Online order to the wrong location

I made my checkers order to my closest location and proceeded to the closest location. Once arrived they cannot find my order as the checkers app decided I was closer to the other side of town when I was not.

Tired of getting ripped off

Ordered a bogo for a dollar big buford. Got home was only one in the bag went back and the drive threw idiot argued with me try to tell me thats what i ordered. Bull. I got pissed and drove off cost me 10.53 for 1 buford. Ill never go back

What is the reason for review to get back to work? Nice question huh? The reason for *** work.

I got to get back to work. Im broke no money for that deliver food but I havent driven back to work two weeks and work our payments go in the house is going to freaking background check.

Nastiest food ever!

I went around 9 pm to Checkers on 100 34th St S St Petersburg I got 2-$5.00 deals..The burgers were over cooked and looked like they were sitting there since noon, my dogs wouldn't even eat them! The burgers didn't even look close to their commercials. Nobody's does but, NASTY!!! The rest was just ok. I won't even bother with calling the number they give you, because they don't answer or send you coupons for free ones, as said in sooo many reviews. Just a poor, poor company. Don't give them your money.

Rallys Woodville road Oregon, Ohio

I was hired in as a shift leader here recently and was told my drawers kept coming up short but nobody ever reviewed the cameras I know Ive not stolen any money. I've put my own money in the drawer several times. I was fired today because my drawers were short again. And a co worker literally attacked me. I have autism I'm not using that as an excuse for anything. But Patricia troxell from this location attacked me while I was in the office. I've felt bullied from day one by two particular employees the general managers son in law and Patricia. Of course the general manager would side with her family. Since you know it's family ran. You guys lost a hard working worker on behalf of bullying in the work place.

Over charged

Order Amount was $5.30 and my Credit Card was Charged Double $10.60 I ordered only one $5 special with the ChickenBites, Fries, Checker Burger and Drink..I Guess the Cashier paid for her a special also with my card.. I had only $7 on my card to spend so I knew what to order..Now my card is a NEGATIVE $3.60.. Im a Pissed Customer and there was no receipt in my bag.. I called the store for 2 days no answer so I called Customer Service and got it Resolved.. THANKS

Missing partial order

On 9/19 spent $36 and change, got home part of the order not there. I called the store no answer, I repeat this several times letting it ring til the line disconnected. The next dayI again called same attempts with same results as original day. Able to go back next day, told they're a franchise and it's not it's policy to replace or refund if not called (didn't answer) or return durning same shift to pickup, corporate has no say in this . I'm supposed to let them keep approximately $20 and forget it. THIS IS WRONG AND SOMETHING/SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP IT. They need to be scrutinized/watch dog /regulated SOMETHING!!

Problem

I. Go to checkers everyday So a. Good. Customer I. Went today and order 28 dollars of food I had. I had to wait on my chicken nuggets which was fine but when they finally brought him out I had was on the other side I had to get out of my car and go get them why couldn't they have brought me them to my car I just had a hip replacement having a hard time walking I watched them come out of the door a million times to smoke so why did I have to get out of the car and go up to the extra window and get my order the lady was a b**** and not very nice to me and then there was a guy outside working and told me just to stay home and coo They had no customers there so it wouldn't have been a problem and all these people doing nothing standing around and smoking and I had to get out of my car and go get the food why couldn't they brought it to my car when I had to wait and I bought all those food and I come there every day and the lady girl at the window who told me that I had to get out was not very nice and the guy in the parking lot he was talking to his friend who worked there wasn't nice either he was outside talking to somebody they couldn't have brought me my food when I had a hip replacement I'm the customer and then be rude to me when I'm buying foodk

Problem they are terrible

I went to order food then they had finished cooking it so I had to wait they made me get out of my car and go get the car food they wouldn't even bring it to my car after I had a hip replacement and it's hard to walk and they keep coming out the door and smoking and talking to people but they couldn't come to my car to bring me my food but they can come outside and hang out and they made me go up to the window and get my food and get out of my car when I said I have to get out of my car she said yes and then another guy said if you don't like it stay home and cook

Bad experience.

Long wait for my food and then ended up not getting what I ordered!!! Didn't notice it until I drove away!!! Not happy about it!!!

Complaint.

I went through the drive through at the lapeer Michigan location and I went to order but an AI robot was taking my order. I do not agree with it at all its unacceptable. I know they may be understaffed but it makes me and so many other people very uncomfortable and they need to change it. There was no one in line and they wernt busy at all. Their was 4 workers in their and AI still took my order then we came to the window and she had to re ask us our whole order it seems to me they must just be lazy and not want to take orders, their was plenty of people in their that could have helped us.

Bad food and customer service

Your Chapman hwy store very rude employees food was awful in so many ways service was awful and I will never go back to the Chapman hwy.knoxville tn. Location I will drive all the way to Sevierville tn. Location and I live in knoxville tn. And I can't believe know one has called me back about this problem or even and I also feel they are racist against white people because my family was the only white people in the store and we were the only ones treated like trash tried to make it right

Order issue

I blame corporate more than the store for a very bad mobile app customer process. It is a HUGE pain to use the mobile app. Why don't you allow drive-thru or curbside with the app? It's a burden for your customers to have to get out of the car. Also, I had to wait longer than people just walking up and ordering, ridiculous.

Can you make a complaint?

Manager see me standing at the window she couldve came to the window and says sir, I will be with you in a moment she didnt respond to me at all. I had to knock on the stairwell counter outside to get her attention poor communication, course service from Miss Manager its Manager need to be retrained and focus on hospitality with the customer set a good example for employees when I let her know and I had asked her for her name and then when she close the window its just like she said something to the employees, and they looked in the window and start laughing and this wasnt funny for me at all..

Rude employee

2 Thursdays ago March 23rd went throufg the drive-through at the Macon Ga Pionono Avenue Checkers. I was using my rewards to get the free Lg soda/purchase. Tonya said I couldn't use two things from the rewards and I told her I had some money there also. She raised her voice with a snappy tone and said you come here every Thursday holding up the line with this. I told her I don't come every Thursday. She said I couldn't use to rewards in one order. When you reply back to me tell me if that's true. As she was getting the fries I told her that I was going to report her and drove off. I went there April 6 and Shirley was so polite and patient. after the transaction I told her about Tonya, Shirley told me her name. Shirley was very cooperative well mannered and accommadating, great customer service. Please acknowledge herthat I commended her. Please let me know the results about Tonya, not trying to get her fired but she need to get a better customer work ethics. I love the fries but they come out EXTRA greasy, I usually mash them with a napkin to get the grease out please check on this. Once I was charged $2.72 cents for the $1.49 fries not by Tonya. I tlod the person and she said that's what the register says, I paid it but that wasn't correct...Please reply to me with all issues I addressed, thanks!
