Misrepresented

Do not use Cheaper Than Dirt - they don't back up what they sale. I got stuck with 500 reload rounds of crap ammo from BVAC. I did not know I was getting reloads.

Never received merchandise and they will not answer call

Made purchase but never received product nor email but money taken from my account . I have not been able to hear from merchant and they will not answer phoned

They’re price gouging bandits

$99 for a box of 50 9mm ammo. They must have fell and bumped their head. Additionally, they used to ship items within 1-3 days. Since Im just out of Fort Worth I would normally get packages within 24 hours after shipping. This isnt the case anymore! I dont know what happened to CTD, they now take over a week to ship. Dont even bother with customer service because its always a BS answer as to why. Cheaper Than Dirt turn in your Texas residency card and move to California. You dont deserve to be in this great state!

Charged ten times for ammo only wanted one box when I only ordered one box need to cancel the charge to my credit card

Because people need to hear this

Still on hold after 45 minutes because of a package that I was supposed to get a week ago. I will not use cheaper than dirt again. Go anywhere else but here unless you want to wait weeks to get your order.

Wrong item hard to return lose half your money

Ordered a spikes tactical dynacomp muzzle brake stated on the site it was for use with all ak platforms which it's not when I call to exchange out for the smaller exact some muzzle brake they said $50+ more and I got to take the hit of shipping charges and taxes for a product I didn't need or use when you take anything back to a store you get your money back not 10 business days

Unsatisfied

I've experienced their price gouging first hand. I was waiting on a gun to come in and when they finally got it in I was told they didn't have it. A few hours later miraculously it was back in stock! Only this time it was over $1,100 more. Friends of mine have had similar experiences as well. I'll NEVER do business with them again. Nor will anyone I know

Lack of trust

When Cheaper Than dirt had retail spaces I loved shopping there and got some great deals with great friendly service. Now that it is mail order only I am very leery based upon customer reviews and the experiences of friends. There seems to be little recourse in the event of dispute or seeking order status. Every merchant I deal with online provides a shipping/tracking link of my order. Here they seem unwilling or incapable of doing such and as a consumer I am tired of everyone blaming COVID-19.

Customer service

I ordered a scope mount and then they say it will take six weeks in which I will not wait that long and asked for a refund the next day after ordering another and now they use the excuse because of volume because of the virus they will not refund my money they are thieves and can not be trusted as well as lost a customer forever..

Order placed, money taken from my debit card and several regards made for a status update, 3 request have been made via the CTD website for a status update over 21/2 weeks with no reply.

I placed an order on 3-27, 2020 for items in stock, my debit debit card was immediately charged. I have made 3 separate attempts to contact CTD via their website customer service request site. To date 4-7,2020 I have not received one reply regarding my order. I have placed 3 order from other vendors selling the same products less than a week ago and have received my products. I understand the volume and shipping issues due to the Coronavirus, however a simple reply to my request for a status update is not an unreasonable request. I have been a loyal customer of CTD since 2018. In making no effort to simply reply to my request proves to me that that have no regard for a long time customer.
