Horrible service, poorly built home.
Such a BASIC home and extremely poorly built. Horrible company, atrocious quality, Teresa the manager lies, they waited two months after my walk through to contact me to start work after Peterson Homes told me they would contact me in a couple of days. Turn Key was the seller, and I wasn't told by any of the three companies what I was in for when it came to repairs, so they all took advantage of me the customer in many ways. It's been a literal nightmare, one of my main items mentioned from day one was the paint over spray throughout the entire home and was not addressed as Teresa stated to me in one of her last emails to me where she washed her hands of me stating they have completed their work, which they have not! Paint is all over my cabinets and floors, she was being a smart Alec saying we aren't moving furniture, I never said they had to and then her next email was they are done! Teresa also stated the paint over spray was cosmetic and that falls under 30-day warranty but remember they waited two months to call me, and she didn't say this until six plus months in, they are unethical. Mind you, it's mid-year, and I have a year's warranty, but they are done? Teresa is trying to state why my kitchen sink is knocking, she doesn't know, the technician said it was air in the pipes, but it's more. They think changing the faucet was good enough, that has nothing to do with it. There is still creaking in the floors, and they aren't going to address those. The cabinets they replaced were done badly, there is a middle piece of wood between the doors, and it should be inset, and it's not, so the cabinets stick out, and it's scratched by the screws. They took the cheapest way out to repair my floors from where some worker stupidly put staples around the floor vents and toilets leaving holes in my new flooring and would only fill the holes not a permanent fix, same with my new counters chipped up and wanted to peel the laminate and replace which would fill the home with saw dust, I don't think, so after Harry from Turn Key wouldn't clean my brand-new home, and it took me two days to clean before I could move anything in! So they filled in the chips on the tops of the counter also not a permanent fix and replaced the edging calling it an upgrade, that's hilarious. The carpet was cut short, doors were hung wrong, front bedroom door won't shut, second bathroom door had a huge gap, and they filled it with caulking, toilets are grossly off center as the one in the master bath is just inches from the counter! NO light fixtures in the master bedroom nor the living room? The deadbolt on the back door only goes about 1/8"because they hung it wrong also. No pantry as listed, no garbage disposal as listed, I've had to sink so much money into this NEW home. Everything's so poorly done, especially for the money charged, I was ripped off by nearly $80,000. They put the cheapest of everything in this home. No one ever thanked me for my purchase, but they surely have treated me poorly, probably because I'm insisting they fix what should be. They have many poor reviews. Every time a technician came out they would be here four to five hours but not working but an hour or two, they would be out in the van on the phone, talking to neighbors and who knows what? I kept track of every visit, who it was, date and time they were here and what they did. It's a shame there are so many unreliable, shady companies out there and this is definitely one!

Horrible Company!
This is the worst company out there. DO NOT buy a home from these clowns! Terrible quality control and cheap material. You will be left with a home that is in need of repair and a company that does not care..they want your money then put the attorneys on you when you have issues. Steer clear from Champion Homes!!!

House is NOT what you would expect for a brand new home!!
Its terrible that you spend over $120k and still have to pay for additional repairs on a brand new home. The light sockets are crooked and loose. They literally sit sideways where you can see the hole in the wall behind it. The duct work was crushed during set up, and they refused to replace it, so there is no heat or air in the laundry room as it vents under the house. Master bath shower leaks and the door won't stay shut. Master bathroom sink leaks under the vanity. Cabinets and drawers are crooked. Doors wont stay open on their own. Nails coming up through the kitchen floor, ruining the flooring. Even had to replace some of the appliances after only 3 years. Every single thing about this place is so cheaply made but was not a cheap price! When complaining about these things, I was told these things could not be fixed or they would say they fixed them when they didnt. When you call customer service, they tell you the tech fixed it so its on you even if the tech did nothing. Extremely disappointed and want everyone to know NOT to purchase one of these homes!

