was missing one number and this caused some of my checks to bounce. The order was quickly replaced with the proper infomation.

Checks are taking more than7-14 days to come after being mailed they said. They sent me an invoice that I owe $5.50 with E-Invoice that my iPad reported as not a private website and my info ?stolen
Called 2x, got the email they wanted 5.50 more for Order,No help with calling them I will not use them again. Bank info could be stolen! Still don't have checks ordered 11/17/22

I want to cancel one of my orders
Hi, I did an order earlier today and instead of doing one order I did 2 orders by mistake. I would like to cancel one of those orders. I did call Checks unlimited on November 14th and they did tell me they would cancel one of my orders. Well now I have not received any notification of when or if my order was shipped

Very shady for return clients!
I have placed multiple orders with Checksunlimited in the past and have not had any problems. I placed an order over a month ago and was constantly being bombarded with upsells that I didn't want. Now they won't ship my checks to me and are holding them hostage until I send in documentation of my address? This is the same ordering address as prior orders. Not worth the headache of saving a few dollars if that.

They might be super cheap (if you get them at all) BUT, you do get what you paid for...Buy from your bank when possible or some other vendor. I was contacted by their customer service department with a question about my order. Three attempts at calling and I was on hold for over ten minutes on each call. LOTS of musak...

I reordered a set of personal checks. They processed 2 orders, one after the other, with the exact same check numbers. I was charged twice and when I talked to Customer Service they said, too bad that's how you entered the order. Seriously, why would anyone order 2 sets of checks with the exact same numbers.

Disappointed in changes to Nascar design on checks
Have been buying the Nascar design for years and this time totally disappointing. Graphics. Cannot tell it's a racetrack. Looks like pastel splotches of color. NOT happy at all. Why did you ruin the designs?

There is no way I would have agreed to the extremely high total price of my check re-0rder. Their ordering system is deceptive and should be illegal. How can 4 boxes of checks be regularly priced at $115??? I compared my total with Walmart and several other check companies and there is NO WAY I would have submitted an order for $85. Of course they won't do anything about this, saying it was #.25 PER BOX (not total) to ship, etc. NEVER go to them. Requested Scripture Checks with scenery. Checks arrived and barely could discern the images. Talked with customer service and got a refund for checks. Seen this problem with other check printers, images can be lighter than display. In terms of customer service they were great and friendly. In terms of promptness reasonable, and pricing close to competition. It was image quality that that they failed.

Did not receive order I ordered checks on 3/31 Today is 4/19 I ordered in house rush because I dont have any checks 19 days later I still cannot find them with the tracking number as they are still sitting in Missouri at the UPS location when I file a missing claim it is not able to be processed I will never order from checks unlimited again
