Fire in my condo in 2005
Insurance company mandated I use certified restoration dry cleaning. They destroyed my clothes they lost clothes elastic was dried out stitching was dried out and things fell apart. Why should I have to pay somebody or why should somebody be paid to destroy my clothes. I had expensive suits and so ties they're thousands of dollars in damage that this company caused the fire was in the building next door it just jumped on the roof and I thought it was just a dry cleaning like any other. Imagine putting on your underwear and hearing the elastic crack. Imagine putting on Armani slacks and they fall apart. Imagine your socks no longer having elastic because it's all dried out. Avoid this outfit at all costs. Avoid this company do not let them touch your stuff

Had an oil spill May. 2018, CRDN in Moncton cleaned up!!!
Boy did CRDN ever clean up on our claim!!! They were paid 21,000 dollars plus and returned someone elses clothes and electronics to us. They got to keep my fur jacket, an oil skin outback full length coat, and many more valuables!! What a rip off and there is one big bully responsible for ripping us off! The owner. Ben Clements wont return my son his teddy bear he received when he was born. This is how low down CRDN Textiles in Moncton deals with customer items!!!!!!!!!!!

Ms Jones complaint against so called cleaning company CRDN textiles they ripped us off thousands of dollars of personal belongings some of my items still had store tickets hadn't been worn and this ripoff company located in Dallas tx will never ever get my business and I suggest if you have farmers insurance agents when they recommend these people maybe the agent is in on it oh by the way we contacted them CRDN got a reply after 3 month they claimed they would look into it and they never responded again they are CROOKS and associated with farmers insurance agents cause their the ones that recommended that thieving *** company that's right farmers insurance agents probably knew we wouldn't get all our stuff back if you take stuff to clean you are supposed to bring all the stuff you took. ***!!!!!
