I bought a ticket with you and reaching at Entebbe Uganda airport, they denied me to travel telling me that my travel document doesn't allow to transit via London. They had to tell me to buy a new ticket of which i did.

!They will not do as they say, first they said I would get travel credits I told them no I want a refund, they told me 3 times they will refund but they do not. They refuse to let you speak with a supervisor and they hang up on you when you insist! I have $800 they will not refund. They tell you you will receive an email with the confirmation of refund it never comes. My personal opinion ; STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I have a claim that wasn't paid. I have a trip I want to take.
I call cheap tickets the day after the original flight was supposed to land but yet they were still in Canada I was told to give them a few days no one has gotten back to me it is now over a year later cheap flights says United airline has control over it they can't guarantee my money back they will give me a call back. Customer service initially said they couldn't help me with anything call a different line I'm the customer who has already paid and I'm doing all the calling I'm not understanding when you tell me to give you a few days and you will reach out to me and now here I am having to call everybody instead of them calling me and still have my money. I'm Not a satisfied customer

I just made a flight and misread the time of day of the flights. I need to change them. I called and called, tried via internet to reach someone. Never reached anyone. Changed through the airlines themselves for a much, much larger price. Just know...there is no customer service and once you hit purchase, that is all you'll get, no matter that it says you have x hrs. to be able to change your flight...

To have another flight
TSAs employees were not helpful. I came on time at Stanbul airport, tsa say go there, go there and and time has passed. You ask them to explain, tell or help they never do. It looks like they dont even know what they are doing! So for this reason it caused me mis my flight

They dont have support at all
after you purchase the flight ticket, there is no way to add any additional baggage to the ticket, their support is also non-existent. avoid this website.

Bought a round trip ticket and my ticket was not valid to return home. So I had to purchase another out of pocket to be able to fly home.trip credits were no good. well try leaving indianapolis to orlando fl and they said their plane needs repaired no back up planes have to wait 3 days to get a flight out of here and cheap flights leave you out in the cold and say's you bought a cheap ticket and we can't help you

ok they made good on a refund they did reach out to us and really tried to help the real problem is frontier airlines but cheap flights did really help

they tried to contact us gave us 25,00 gift card and said they were sorry and put in a refund but like always they just tell you what they want you to hear they have not fixed the problem yet said i will get a refund but nothing yet

leaving Indianapolis ind. and the airlines FRONTIER AIRLINES canceled our flight friday and said we can't get another flight out of there until monday and what say's they won't do it again IF YOU WANT TO US CHEAP FLIGHT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU GOT A CHEAP TICKET AND THEY CAN"T DO A THING FOR YOU SO YOUR ARE JUST SCREWED LOST OF MONEY NO CHEAP FLIGHT AT THIS CROOKED *** WEB SIT BUYERS BEWARE WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN
