Delivery issue

Order never delivered. I called and another order was placed on 7/19. Im worried about what happened to first order, and I will need new checks soon.

Ordered checks, 10 days after shipment NOTHING

I placed an order for checks from Checks in the Mail on the morning of February 20th of this year. The process was $27 and change and shipment was processed in Grand Prairie, TX on the 23rd, leaving Grand Prairie on the 24th. Today, 10 days later there is no tracking from DHL and Checks in the Mail said that the shipment shows still in Texas. Now the tracking Link originally provided by Checks in the Mail did not work and after emailing them twice I did receive a working tracking link. Needing my checks now and not sometime down the road, AND not knowing where they are is quite concerning. Since it is now 10 days since thew checks shipped and no one knows where they are I contacted my bank and put a freeze on my account that could cost me $20 to $24 (it has not shown up yet in my account). After finally speaking with a representative from Checks in the Mail I informed him that this is unacceptable and I will no longer doing business with the company. PLEASE BEWARE!

To find if duplicate checks and preferably side tear are available

Trying to learn if make duplicate and side tear checks. After hours. Only learned long time to get ordered checks

Unable to connect with someone to reorder checks

Dropped call, couldnt find number to reconnect. Person said to call back. Couldnt get number through Siri or other methods

Did not receive my checks

The problem had been resolved, however I had to call and order checks cuz ordering online does not work, no shipping conformation was provided and was not sent.

Checks are done wrong

Third name on checks was spelled Kelly instead of Shelley so next time the customer service rep needs to spell every name back to be sure that it is correct

I'm not rating checks in the mail...I'm rating you, Pissed.consumer...I'm pised at your process...I wasted 15 minutes trying to give my positive feedback about the outstanding quality of service I received from CITM, and stopped because of the difficulties I experienced with you...
