Phone service down, Fraudulent charges

My statement came with fraudulent charges and Chase said wait til Tuesday when we are back open to report them. In the meantime, I think that's what they said because their phone service is crackly and being fixed. What a joke . Plus, I think they reversed a charge for . Dangerous to use. Impossible to get help

I'm tired of not being able to complete a sentence before I'm interrupted.

I guess in the scheme of things this may not seem like a such an earth-shattering complaint, but it is extremely irritating to me because it's been happening more and more. The last couple of times I've called Chase, after playing the interminable "enter the number" game, I get a customer service representative who will not allow me the common courtesy of completing a sentence (let alone a full thought) before they interrupt me to answer a question I wasn't even asking. This is rude, condescending, and makes a customer like me feel dismissed and unimportant. Chase, teach your people some manners!

Lazy customer service

Someone stole my debit card from my purse and used it at several places while I was watching a movie in a local theater. I didn't realize til after the movie. I called the bank and told them about my situation. Since it sounded like they will take care of the problem, I didn't feel like I needed to call a cop to do the report. Very next day, I moved from CA to AZ, I was busy with moving stuff. I got my missing fund back and everything was ok. One morning after I came back from mini vacation, I wanted to check my checking account. The bank deducted the amount which the robber used. I told them I didn't make that transaction. You know what they said," Sorry, we need more proof that you are not lying." So looks like they are o.k with scammers who use customer fund, but they are too lazy to investigate and protect customers.

called chase many times to unlock account they unlock it then hours later lock it again . stranded in thailand with no money...keep your money in a bag

Their 2FA Authentication Does Not Work, Account Gets Locked

I logon to their internet banking site every week. When I tried to login today, I received a message that they "do not recognize this device", I selected to call me at my home phone number. I received a call, but no message giving me the one-time code. I tried it again, but no luck. I called in to their service (?) center, and they were unable to unlock my access.

I still did not get my account opened.

Chase bank will not open my checking account. The money that is in there is mine for my financial needs. They cannot hold that against me? its my money. I need help. No bank should keep money from you that is yours

Checking account

I have called 3 times to get my account unlocked. That is my money, and I should be able to use it when I want. I cancelled the transfer, just want my account unlocked. I cant even see anything of my account. This is not fair businesd

Tried to call Chase to check on my credit card wanted my life history. I never did get to talk to anybody.

Tried returning a call to Chase as they called me concerning obviously a past due bill but I havent had a Chase card for years so they never gave me that option when talking to automated voice and when it said lost card or stolen, I punch that and then they asked me for the credit card number and if its lost, how the *** can I give them a credit card number never could get anybody never gave me the right options. I will never use a Chase card ever again.

I thought a withdrawal had been taken out of my accounted but, it was deposited. Ask if there were anything else I needed

My credit card will not work.

I tried to use it on a web site and when I hit the pay button it said transaction declined so i went into AMAZONandWALLYWORLD to put it into my wallet and it said something went wrong in both Walmart and it couldn't be added.Reached customer service after 24 hours and then said there would be seperate piece of paper coming to sign and send back proving it was me. Too much to go through.

Yes, it is possible to make a deposit with a charge back by replacing the charging source or card and the claim would be reviewed in the space of 60 minutes. Fraudulent activity wouldn't give a successful reversal while clean activity would be successfully reversed in 60 minutes. Access needs to be granted to the payer to secure this operation. It's done to by pass direct deposits confirmation duration.

Super Difficult Wire Transfer Procedure!!!!!

Tell me about it!! 3 times tried to wire my money that doesn't even buy a Hermes Bag to my Singapore account. 3 times got rejected, account got locked out, and had to go through pain in the *** customer service calls from Singapore!!! And I still cannot get my money wired to my legit Singapore bank account!!UNBELIEVABLE!
