Terrible customer service no help with my ticket refund
Date changed only is what I needed and no one knew what to do or who I should talk to I lost $390 plus dollars terrible customer service was no help said they had no supervisor

I'm having a problem paying for my ticket
I cant get my ticket paid for the the app just says that they are having problems with my payment method. I know this is a business account so theres money in the account what other problems can you be having?

Very friendly, very calm, very efficient.
I called to get a ticket changed because of a rather vague e-mail. It was changed within minutes. Waiting time under a minute. Perfect English, solid ID check. The agent did a great job, couldn't have done it better myself with my 15 years of experience in the field. Hang on to him.

Need to use my two tickets that I booked American Airlines. They are paid for.
Cheap tickets kept giving me the runaround for two tickets that I bought. They were not usable because of COVID 19 that I didnt get a refund for Covid and they never resolved my issue. I paid for the tickets cash and it was $800 and I still have yet to use these tickets.

Canceling a flight
Change in plans and did not have to go to Florida because son in law did not take the job there and we did not have to move our daughter and her family down there.therefore we will not be flying back to Pennsylvania from Florida because they are not moving there anymore. We are staying in Pennsylvania and will fly to Florida another time to visit my mother

TAP Air canceled our flight and reassigned us to a new much earlier flight. We asked to modify the reassigned flight and have not heard anything from CheapTickets or From TAP Air???
We would like to receive a call back to inform us as to our issue as promised??? What else can we do???

Utterly disappointed
I have been a loyal cheap tickets customer for years, very disappointed with their customer service and how they have handled my most recent journey. Will not be using their services moving forward.

Not good at all I wanted to change my flight and up to now no help I had to cancel and buy a new ticket one person said I will get a refund if I sent the death certificate and now am hearing something
Up to now I can't get a refund or anything one person said send the death certificate and now there saying something else I had to cancel the ticket and buy a one way ticket back to Barbados

Our car broke down on the way to the concert we didn't make it there until it was already over it was ending when we got there and they people that worked the door wouldn't let us in or take her tickets or anything I'm just trying to get a refund I bought the insurance or whatever thank you

System was down so they could not help me. There phone system would not let me talk to a customer service representative. They should have a back up plan for system break down
They should have a system in place just in case their system go down and make it more easier to talk to a customer service representative. Very rude for a computer to cut you off.

Notice of confirmation but no flights booked
I had credits from a flight cancelled a few years ago due to covid. On January 23 I booked new flights , paid the difference after the credit and received a confirmation e-mail. I went to United.com to purchase seats but my itinerary didn't exist. I contacted you and talked to 3 different agents that all I was told was that it wasn't confirmed and that my payment would be reverted back to the bank. No assistance in re-booking and was told I'd have to book on-line again and that now the payment would be more!!! I do not want to wait to reserve these flights in event of higher prices so I tried to book on-line and now there are no credits available. I'm very upset that I found flights, paid, booked and now being told I have to wait for the payment to be reversed and am now going to have to pay more because of the wait and no credits available. Can't agents assist with finalizing a booking like this? There has to be something that could be done.

I bought a flight insurance
1/19/2023. I was schedule to travel to Hawaii But I live in this horrible, ridiculous traffics in Los Angeles I missed my 9:00 Am flight. I had bought insurance for this reason. Since I missed the flight I was hoping the Hawaiian Airlines would have helped me to take the next flight; and yes the next flight had extra room for my flight, the front desk informs me that had 16 sits available. But not they put me to flight the following day on which I missed all car reservations and other events O have already scheduled for that day.