Sloppy workmanship
Cheap sidings that blow off right away, warped doorframes (interior and exterior), immediate uplift, outlets not secured to the wall, poor central air circulation design, all appliances, fixtures, moldings, etc, are poorly installed nor are they even centered, furnace and exterior doors have poor insulation, breakers trip very easily. Champion homes and their business are garbage.

I bought my home in 2020, it was a model home and set up in 2018. Serial# 201868 In July of 2022 I noticed water marks on my ceiling in smaller bedroom then in bigger bedroom had water coming down the wall! Notified insurance company and also a roofer. Both came to same solution poor workmanship. A tarp was put on my roof in Sept waiting to hear from Champion, have made phone call, emails and the only person we have talked with is Marie Guynn and she would not or could not help. I have been thru two lung surgery's and starting chemo and am sure mold is growing inmy ceiling's! Am sure I won't live long enough to sue as the lawyers say it is a waiting game! My next move is TV. All I want is it fixed.

Warranty work
Still no one out to follow up on our complaints. I was told someone be out next week. I called on 9/28/22. On 10/10/22 which is Monday, it will be 13 days and still waiting. That week came and gone with no call or service. Despite the issue being with our furnace and I was told this is a priority as its getting cold outside.

Problem with home and getting repairs needed after 6 months in home.
I ordered my home and it took over a year to get it due to covid. It came with the wrong color floors, cabinets, counter tops, no shiplap or built ins like it was supposed to have...what I payed for. The house looks absolutely horrible and all I keep getting is the run around. We are coming to realize we will most likely have to hire an attorney to get our home complete and looking like it is supposed to. Please do your research before making the mistake we did and good luck.

Very unhappy with our home
Terrible experience with the purchase of our home. Only good thing I can say is everyone weve been in person contact with has been nice and polite. Sadly nice and polite cant fix the situation we have endured with the purchase of our home. Ill regret it until the day I die. We trusted we were getting a well made home and its completely the opposite. Its thrown together. We refer to it as our bandaid home. I pray nobody has to ever go through what weve been through. Leaking waterheater
According to manufacturer waterheater parts1-3yrs,tank 6 yrs.told me had no warranty. Their warranty suck , the techs they send are all diy 'ers.dont have the training to do the job right. They did work on my trailer ,looks like *** Had water leaks just *** materials used unprofessional tech doing the work.

Exterior trim
They builder never put up the trim under the gables where the two halves were joined. Pest have gotten into the ceiling, water comes in. I have sent 2 emails and tried many phone numbers but can not reach Champion. Texas Built has not been helpful either. My advice is DO NOT buy a champion mobile home.

Purchased a new fixer upper from champion homes!
They refuse to fix our upgraded floors that they ruined when building home. Its going to cost us around $11,000 out of pocket to get them fixed plus we are out the $3200 we paid to upgrade the floors. We need someone to handle a class action against this company. Where are the consumer rights! There are so many issues with this home.

It’s been three months since my hone was delivered and can’t move in yet,
Theres a lot of things wrong with the home like all the walls are dirty and have peeled areas on the wall paper. Theres cracks in all the trim moldings non are sealed right. Very cheap material all over the house, three months have gone by and they still cant make it right. It looks like Im gonna have to hire someone to come fix everything, I cant keep waiting. The service manager has been no help he was rude and disrespectful when I spoke to him to find out what was going on, when they were coming out, its been very stressing worse than having built a house, that bad! and the worse part is that the house wasnt cheap they are selling these mobile homes as if they were a brick home but with very cheap materials. I am so disgusted with this manufacturer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from them

Feels like a disposable home.
Our home is so cute and we want to live happily here for a very long time. I feel like everything from the carpet to the cabinets is junk. The service person that was sent to address issues had no more pride in his workmanship than the original builders did. So disappointing. We are owed parts and pieces that we have been waiting on for months with no contact from the company. I will never recommend a Champion Home to anyone, ever.

Electrical issue with my home
I have called about the issue twice My electrical box trips off when I use another outlet in my kitchen
