Approved by Uber, ? With Lyft?
I am a current Uber driver and have had my background approved currently drive for Port Canaveral with approved for Canaveral registration. Now I'm trying to get approved also for Lyft and I can't get past your background check and I can't contact Lyft for them to take a closer human look and see that I'm already driving for Uber x. Uber is already approved me and I've been driving for them, why am I not allowed to drive for Lyft??

Need a new background check
I worked for Uber years ago, then I stopped. When I tried again I had to have a new background check and something showed up that wasnt mine. I cleared it up but now they (Uber) wont run a new background check thy say I have to contact checkr, who has the worst website and wont answer the phone! On hold for hours at a time!!!

I have been calling you guys everyday for the past 2 months and I haven't got the chance to talk too anyone on the phone. Incorrect background check. Needs fixed asap
I received a email from door dash stating my account was deactivated due to my background check. Ive been dashing for 2 years and have had no issues. The email stated it was because of my license. I logged into my DMV account and it shows clearly my license is active. I cant wait 30 days to get my Door dash back. I have kids to feed. This needs to be resolved soon please.

No customer service help
I have been trying to get checkr to help me resolve a problem with my background check for DAYS. I keep speaking with the robot and it does not understand what I am asking. I called customer support and I was left on hold for 13 minutes.. Ive left emails and phone calls and I still cant get help. This has happened before. Checkr NEEDS to do better. This is very unprofessional.

Help fix mistakes on my background
No... I'm discussed with how unprofessional the whole thing is organized. I filled out 3 dispute form and no one has yet responded. My judgement was set aside Wich means I'm not a felon. I was a minor please open your eyes to see this can't be used against me however it does raise an eyebrow to employer keeping me from having a good job. Just review the info and fix the mistake

You are holding me from working with door dash
It has been three weeks maybe four that you were supposed to do a background check on me for DoorDash. I was already with them in California. I had no problem I came to Georgia try to get going here in Georgia and say something about youre missing some kind of information on my motor vehicle Information but yet I cant get a hold are you are you have is a chat bot that doesnt know what Im talking about and then I gave my number for a return phone call and it was a message saying you were closed to go back to the website. This is not good business you need to call me at 818339**** and lets resolve this so I can go to work for DoorDash. This is getting old I have no accidents no Felonise no nothing and all Im getting is actually not getting from you is communication again call me at 818-339-**** Tricia Sherwood.

Deactivation from DoorDash
I was deactivated from DoorDash after working there for 4 years. They say it is something on my background check but wont say what but whatever it is is incorrect whatever is on there has ruined any chance of employment elsewhere checkr has not helped in anyway and neither has DoorDash I need help in straightening this out. Thanks Susan Winston. Any help would be most appreciated as no income is hurting my family

All I need to do is redo my background check , and no one answers the phones , so how can anyone get a hold of them . Sent dozens of emails and still no help

Invalid report
I have been trying for several weeks to resolve the situation about my driver's license and the confusion of it being suspended or withdrawn from another state. The state of florida. My license is valid in the state of Ohio and the reason it is not valid in Florida is because I now have one in ohio. I spoke to the representatives at the DMV in Florida a few weeks ago and was informed that my license was not going to be suspended as it was no longer valid because I have an Ohio license now. I have submitted my license several times both through email and on the website. Upon speaking with Hannah several times through email nothing has gotten resolved. I do not need clarity on the word consider or withdraw I just need clarity as to why that is on my background report. I spent 57 minutes on hold today trying to reach somebody at checkr. I left a voicemail by pushing the number 9 when prompted to leave my information. More than several hours later deep into the evening I received the pre-recorded call telling me that they were unable to get to me today and for me to call tomorrow and start all over again. I was deactivated through doordash because of this situation. I firmly believe that if you were to dig deeper you would realize that this is all one big error. My background checks have been impeccable from the very beginning. I have not had nothing criminal or motor vehicle wise ever on my background checks. This is hurting me not just in this area but in other areas as well eventually down the road. Could we please see that this is taken care of.

Checkr ruined my life
Well Im a top dasher my license was suspended cause I got a new car and my license was still registered to my old car now i didnt know anything about that but I got it taken care of asap I showed this checkr whatever bs company my license all the proof they needed the receipt from dmv page after page and called them a numbers of times trying to speak with a damn agent and I see this company is ruining other ppls lives as well. Sorry Im not sorry checkr but Im siding with these other ppl you have ruined I hope karma visits you oh you should do more background checks on ppl that live in their cars or get a $2 order and the dasher eats the customers food those ppl are the dashers you are looking for ha I see how it truly is. Well thank you so much for ruining my life after I been a dasher for 4 and a half years
