Cortizone 10 roll-on does not work and will not roll the product out
Your online customer service agent kept asking me questions about an app which is not what my issue is. I would like to have the phone number for a customer service that handles the Cortizone 10 product as I have a very important problem with the new roll on. I could not get any helpful information through online talk

Faulty Mouthwash Cap
As someone who is suffering from neuropathy and arthritis, my mom was very frustrated in trying to squeeze the cap and get the liquid into her mouth. She had only purchased the product based on her friends recommendation that it worked, because there are less expensive mouthwashes she has used for years. However, after hearing her grumbling about daily frustrations of trying to get the liquid from the bottle into the cap, Im sure she will go back to the other mouthwashes. Please think about the senior citizens inability to use their hands when you create more products. Having Universal Design Items will allow everyone to have success using them.

Trying to locate sports cream
Sports cream was the only product I found that gave me relief from chronic muscle spasms. I'm now told that it's no longer in production nor do they have anything similar with the same active ingredient. I am now left high and dry to walk around smelling like an 80yo resulting from the high concentration of menthol. UUUHGG! YUCK. Image that with a $175 bottle of designer fragrance. My mother used sports cream LIBERALLY on a daily basis and I started using it 30 years ago. Now I have nothing to help an unresolvable pain that I used on the daily. This has put me in a very precarious situation! One VERY unhappy customer!!!

Product deficiency
Disappointed that company doesn't w as warranty their product (Gold Bond No Mess Body Powder Spray). Three cans miss performed and still have two unused cans. Sending me a coupon for another Gold Bond product, but probably won't use, especially for Walmart Equate alternative is available. Very disappointed with resolution to my concerns.

Amount of product left in container after no more will come out.
This is a constant problem. This makes your product much more expensive,as it has to be replaced more often. For people on a fixed income which probably makes a very large share of your market . I think that your container could have a much better design. I will wait for an answer before I put my concerns online. Thank you!

Determine tha active ingredient in dark spot minimizing cream
I requested info regarding the active ingredient in the dark spot minimizing body cream. Then I was queried repeatedly yet never given the information . Im not sure why the ingredients are NOT listed on the tube while other companies freely list the active ingredients in their products. Im asserting that there is reason for your company not listing active ingredient so I will not use your product on my skin without knowing what is in it! I recommend everyone know what the contents of a product are before they use it on their skin! So GOODBYE GOLD BOND There are many alternatives to treat skin issues with full disclosure of their contents. I plan to bring this to the attention of local news networks to help protect the public from potentially using dangerous products unknowingly on their skin!

Aspercreme
Somewhat recently, it seems a change has been made in the Aspercreme tubes. The actual material the tubes are made from, seems to be significantly thicker. After the tube is about 3/4 of the way empty, the tube is a lot harder to manage. It is not as pliable as it used to be, so its hard to get that last one quarter of the Aspercreme out of the tube. Cheating consumers of full amount of product
As I write this, my wife is cutting 4 dispensers of Gold Bond Diabetic lotion in half. The purpose of this is so we can get the lotion out that we can't get with the short pick up tube provided. Wonder how many tons of lotion are thrown out every year. The logical next step for your company would be to reduce the tube to , say. 2". I can see some marketing dweeb coming up with that plan. You're too smart for us. Tired of being gamed, cheated, etc. Will find a different brand.

Defect
The pump doesnt get all of the lotion out. A big waste. It happens always. Its very dangerous to cut open. Love the lotion though. Just wish I could use all of it
