Who is operating Checkcourts? No contact information available

These people are ***-artists. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them via their “ticket” system. Not only did I not receive an email regarding a ticket number, I also have, as they say “reached maximum ticket submission”. There is no webmaster email or any other way to contact them. In addition, they require more information than they need: phone numbers, date of birth, address etc. The domain information is as follows: FastDomain Inc. whois.bluehost.com http://www.bluehost.com/ clientTransferProhibited (https://www.icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited) jack.ns.cloudflare.com dahlia.ns.cloudflare.com I hope someone puts a stop to this company’s deceitful tactics, maybe the attorney general could step in. I think that it is only a matter of time before this company and the other mirror sites will be investigated.

Is someone at checkcourts.com altering court records?

This company has doubled their search results for individuals by removing a middle name from court records. Two “public records” are now listed for the same individual on the same offense. Apparently whoever is responsible for this is disregarding individual rights and whether or not it was intentional is secondary to ethically operating a business. It falls into the categories I have seen with all of the sites owned and managed by Marc Martin. This includes courtclick.com, courtsentry.com, docucourt.com and accutellus.com. This business should be investigated by proper authorities and complaints should be filed until then to the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov.

Resesarch And People Lookup Review

This website has false and erroneous reports AND there is no way to contact them. Additionally, they have information on minors plus dismissed, and expunged court cases. They are shielded by their various hosts: CloudFlares, Inc., bluehost.com which is owned by Endurance International.com (Boston, MA). Registered by fastdomain.com .

Marc Martin of courtsentry.com, courtclick.com and accutellus.com has sold data to ID thief

Marc Martin also owns US Info Search based in Columbus, Ohio as well as several other companies including: accutellus.com, docucourt.com, courtclick.com, checkcourts.com and courtsentry.com. Here is an excerpt from one article: "As all of my stories on this incident have explicitly stated, the government has said the data was not obtained directly from Experian, but rather via Columbus, Ohio-based US Info Search. US Info Search had a contractual agreement with a California company named Court Ventures, whereby customers of Court Ventures had access to the US Info Search data as well as Court Ventures’ data, and vice versa. Experian came into the picture in March 2012, when it purchased Court Ventures (along with all of its customers — including the proprietor of the identity theft service)." Source: http://krebsonsecurity.com/tag/marc-martin/ I wonder if Marc Martin will be facing litigation of his own?
